Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Profitability and Liquidity on Stock Prices in companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period from 2016 to 2020. In this study, there were 8 companies in the food and beverage sector that were sampled using purposive sampling method to determine the sample on certain conditions. Then the variables taken are Return On Assets, Current Ratio and stock prices. In this study using a quantitative approach and data collection was carried out using secondary data sources, namely collecting data on financial statements of sector and beverage companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange which were collected indirectly from the object of research but obtained the data from other sources such as the internet and the company's official website. the. and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 26 to process the data. The results shown by this study are that (1) partially the return on assets has a positive and significant effect on prices, the second (2) simultaneously the current ratio has a positive and significant effect on stock prices and the last (3) simultaneously return on assets and the current ratio has a positive and significant effect on stock prices

Abstract

The value of companies in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX varied in the 2016 – 2020 period. The purpose of this review is to see whether profitability (Return On Assets), liquidity (Current Ratio), and capital structure on the value of companies in the food and beverage sector are significant. has been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2020. Profitability is estimated by ROA, Liquidity is estimated by the Current Ratio, Capital structure is estimated by Debt to Equity Ratio and company value is estimated by Price to Book Value. The number of samples in this study were 10 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Purposive sampling method in this study was used in determining the sample. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 26. This review resulted in profitability having a significant effect on firm value, indicated by a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. The liquidity indicator has no significant effect on firm value, indicated by a significant value of 0.066 > 0.05. The capital structure variable does not have a significant effect on the value of food and beverage companies listed on the IDX for the period 2016 – 2020 with a significant value of 0.062 > 0.05. And simultaneously profitability, liquidity and capital structure affect the value of food and beverage companies listed on the IDX for the period 2016 – 2020.

Abstract

Temuan atas suatu penelitian ini memiliki suatu tujuan untuk memahami adanya suatu pengaruh pelatihan kerja beserta kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Kepri Batam. Teknik pengambilan atas suatu sampel mempergunakan sampel jenuh. Untuk tujuan pengumpulan data, peneliti membagikan kuesioner, yang mencakup daftar pertanyaan yang harus dijawab oleh peserta. Metode yang dipergunakan pada temuan yang terdapat pada penelitian tersebut adalah penelitian berbasis kuantitatif dengan melakukan analisa linier berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh atas suatu temuan yang terdapat pada suatu penelitian membuktikan bahwa pelatihan kerja beserta kompensasi mempu memberi pengaruh secara signifikan pada kinerja karyawan PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Kepri Batam

Abstract

tock prices in Textile and Garment companies listed on the IDX from 2017-2021. The purpose of these 7 sales is to see whether earnings per share, growth, price of shares that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2021. The number of samples in this study are textile and garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Purposive sampling method in this study was used to determine the sample. The data technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 26. This review resulted in earnings per share having no significant effect on stock prices, indicated by a value of 0.419 > 0.05. The sales growth indicator does not have a significant effect on stock prices in textile and garment companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period with a significant value of 0.321 > 0.05. Simultaneously, earnings per share and sales growth affect the stock prices listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period

Abstract

This article examines the development of honest character in religion-based schools (study at Imam Syafii Junior High School). This article was written using a qualitative descriptive method to explain the development efforts honest character at Imam Syafii Junior High School Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation studies. The data analysis technique of this research is by data collection, data reduction , and data presentation . The results of the study indicate that honest character building is carried out in the following ways : (1) Honest character development through a mentoring program. 2) The strategy of fostering honest character by taking responsibility for each other to build commitment among school members, (3) always implementing and carrying out the rules that have been set .

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui apakah promosi, word of mouth, dan kemudahan penggunaan memiliki peran dalam pilihan pengguna untuk melakukan pembelian menggunakan aplikasi Gofood di Kota Batam. Studi ini akan menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif, yang sering digunakan dalam investigasi semacam itu. Penelitian kuantitatif dilakukan dengan tujuan menguji hipotesis; itu didasarkan pada positivisme, menggunakan alat penelitian untuk mengumpulkan data, dan bergantung pada teknik kuantitatif atau statistik untuk menganalisis data tersebut. Total populasi studi meliputi 380 orang yang tinggal di wilayah Tiban Lama yang memanfaatkan fitur GoFood dari aplikasi GoJek untuk melakukan pembelian. Menurut algoritma Slovin, 111 responden dipilih secara acak untuk studi lebih lanjut. Pengujian validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi (R2), pengujian hipotesis parsial, dan pengujian hipotesis simultan hanyalah beberapa prosedur statistik yang dapat digunakan untuk data. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa di Kota Batam, keputusan pembelian di aplikasi Gofood dipengaruhi oleh promosi, word of mouth dan kemudahan penggunaan.

Abstract

PT Kharisma Karya Kartika is a frozen meat processing company that has exported its products to various countries. Employees of PT Kharisma Karya Kartika are important human resources for the progress of a company. This study aims to determine the effect of communication, work discipline, and motivation on employee performance. The method used is a qualitative method with a literature study approach. Data collection ie. by searching for secondary data through books, journals, articles, or websites that are available and reliable. The results showed that communication, work discipline and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. Employee performance is increasing along with motivation and work discipline and effective communication

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi internet yang semakin cepat membawakan dampak positif terhadap aspek bisnis. Salah satu aspek bisnis yang sangat berdampak positif yaitu marketplace dan e-commerce. Tingginya penggunaan e-commerce dan marketplace di Indonesia disebabkan oleh adanya perubahan kebiasan sehari-hari. Yang dimana kebiasaan masyarakat sekarang cenderung lebih menyukai yang instan ataupun cepat. Dengan adanya e-commerce dan marketplace, masyarakat dapat membeli keperluan dengan cepat tanpa harus pergi keluar rumah. Masyarakat dapat menentukan keputusan pembeliannya dari berbagai pertimbangan seperti kualitas produk, iklan, dan persepsi konsumen. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, iklan, dan persepsi konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian di shopee. Pengumpulan data digunakan dengan metode penyebaran kuesioner kepada 110 responden yang pernah melakukan pembelian menggunakan aplikasi shopee. Kemudian data yang dikumpulkan di olah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian asosiatif kausal. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan teknik analisa statistik deskriptif, uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji pengaruh dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa variabel kualitas produk, iklan, dan persepsi konsumen secara parsila memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembeli di shopee. Dan daripada itu, dari hasil penelitian secara simultan variabel kualitas produk, iklan, dan persepsi konsumen memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian di shopee.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of aviation security officers at Hang Nadim Airport Batam. The independent variables used in this study are transformational leadership style, work motivation and work discipline. Meanwhile, the dependent variable in this study is employee performance. This study used a sample of 105 respondents who were taken using the non-probability sample method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, reliability test, classic assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis test, analysis of the coefficient of determination hypothesis test t test and f test using the SPSS 25 application. Analysis on research this results that transformational leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance, work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance and work discipline has a significant influence on employee performance and simultaneously all variables have a positive and significant effect
