Abstract

Abstractâ??The tourism industry involved various industry such as transportation industry, food and beverages industry, hospitality industry, and many other related industries. The main purpose of this study was to investigate the linkage between tourism supply chain integration with tourist satisfaction and loyalty. The target respondents in this study are tourists come Oman for tourist purpose stop at Salalah International airport, stay at hotels, apartments, and visit major tourist locations and shopping centres. In this research, the following outcomes were obtained: The correlation analysis showed that (1) Tourism internal firm integration is related to tourist satisfaction. Tourism firm-supplier integration is related to tourist satisfaction, (3) Tourism firm-customer integration is related to tourist satisfaction. The result also show that tourist satisfaction related to tourist loyalty. Keywords: tourism supply chain integration, Satisfaction, Loyalty

Abstract

Dalam pandangan islam, anak merupakan salah satu karunia besar Tuhan yang hanya diberikan kepada pasangan-pasangan yang dipercaya untuk mengemban tugas sebagai orang tua. Atas dasar itulah, anak merupakan amanah Tuhan bagi para orang tua.Mereka mendapat tugas untuk mendidik anak-anaknya sebaik mungkin. Pendidikan Islam untuk anak-anak adalah kegiatan penting yang dilakukan oleh setiap orang tua muslim, jika mereka ingin anak-anak mereka menjadi anak-anak shaleh dalam keluarga mereka. Hal ini juga menjadi tujuan penelitian oleh para ahli pendidikan Islam.Pendidikan anak harus mendasar pada Islam yang bersumber dari Al-Qur’an dan hadist.Pendidikan islam merupakan pendidikan yang digunakan untuk membina manusia dari kecil sampai mati. Karena pendidikan islam merupakan pendidikan seumur hidup.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This objective this study was to evaluate how SCM practices dimension (SC partnerships, company relationships with customers, information sharing in supply chains, information technology, employee training and company internal operations) are related to the performance of business organizations in the tourism service industry. The target respondents in this study were tourism service provider (hotel, restaurant and transportation company). There were four hypotheses that have been tested on this research. Hypothesis (H1), the standard path coefficient between the strategic SC partnership and organizational performance was .56 and is significant at the level of .001. Thus, H1 was supported. Hypothesis (H2), the standard path coefficient between customer relations and organizational performance was .15 and was significant at the .001 level. Therefore, H2 was supported. Hypothesis (H3) examines the effect of information sharing and organizational performance. The standardized path coefficient between information sharing and organizational performance was .52 and was significant at the .001 level. Thus, H3 is supported. Hypothesis (H4), the standard path coefficient between information technology and organizational performance is .62 and was significant at the level of .001. Therefore, H4 was also supported. Hypothesis (H5) examines the effect of internal operations and organizational performance. The standardized path coefficient between internal operations and organizational performance was .42 and was significant at the .001 level. Thus, H5 is supported. Abstract

Abstract---This study examine the link between the quality of services provided by tourism supplier and tourist satisfaction. This research also investigates the moderating role of logistic service performance on the relationship between quality service provided by tourism supplier and tourist satisfaction. The objectives are as the follows: (a) Identify the dimensions of quality services provided by in tourism supplier and the performance of logistics services perceived by tourists; (2) Examine the linkage between the quality of service provided by tourism supplier to tourist satisfaction (3) propose theoretical framework and suggest for building the Salalah tourism industry become a better and can be one of unique tourist destination. The target respondents in this study are tourists come for tourist purpose stop at Salalah International airport, stay at hotels, apartments, and visit major tourist locations and shopping centres. The survey will explain to the tourists the purpose of conducting the survey and if they are willing to be a respondent, the questionnaire will be distributed for content and after filling out, the researcher will take the questionnaire for processing Keywords: Logistics service performance, quality service, tourism supplier, tourist satisfaction.

