Abstract

One of the goals of investment is to get a benefit in the form of profits and funds saved. Based on official data compiled on the IDX's official website, company shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange can be divided into 9 sectors, one of which is consumption industry. The consumption sector is a general sector used by the general public consisting of the food and beverages, the pharmaceuticals, househol, and houseware sector. Investors must choose which shares to buy or sell. Investors can analyze a stock using fundamental and intrinsic analysis. The purpose of this study is to analyze issuers that have the 10 largest market capital in the industrial consumption sector, then analyze the performance of issuers using a fundamental approach EPS, PE Ratio, Price to Sales, Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Return on Capital Employed, and Interest Coverage. The final stage is to determine the undervalued and overvalued companies using 4th quarter 2020. Based on 10 companies that have the largest market capital in the consumer industry sector (UNVR, HMSP, ICBP, KLBF, GGRM, MYOR, INDF, SIDO, MLBI, and KAEF) can be concluded that (1) The highest EPS ratio is GGRM and the lowest is KAEF, the lowest PER Ratio is GGRM and the highest is KAEF, the lowest PS Ratio is KAEF and the highest is UNVR, the highest ROA ratio is MLBI and the lowest is KAEF, the highest ROE ratio is MLBI and the lowest is KAEF , the highest ROCE ratio is MLBI and the lowest is KAEF, the highest IC ratio is HMSP and the lowest is KAEF; and (2) There are 2 issuers in the undervalued category, namely GGRM and HMSP; while included in the overvalued category is KAEF.

Abstract

Semakin detail proses pembuatan akan semakin mencapai operasional yang lebih konsisten dengan harapan dapat menghasilkan produk yang lebih baik sesuai dengan karakteristiknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode taguci dengan menunjukan bagian mana yang tidak bekerja secara maksimal dengan memperhatikan kualitas yang menyimpang dari target value sehingga dapat menekan biaya dan sumber seminimal mungkin. Metodologi Taguci dilakukan berdasarka pada rencana eksperimental Taguchi. Metodologi ini menjelaskan pentingnya kontrol kualitas yang akurat desain produk dan proses untuk memproduksi produk. Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan Teknik purposing sampling diambil data dengan kriteria tertentu khusus produk hardbaid jalam jangka waktu tertentu waktu 07:00 WIB pada shift pertama pekerja departermen spray painting. Analisa dengan menghitung nilai kerugian dalam kualitas tanpa harus memperbarui suatu fungsi kualitas yang sesuai dengan karakteriktiknya.Fungsi kerugian kualitas produk dalam dilakukan dengan menggunakan perhitungan Taguchi Loss. Kasus setelah perbaikan diperoleh Rp. 11.927,00/pcs. Jadi selisih rata-rata peningkatan rata-rata sebelum dan sesudah Rp 5.389/Psc.Pada uji paired sample t test adanya perbedaan sebelum dan setelah perbaikan. Selanjutnya akan dilakukan uji hubungan dengan melihat hasil output paired kolerasi menghasilkan tidak ada hubungan sebelum dan setelah perbaikan.

Abstract

Productivity is an absolute concern. This relates to the total performance in a company related to the level of efficiency and effectiveness. PT XYZ is a company that produces non-woven disposable clothes. However, in reality, often the targets set are not as expected by the company. The purpose of this study was to measure the productivity level of PT XYZ on non-woven machines. While the method used uses the Objective Matrix (OMAX) and data collection is carried out for 3 months, namely July to September 2022 on the production floor on non-woven machines. with an index value of 320, while in September it was at its lowest point with an index value of 180. This occurred with an increase in total products produced by PT XYZ but on the other hand there was a decrease in the number of hours worked by employees, labor, energy usage, number of hours when there is a breakdown of the machine and the product being repaired.

Abstract

Salah satu keunggulan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) adalah lulusannya siap kerja. Untuk itu mahasiswa harus dibekali dengan kemampuan keterampilan yang sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi yang ada. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, perkembangan teknologi digital yang sangat maju menyebabkan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan dituntut untuk mempersiapkan siswanya untuk beradaptasi dengan perkembangan yang ada. SMK Nizam al-Mulk Batam merupakan salah satu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan produktif yang mengembangkan program studi baru yaitu Teknik Digital salah satu tujuannya, adalah untuk mempersiapkan siswa agar mempunyai ketrampilan memasuki dunia kerja. Kendala yang dihadapi SMK Nizam al-Mulk adalah mengikuti perkembangan teknologi digital terutama dari segi fasilitas peralatan dan kemampuan sumber daya manusia yang harus didorong dengan menjalin Kerjasama dalam bentuk pelatihan salah satunya dengan pelatihan bagaimana membuat dan menghitung komponen komponen gerbang logika dasar serta merancang menggunakan integrated circuit. Melalui Pelatihan pembuatan gerbang logika dasar menggunakan Integrated Circuit diharapkan dapat membantu kendala yang dihadapi SMK Nizam Al-Mulk agar permasalahan yang ada dapat teratasi dengan baik.

