Abstract

Education is strategic to increasing human resources quality which is a determinant factor of national development. To achieve education goals, we need human resources. Human resources are a keys factor in an institution. Human resources will support organizations with their creation, talent, creativity, and support. Education plays an important role in increasing human resources. Human resources in education include principle, teachers, staff, and committees. Teacher plays an important role to decided education success to produce quality output. A teacher is the main key to learning success. The teacher is expecting to create learning education interaction and make innovation to learning quality improvement. The purpose of study is to analysis and finding increasing teacher performance through human resources in Islamic education Institution. The research method used descriptive qualitative. The data collecting method uses in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The result of the study the human resources at Pondok Pesantren Banyumas Jawa Tengah managed is well. The study has proven with planning, recruitment, teacher selection, placement process or orientation, teacher performance assessment, training, carrier development, compensation and allowance, teacher dismissal. Teacher performance is optimal yet, cause many teachers cannot finish their tasks on time, although discipline is a priority. While the implementation of human resources management did well and given an effect on increasing teacher performance. Many resistances increasing teacher performance is prepared lesson plan and learning media maximal yet

Abstract

Perkembangan komunikasi yang menjadikan banyak bentuk kajian terhadap komunikasi yang bertujuan untuk bagaimana agar pesan tersebut sampai pada penerima pesan. bentuk analisa Al Qur’an Surat Al-Alaq dimana surat ini sebenarnya digunakan sebagai rujukan kajian pendidikan tetapi setelah melihat struktur bahasa dalam ayat-ayat Qs Al-Alaq merupakan kolaborasi sebuah komunikasi yang tersirat antara Allah dan Rosulullah ketika menerima wahyu pertama. penulis tidak mengkaji dalam bentuk per-ayat tetapi dalam bentuk analisa surat, karena penulis beranggapan bahwa tidaklah mungkin suatu ayat yang disatukan menjadi suatu surat tanpa terdapat suatu hal ingin ditunjukkan dalam surat tersebut. Bentuk komunikasi ini nantinya digunakan dalam komunikasi penyiaran Islam, penyampaian pesan yang digunakan sebagai proses pengambilan keputusan bersama untuk membentuk perubahan sosial yang memiliki fungsi menyebarluaskan pesan komunikasi yang menjembatani culture gab. komunikasi yang menekankan pada keberhasilan meraih khalayak sebanyak mungkin, meningkatkan kesadaran dan mengarahkan perilaku. dengan menganalisa nilai-nilai membina dan memotivasi agar dapat mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan komunikator. Didalam strategi komunikasi antara Allah dan Rosullnya dapat dianalisis kedalam empat bagian diantaranya tahapan pertama adalah memberikan pengetahuan terlebih dahulu yang sesuai dengan experiencenya dengan media kalam, tahapan yang kedua adalah mengajak berdialog, tahapan yang ketiga adalah memberi pemahaman dan tahapan yang terakhir adalah memberikan peringatan.

Abstract

The Indonesia is various cultures and language, Islam is a biggest religion in Indonesia, the communication form of Islam to understanding Islamic religion in various regions which has various culture and language. Islamic Communication system is a social action between Islamic organization with exchanging idea and raising the expectation of recognizing, understanding, acceptable to achieve specific goal (Da’wah) with multifaceted undertaking which require careful assessment of requirements, technology alternative, the allocation resources, economic impact and religion impact. The purpose of study is to describe and analysis Islamic communication system in Republic of Indonesia. The research method is done by library and information studies literature published was examined using content analysis method. The process included several steps: determining which journals and books met the inclusion criteria; selecting the research articles from the included journals and book; and extracting data from the relevant articles. As we know Indonesia has limit transportation and communication technology, very large area and has different language, culture and religion. The result of Islamic communication system is organization as problem solved on communication system. Islamic organization with multifaceted undertaking is required careful assessment on technology information, allocation resources, economic impact and religion impact. The role figure of leadership (usually namely Kyai) in communication is very important to connect with same organization. Interaction linkages between organizations will raise expectation on recognizing, understanding and acceptable.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to examine the creative strategies employed by Purwa Caraka Music Studio (PCMS) in developing its music education institution and to analyze the music education network that has been established and expanded across Indonesia. Method: This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, conducted through document analysis, observation, and interviews with PCMS instructors, students, and alumni. The data were analyzed using data reduction, data display, and inductive conclusion drawing techniques. Results and Discussion:The findings indicate that PCMS’s creative strategies are reflected in the implementation of fun learning, a flexible curriculum, diversification of musical genres, regular concert programs, and the use of digital media for online learning and promotion. In addition, PCMS has successfully developed a network of more than 78 branches across Indonesia, often referred to as the “octopus phenomenon,” which has expanded public access to non-formal music education. This network functions not only structurally but also as a social and cultural ecosystem, supported by alumni contributions in the entertainment, education, and creative industries. Conclusion: Thus, PCMS plays a significant role in supporting the development of musical creativity within Indonesian society. The institution serves not only as a place for music learning but also as a center for character development, creativity cultivation, and a cultural agent that strengthens the national music ecosystem.

