Abstract

Sejak pandemi Covid19, industri kesehatan digital telah bertumbuh pesat di seluruh dunia, ditandai dengan keterlibatan konsumen yang lebih besar dalam kesehatan, disertai kenaikan minat yang lebih tinggi akan layanan kesehatan virtual jarak jauh yang sering terlihat dalam bentuk aplikasi smartphone/ mHeatlh. Namun, Indonesia masih menghadapi beberapa kendala mengenai implementasi kesehatan digital. Untuk mendorong penggunaan aplikasi mHealth, promosi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi harus dikedepankan. Namun, praktik saat ini menunjukkan bahwa masih ada aspek yang menghambat efektivitas dan efisiensi layanan kesehatan aplikasi smartphone. Oleh karena itu, tantangan penting yang hadir dalam pengguna mHealth akan menjadi fokus dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini berupaya menyelidiki prediktor kepuasan pengguna Halodoc, salah satu aplikasi kesehatan seluler terbesar dan tersukses di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skor kegunaan yang dirasakan (PU), kemudahan penggunaan (EU), harga yang dirasakan (PP), antarmuka pengguna grafis (GU), ketergantungan penggunaan (RU), dan kepuasan (SA). Sampel diambil secara pengambilan sampel acak kenyamanan. Responden studi ini melibatkan 100 pengguna Halodoc mulai dari pemula hingga pengguna lama. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan uji-T sampel independen dan analisis varians (ANOVA). Hasil penelitian mempertegas kemudahan penggunaan bagi pengguna yang secara signifikan terkait dengan desain tombol, penggunaan warna, dan informasi obat paling. Selain itu, keandalan pada informasi dokter, yang memungkinkan layanan kesehatan pribadi secara signifikan terkait dengan kepuasan pengguna. Selain itu, ada beberapa fitur profil yang menyarankan tingkat pendidikan mempengaruhi tingkat penerimaan terhadap penggunaan dan kepuasan mHealth. Penelitian di masa depan disarankan untuk melibatkan sampel pengguna dalam jumlah yang lebih besar dan melakukan penelitian selama periode jangka panjang untuk mengukur kepuasan pengguna mHealth dari waktu ke waktu.  Since the COVID19 pandemic, the digital health industry has been accelerated worldwide, with greater consumers engagement in healthcare, and higher interest of remote virtual care found through smartphones application/ mHealth. However, Indonesia still faces several obstacles regarding the implementation of digital health. To encourage the use of the mhealth app, the promotion of information and communication technology must be at the forefront. However, current practice shows that they are still aspects hampering the effectiveness and efficiency of mobile health care. Therefore, crucial challenges present in the user of mHealth would be the focus of this study. This study seeks to investigate the predictors of Halodoc, one of the largest and successful mobile health application’s user satisfaction. The data used in this study are scores of Perceived Usefulness (PU), Ease of Use (EU), Perceived Price (PP), Graphical User Interface (GU), Reliance of Use (RU), and Satisfaction (SA). Samples are taken using random convenienvce sampling. The respondent of this study is 100 Halodoc users starting from beginners to long time users. Data was then analyzed by the Independent Sample T-Test and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The study results reemphasize ease of use for users that is significantly associated with the design of buttons, use of colors, and drug information the most. In addition, reliability on doctor information, and enabling personal health care to be significantly associated with user satisfaction. In addition, there are several profile features that suggest, the level of education affects the level of acceptance to mhealth use and satisfaction. Future research is suggested to include a larger sample of users and over a period to better measure the long-term predictor of mHealth user satisfaction over time.

Abstract

Information communication technology has provided a transformative impetus for how an individual lives, interacts and works. COVID-19 has pushed the cessation of social and economic activities that led Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) as significant tool for business can communicate, store, and manage the necessary information. However not all businesses have the aptitude to change and adopt the necessary ICT to survive such a dynamic market. Therefore, this study aims to examine the influence of ICT, innovation, and corporate entrepreneurship on business performance. This is a quantitative study using a non-probability purposive sampling design. The study includes 204 respondents who are business owners currently using ICT to run their businesses. The data was obtained through online questionnaires and all the data processed and analyzed using SPSS and AMOS. The results show a direct and indirect relationship between ICT and innovation towards business performance, with corporate entrepreneurship as a significant meditating variable. The study brings further empirical proof that ICT literacy needs to paired with innovation and entrepreneurial movement of business that could improve performance.

