Abstract

This research analyzes character education policies to realize Pancasila's values in elementary school students. Using qualitative methods with case studies at some primary schools in Surakarta, data was collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. Research results show that character education policies are implemented through the integration of Pancasila values into curricula, extracurricular activities, and teacher training. Collaboration between schools and parents is also effective in supporting student character education. However, challenges such as resource constraints and different understandings of character education remain. In conclusion, a character education policy based on Pancasila can effectively shape the character of elementary school students, with sustained support from all sides.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Read Aloud method in fostering early reading habits among first-grade students at MI Muhammadiyah Karanganyar. The approach used in this research is qualitative with a case study design. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques involve data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this study demonstrate that the implementation of the Read Aloud method at MI Muhammadiyah Karanganyar has proven to have a positive impact on fostering reading habits among first-grade students. Supporting factors include the availability of competent and highly committed teachers, as well as continuous teacher training support. Access to quality and diverse books in the school library also contributes to the success of this oral reading activity. The active role of parents in reinforcing reading habits at home has also been shown to significantly enhance children's interest and reading abilities. However, challenges such as maintaining students' focus and concentration, and the lack of interest among some students who are not accustomed to reading at home, need to be addressed.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of academic supervision at SD Negeri 03 Jatiwarno, focusing on fostering and improving teachers' competencies and developing the learning process. The research employs a phenomenological qualitative approach to explore the phenomenon of academic supervision conducted by the school principal at SD Negeri 03 Jatiwarno, Karanganyar. This method emphasizes a deep understanding of the meaning attributed by subjects to their experiences within the context of academic supervision. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using triangulation techniques to ensure data validity. The findings indicate that academic supervision consists of three main stages: planning, implementation, and follow-up. Intensive and continuous academic supervision has a positive impact on teachers' performance and the quality of learning, motivating teachers to continually update their knowledge and skills. Effective supervision not only aids teachers in the learning process but also creates a conducive learning environment that supports educational goals.

Abstract

TikTok adalah aplikasi yang saat ini marak diminati oleh orang Indonesia, terutama siswa sekolah dasar, telah menerima banyak komentar, baik positif maupun negatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan bagaimana aplikasi TikTok digunakan oleh siswa dan bagaimana aplikasi tersebut mempengaruhi keinginan mereka untuk belajar.Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dan menggunakan metode fenomenologi. Penelitian ini melibatkan guru kelas V, siswa, dan wali murid. Melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, data dikumpulkan tentang pengaruh penggunaan media sosial TikTok terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa sinyal yang baik, kuota internet yang memadai, dan konten yang menarik di aplikasi TikTok memengaruhi penggunaan aplikasi siswa. Penggunaan media sosial TikTok ternyata berdampak positif terhadap siswa, seperti meningkatkan motivasi mereka untuk belajar, menumbuhkan hasrat dan keinginan untuk berhasil, menumbuhkan dorongan dan kebutuhan untuk belajar, dan menumbuhkan semangat untuk belajar. Selain itu, penggunaan aplikasi TikTok membantu siswa belajar lebih banyak dan menjadi lebih kreatif. Namun, penggunaan TikTok yang berlebihan dapat menyebabkan gangguan kesehatan fisik dan mental.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Brawijaya Investama di Mampang Prapatan Jakarta Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh yaitu sebanyak 86 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 39,6% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,426 > 1,989). Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 51,9% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (9,511 > 1,989). Pelatihan dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 7,714 + 0,311X1 + 0,493X2. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 58,0% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 42,0% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (57,355 > 2,710).

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of character-based curriculum utilizing the potential of gadgets at SD N 02 Wukirsawit, Jatiyoso, Karanganyar. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Research participants include teachers, students, parents, and the school principal. Data collection techniques include participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis with data triangulation. The results show the importance of implementing a character-based curriculum in facing the digital era, focusing on digital literacy for both teachers and students. Schools need to prepare human resources capable of integrating technology effectively into learning. SD N 02 Wukirsawit has taken initial steps by strengthening digital literacy and utilizing technology resources such as computer laboratories and internet access. In conclusion, the digital character strengthening strategy in this school includes approaches in learning, school environment, and collaboration with parents, aimed at creating a digital-friendly educational environment and preparing students to meet the demands of the times.

Abstract

This study aims to explore innovations in mathematics lesson planning at MI Muhammadiyah Karanganyar within the context of the Merdeka Belajar policy. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, focused on fifth-grade teachers and students. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The research findings indicate that teachers have successfully implemented various innovations, such as diagnostic assessments and the use of engaging learning media, which can enhance students' motivation and learning outcomes. These innovations include the creation of creative Lesson Plans (RPP) and the formulation of teaching strategies that meet students' needs. Additionally, teachers utilize technology in the learning process to make the material more engaging and interactive. The implementation of diagnostic assessments helps in understanding students' strengths and weaknesses so that learning can be tailored to individual needs. The study also found that the implemented innovations can create a pleasant and conducive learning environment. This contributes to increased participation and enthusiasm of students in learning mathematics.