Abstract

Pendidikan memegang peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja sumber daya manusia yang handal di perguruan tinggi. Sumber daya manusia dalam pendidikan tinggi meliputi rector, dosen, karyawan dan structural kampus. Rendahnya kualitas pendidikan menjadi penyebab dari krisisnya sumber daya manusia. Pendidikan digunakan sebagai proses untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia khususnya dosen. Salah satu penyebab kurangnya sumberdaya manusia yang berkualitas adalah pendidikan yang belum merata. Rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) juga diiringi dengan rendahnya kesadaran untuk menuntut ilmu. Masih banyak yang beranggapan bahwa pendidikan bukanlah suatu kebutuhan mereka. Ketersediaan sumber daya manusia yang memadai dalam suatu lingkungan pendidikan sangat diperlukan karena dosen merupakan orang yang bertanggung jawab dalam mengajar dan mendidik mahasiswa di kampus. Dosen memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan pendidikan untuk menghasilkan lulusan (output) yang berkualitas dengan value dan norms yang baik. Dosen sebagai kunci pokok keberhasilan dalam pembelajaran, sehingga dituntut melakukan berbagai inovasi untuk memperbaiki kualitas lulusan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Untuk pengumpulan datanya menggunakan wawancara mendalam (indept interview), observasi partisipatif (participant observation), dan dokumentasi (documentation). Hasil penelitian ini adalah Universitas Brawijaya Malang memiliki sumber daya manusia  (SDM) yang sudah dikelola dengan baik hal ini terlihat dari adanya perencanaan, rekrutmen dan seleksi dosen, proses penempatan atau orientasi, penilaian kinerja dosen, pelatihan dan pengembangan karir, kompensasi dan tunjangan, pemberhentian dosen. Adapun kinerja manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) di kampus Universitas Brawijaya Malang mayoritas dosen sudah memiliki kinerja yang baik, meskipun ada beberapa yang masih memerlukan bimbingan seperti mempersiapkan RPS dan menyiapkan media pembelajaran saat hendak memulai pembelajaran di dalam kelas

Abstract

The purpose on this study is to analysis the concept of empowerment of public transportation as an educational service in the border area. The focus of empowerment as an educational service is with the New Public Service paradigm. Public transportation empowered as an educational service in the border area is an interesting idea in the educational services needed. This study is used qualitative approach with constructivism paradigm to get the concept of empowerment publict transportation in educational services as an epistemology. The result of the study is the concept of empowerment focus on active participation to solve the problem itself and the development of local potential. The concept is used in the New Public Service paradigm to create opportunities for owners of public transportation to build community with a collaborative approach with parents and other owners of public transportation. The independent concept and prioritize on partnership between society and the owner of public transportation; however, the new public service paradigm limited listen society’s aspiration is not yet focused on providing facilities and collaboration between goverment with owner of public transportation, and society, such as subsidy programs and partnership with local governments to solve and provide educational services cheaply and safely. Whereas transportation for student is very important, not only as supporting infrastructure but also give many benefits in many aspects such as learning (student mobility, discipline, increasing student attendence, decresing drop out, supporting inclusion); Promotion (student engagement strategies); Protection, security, savety (anticipating juvenile delinquency, ensure safety and security); Maintain (maintaining rural transportation); and cost and welfare (affordable costs, and driver welfare)