Abstract

Dengan hadirnya e-commerce kemampuan untuk menjual dan membeli kebutuhan sehari-hari konsumen secara langsung telah disediakan dan dipermudah oleh Internet. Promosi sangat penting bagi bisnis dalam mengkomunikasikan barang kepada pelanggan, perusahaan akan menggunakan promosi untuk menunjukkan kualitas produk dan mendorong pelanggan untuk membeli. Pembelian impulsif sering terjadi hanya karena untuk memenuhi keinginan seseorang dalam bergaya hidup. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh antara variabel promosi, life style, dan kualitas produk terhadap impulse buying shopee di Kota Batam. Jenis penelitian yang diterapkan penulis ialah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sifat replikasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan bantuan google form. Jumlah populasi yaitu 400 responden yang pernah melakukan pembelian di aplikasi shopee. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah Nonprobability Sampling dengan Purposive Sampling. Pengujian data menggunakan alat olah data SPSS 25. Temuan pada penelitian ini secara parsial promosi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying dimana nilai t hitung -0,522 < t tabel 1,966 dan nilai sig 0,602 > 0,05, dan life style memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying dimana nilai t hitung 12,887 > t tabel 1,966 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 serta kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying dimana nilai t hitung 5,992 > t tabel 1,966 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dan secara simultan promosi, life style, dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying shopee di Kota Batam dimana nilai f hitung 199,129 > nilai f tabel 2,63 dan nilai sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of aviation security officers at Hang Nadim Airport Batam. The independent variables used in this study are transformational leadership style, work motivation and work discipline. Meanwhile, the dependent variable in this study is employee performance. This study used a sample of 105 respondents who were taken using the non-probability sample method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, reliability test, classic assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis test, analysis of the coefficient of determination hypothesis test t test and f test using the SPSS 25 application. Analysis on research this results that transformational leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance, work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance and work discipline has a significant influence on employee performance and simultaneously all variables have a positive and significant effect

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of brand image, product quality and promotion on product purchasing decisions at PT Trimitra Warna Jaya. The basic method used in this research is quantitative research method survey research is an option in this study as well as the use of questionnaires in the process of collecting survey data obtained from information from respondents. The population used in the researchers' research was consumers who had purchased Asian paints at PT Trimitra Warna Jaya in the period October 2022 to October 2023. Determining the size of the sample can be done using the Cochran formula. Methods of data analysis were used through validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), t test and f test. The results of the study show that brand image has a t-count of 1.565 <1.98498 and 0.121 > 0.05 that there is no partial positive and significant influence of brand image on consumer purchasing decisions at PT Trimitra Warna Jaya. Then on product quality, it has a t count of 3.145 > 1.98498 and 0.002 <0.05 which shows a partial positive and significant influence on product quality on consumer purchasing decisions at PT Trimitra Warna Jaya. Then the promotion has a t count of 6.029 > 1.98498 and 0.000 <0.05 which shows that promotion has a partial positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at PT Trimitra Warna Jaya. The results simultaneously found 36.740 > 2.70 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05, so brand image, product quality and promotion of consumer purchasing decisions at PT Trimitra Warna Jaya

Abstract

This researches are conduct on the Tiktok Batam social media, especially for consumers who use products from Scarlett Whitening. The aims of these researches are finding out and innovation, brand ambassadors, and promotions on purchasing decisions. The populations and sample are the peoples in Batam who use Tiktok who use Scarlett Whitening beauty products, totaling 100 people. Data collection conducted by distributing questionnaires. The data analys deployed multiple linear regressions. The finding showed that innovation, brand ambassadors, and promotions partially and simultaneously influence the purchasing decision of scarlett whitening on the Tiktok Batam social media. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.550, that meaning that innovation, brand ambassadors, and promotion of purchasing decision representatives is 55% and the remaining 45% is influenced by other variables outside of this study such as price, product quality, brand, and so on. Keywords: Brand Ambassador, Innovation, Promotion, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Tujuan penelitiannya ini menelusuri pengaruh motivasi, komunikasi dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawannya pada PT. Pipa Mas Putih Batam. Penelitiannya ini dilakukan dengan menerapkan teknik kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian digunakan sebanyak 148 responden yakni seluruh karyawan store keeper PT. Pipa Mas Putih Batam dengan menerapkan teknik sampel jenuh. Dengan memakai teknik analisa data yang meliputi pengujian statistik deskriptif, kualitas data, asumsi klasik, pengaruh, serta hipotesis. Variabel motivasi, komunikasi, dan stress kerja memengaruhi kinerja karyawannya dengan sig. 0,00 < 0,05. Selain itu, motivasi, komunikasi, dan stress kerja memengaruhi kinerja karyawannya PT Pipa Mas Putih Batam sebesar 57,9%. Di dapatkan motivasi, komunikasi memengaruhi positif signifikan, namun stress kerja memengaruhi negatif signifikan. Akan tetapi secara simultan ketiga variabelnya ini memengaruhi positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawannya PT Pipa Mas Putih Batam.