Abstract

Batu Aji merupakan salah satu daerah di Batam yang memiliki penduduk yang padat danberkembang. Pada daerah yang masih berkembang tersebut, pengelolaan lingkungan berupa konsepringkas, resik, rapi, rajin, rawat masih belum optimal. Hal ini karena masalah kedisiplinan masyarakatbelum tertanam dengan baik. Salah satu cara yang digunakan untuk menciptakan budaya yang positiftersebut adalah dengan cara menerapkan dan mengimplementasikan aktivitas 5R. Aktivitas kegiatan 5Radalah budaya yang dapat digunakan oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat terkait aktivitas sehari-hari maupunaktivitas resmi. Prinsip kegiatan 5R adalah menerapkan kegiatan dengan prinsip Resik, Rapi, Ringkas, Rajin,dan Rawat. Meskipun budaya 5R nampak mudah untuk dilaksanakan, tetapi dalam pelaksaaan danpenerapannya sangat dibutuhkan adanya konsistensi dan kedisiplinan sehingga diperlukan adanyapengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan tim pengabdi masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan kegiatandidapatkan bahwa pengetahuan dan pemahaman semakin bertambah setelah diberikan pembinaan.Masyarakat juga berpendapat bahwa kegiatan 5R jika dilakukan secara konsisten dapat menjadikankebiasaan yang baik. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pembinaan ini harus dilakukan secara konsisten di masayang akan datang. Beberapa point lainnya yang perlu diperhatikan adalah adanya rencana dari timpengabdi masyarakat memberikan salah satu bentuk produk untuk mendukung kegiatan 5R yaitu berupaproduk kantong plastik sampah pada beberapa keluarga di Kelurahan Kibing sebagai bentuk memfasilitasikegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat

Abstract

Learning media is a connecting medium between material content and students who become learning objects. In its implementation, the use of learning media that is less effective results in a decrease in student learning interest, therefore an effective method is needed. The community service team tries to provide training on how to make learning easier and more enjoyable. There are several trainings conducted, namely website training, office training, use of interactive language, and use of information technology. The object of this service activity is carried out at a high school in Batam. Based on the results of the activity, it can be concluded that through the use of more interactive technology-based learning media it can increase a higher interest in learning so that it can further maximize the potential possessed by students. The advice given is that there must be support from parents and teachers by providing adequate facilities and the need for supervision so that the learning process can run optimally.

Abstract

PT Caterpillar Indonesia Batam is a limited liability company in heavy equipment industry, in making its products Caterpillar has 4 sub production process should be carried Fabrication, Machinning, Painting and Assembly in this study aimed to analyze problems that occur in the process of painting. In the production period from February 2015 through October 2016 variation amount of paint used and therefore this study will discuss and analyze the factors that cause variations in the amount of paint used in painting Truck Body 777 using Cuase And Effect analys (fishbone diagram) then proceed to determine the dominant factor with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) the results obtained total weight of each factor of production, namely: human (65%), the method (62%), machinery (48%), materials (75% ), environment(50%), then gained the most dominant factors that cause variations in the amount of paint used in painting process 777 Truck Body is a material factor weighing highest score is 75%

Abstract

HIRARC is one way of preventing potential hazards that exist in each type of work.Steps begin by way of danger, then assess the risk and perform the control. PT OSIElectronics has a logistics area as a place to receive or delivering of goods that using forklifts. For that researchers interested to be held in the area. This research is a qualitative research. Techniques used in data collection are field HIRARC observation,company document, and interview. Calculates data starting with risk value with score form. Based on the results of the research, it is known that there are 6 types of activities in logistic areas that have different source of danger. In terms of safety still have some deficiencies, especially safety on APD equipment, as well as awareness of the workers.Suggestion from the researcher is that company will improve safety at every job in logistic area to reduce unsafe action and unsafe condition. For APD equipment should be emphasized as well as awareness of the workers in maintaining safety at work and distinguishing specific paths for forklifts and people.

Abstract

Material inventory is a fundamental aspect of the company. The smoothness of the production process is not only based on the level of effectiveness in the production process, but also on other processes related to material inventory. If materials are in short supply, the production process will experience disruption which results in financial and non-financial losses. If there is too much material inventory, then the material storage costs borne by the company will be greater. The aim of this research is to maximize material supplies and determine the right time to reorder raw materials. The methods used are EOQ, ROP, and ITO. Data collection was carried out quantitatively at a fish canned food company. Based on the calculation results, it was found that the economic level of purchasing main raw materials using the EOQ method approach was 25 kg per order and the recommended reorder amount was 10 kg per order, while for safety sticks the recommended amount was 4.4 kg/day.
