Abstract

Abstrak PT.X adalah suatu perseroan yang bergerak di bidang industri kertas Indonesia. Perusahaan melakukan produksi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan kertas budaya dan kertas industri yang terdiri dari Folding Box Board (termasuk produk FSC Mixed), Solid Bleach Board, dan Duplex Board. Tetapi, sejak Mei 2012, target penjualan kertas PT.X tidak dapat terealisasi. Berdasarkan data loss market analysis, ketidakberhasilan penjualan disebabkan karena spesifikasi produk yang diproduksi oleh PT.X tidak memenuhi spesifikasi konsumen. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan, maka diangkat permasalahan sebagai topik analisis berupa bagaimana cara untuk mempercepat pemasaran dengan diversifikasi produk. Pada penelitian ini, proses diversifikasi produk terhadap spesifikasi kertas PT.X tidak dilakukan dengan melanjutkan produk yang sudah ada kemudian disempurnakan untuk ditawarkan ke pasar, melainkan dimulai dari spesifikasi kertas yang dibutuhkan oleh industri hilir yang merupakan akar masalah pemasaran. Diversifikasi produk ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan fungsi regresi multivariat yang merupakan integrasi dari dua fungsi regresi linear berganda. Fungsi regresi estimasi yang digunakan dalam tahap diversifikasi produk, yaitu Y1 = 1200,795 – 0,022 x1 – 436,086 x2t + 0,050 x3 – 0,719 x4 dan Y2 = 1378,440 – 0,034 x1 – 382,343 x2t + 0,050 x3 – 1,121 x4 , di mana flow bottom (X1), flow middle transformasi (X2t), flow top (X3), speed (X4) sebagai variabel bebas dan basis weight (Y1) serta caliper (Y2) sebagai variabel terikat. Contoh spesifikasi produk baru yang dapat diterapkan di PT.X berdasarkan fungsi regresi estimasi yang merujuk pada karakteristik kualitas produk PT.X yaitu Continuous Pressure Laminates (CPL) dengan gramatur 220 g/m2 dan caliper 300 µm, white back folding box board dengan gramatur 230 g/m2 dan caliper 325 µm, serta C1S art board dengan gramatur 270 g/m2 dan caliper 385 µm. Kata kunci : kertas, pemasaran, diversifikasi, multivariat, regresi.

Abstract

The Non-Medical Warehouse of UOBK Hospital was established in 2020 and has one door for entry and exit with non-medical goods arranged on shelves or directly under the floor, there are no recording sheets on each shelf, the arrangement of goods on the shelves still does not take into account the mobility of goods entering and exiting and there are no directions or markers. This research aims to provide suggestions in the form of warehouse management that needs to be completed, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions and others as well as suggestions for reorganizing the warehouse layout by considering various aspects, characteristics of goods, warehouse area and so on starting from the circulation of goods in and out. slow, medium and fast. The results of this research are proposed SOPs, Job Descriptions, Work Instructions and a new warehouse layout for the Non-Medical Warehouse at UOBK Hospital in managing warehouse operations and warehouse layout by considering various aspects and characteristics of goods that are large or need to be placed in the back area. Goods with fast circulation with a percentage of 75% are placed with the entrance and exit in the left lane, namely sanitary goods and nutritional consumables on shelves N and O. There are differences in the initial warehouse layout which does not take into account the circulation of incoming and outgoing goods as well as the warehouse characteristics attached to Figure 6.
