Abstract

This research departs from a juridical confusion regarding the ideal of a person going to get married, where the age of marriage with other provisions regarding age, namely in terms of the philosophical Materialism and Idealism of Marriage Age in Indonesia. Whereas in Indonesian Law on Marriage Marriage is only permitted if men and women have reached the age of 19 (nineteen) years. The purpose of this study is to find out the philosophical review of materialism and idealism of marriage age in Indonesia, with the article 7 paragraph (1) for 16 of 2019 jo. u 1 the year 1974 regarding marriage). The conclusion of this study is the philosophical value of materialism and idealism of marriage age is the concept of historical materialism of humans who will choose the readiness of themselves in the face of marriage, this is because one's age is not a reference, which is the basis for people to get married including self-readiness to face material livelihood, readiness self, and material. Likewise in Indonesia, the ideal age in society in Indonesia if it is connected with Karl Mark's theory, then the readiness of oneself in the material (economic elements) is as a reference for people to get married.

Abstract

This research found that the Norma of Riba in Islamic Economics is a khilafiyah problem as well as the law of Bank Interest, in principle, mutual tolerance and mutual respect and respect for inter-opinions must be put forward. This is because each group of ulama has devoted their energy to seeking the law of the problem, and in the end their opinion remains different. Profit sharing norms in Islamic economics are an innovative step in an Islamic economy that is not only in accordance with people's behavior, but more than that profit sharing is a social balance step in obtaining economic opportunities. Thus, the profit sharing system can be seen as a more effective measure to prevent conflict between the rich and the poor from occurring in social life. The impact of Bank Interest (Riba) on the Country's Economy, among others, has an impact on several sectors including the Economic Impact. The higher the interest rate, the higher the price to be set on an item. Social Impact, the social impact of society related to Riba in terms of unfair income. Abstract

In this era of increasing development and ever-dynamic social change, many people have deviated from the teachings of monotheism, thus neglecting the spiritual side, busying themselves too much with the world, because they cannot present God in every aspect of their lives. Humans whose faith is not solid are very, very vulnerable to falling into various kinds of confusion in thinking, doubts, even if they have given up hope, they turn to worldly pleasures such as drugs, corruption, pesugihan, free sex and so on. One alternative to overcome this problem is to apply religious values ​​in everyday life, especialy in the lives of students (Santri). The role of parents is also very necessary to form a good person. The religious values ​​taught to shape a person's behavior and attitudes really depend on how deeply the religious values ​​are embedded in him. The deeper religious values ​​are embedded in a person, the more his religious character and attitudes will be visible and formed automatically. Therefore, it is very important for a Muslim to study and deepen his faith and monotheism. One of them is by studying the book Intentions of Ingsun Ngaji by K.H. Badawi Hanafi Kesugihan. Therefore, it is very important for a Muslim to study and deepen his faith and monotheism. One of them is by studying the book Intentions of Ingsun Ngaji by K.H.