Abstract

Abstract- Indonesia's fast-growing digital payment industry is encouraging the emergence of new players. In a highly competitive industry and accompanied by COVID-19, e-wallet service providers compete to attract consumers and seller partners to use their services. This study aims to examine the effect of service innovation (SI), service delivery (SD), and customer satisfaction (CS) on customer loyalty (CL) of ShopeePay e-wallet users in Indonesia, especially during the COVID-19 outbreak. This study uses a quantitative method with non-probability sampling, namely judgment sampling, in which respondents are users of ShopeePay e-wallet service in Indonesia. Samples analyzed was 303 respondents with questionnaire data collection technique. The results shows that SI and SD mediated by CS, and CS itself has a positive and significant effect on CL of ShopeePay users in Indonesia. These findings indicate that ShopeePay Indonesia needs to develop SI and SD that meets customer needs and expectations to achieve CL. Abstract

Abstract- Economic difficulties along with the ongoing situation of the COVID-19 pandemic requires start-ups to be innovative in order to stay in the market. As a developing country, the Indonesian government fully supports business development in the country by constantly increasing the number of entrepreneurs and local businesses to act as one of the strong foundations in Indonesia's economy. However, many of these entrepreneurship endeavors does not last and are not sustainable. Therefore, this research aims to evaluate the influence of entrepreneurship, market orientation, and network on business sustainability, flow experience and entrepreneurial satisfaction of Indonesian entrepreneurs. Furthermore, this study was conducted using a quantitative method with a non-probability sampling technique, in which the respondent subjects are 225 entrepreneurs who are currently doing business in Indonesia. Data is then analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with the software SPSS and AMOS. Results from this research indicate that there was a significant influence of entrepreneurship, market orientation, and network toward business sustainability, flow experience and entrepreneurial satisfaction in Indonesian entrepreneurs. In this study, it can be concluded that in establishing business sustainability, an entrepreneur must take several ways to form competence in running his business in the long term found in the flow experience. However, some limitation to the research is that there were limitations to time and interactions that could be performed during the Covid-19 restriction. Abstract

In Indonesia’s New Normal era, creativity is an important aspect for businesses. Previous research suggests the relationship between team support, individual perceptions, the intensity of team and company innovation on students who have entered the world of work. This study explores the effect of individual perceptions, perceptions of team support on the intensity of service business innovation which is mediated by the intensity of team innovation. Data collection was carried out by distributing online questionnaires to 204 employees who work in creative industry service businesses in Indonesia. The study found that perception of individual creativity skills had a positive effect on perceptions of team support for innovation, and perceptions of team support for innovation had a positive effect on the intensity of company innovation. Furthermore, the relationship between perceptions of team support for innovation and entrepreneurial firm innovation intensity is partially mediated by team innovation intensity.

Abstract

Abstract- Social networking sites are an important aspect of everyday life. Social networks are also thought to have the power to increase the intention of green entrepreneurship which is important in preventing ecological deprivation. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of social networking sites on the green entrepreneurship intentions of Jabodetabek students mediated by self-efficacy and risk-taking tendencies. This research was conducted using quantitative research methods, with the use of convenience sampling and electronic questionnaires as data collection methods from 181 students studying at universities in the Jabodetabek area. Data analysis was performed using PLS-SEM. The results showed that social networking sites had a significant effect on green entrepreneurship intentions directly, without being mediated by self-efficacy or risk-taking tendencies. Thus, there is great hope that social networking sites can be utilized in the realization of green growth. Through the social networking movement that raises awareness and insight into the green economy, it can have a direct effect on increasing the green entrepreneurship intentions of Jabodetabek students. Abstract

Abstract- This study aims to examine the effect of university entrepreneurship support on entrepreneurial intentions which are influenced by the mediating effect of entrepreneurial attitudes, subjective norms, and entrepreneurial self-efficacy in undergraduate students studying in Jakarta and or Tangerang. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling technique where the respondents were undergraduate students in Jakarta and or Tangerang who have entered their universities for at least one year. The sample used in this study comprises 280 respondents with data collection methods in the form of electronic questionnaires. The data was processed using PLS-SEM descriptive analysis using SmartPLS software. The results showed that university entrepreneurship support had a positive influence on entrepreneurial intentions and attitudes toward entrepreneurship, subjective norms, and self-efficacy. The study also showed a significant mediating effect of attitudes and self-efficacy on the positive relationship of university entrepreneurship support to entrepreneurial intentions. The results of this study contribute to showing that the role of education in universities still plays a significant role in the formation of students' self that encourages the emergence of entrepreneurship among undergraduate graduates. Therefore, the formation of programs and a combination of practical training and an entrepreneurial climate at the higher education level need to be a concern for the development of entrepreneurship in developing countries. Abstract

Microbusinesses under Dinas Koperasi Usaha Kecil Menengah Bitung faced plenty of struggles to make ends meet given the uncertainty of the Covid19 pandemic. The micro-business owners have to adapt and adjust their businesses for survivability.Objectives: This study aims to analyze the effect of Covid19 and market competition on these micro and small enterprises in Bitung, Indonesia which survived and still has business performance, either financial or non-financial. In addition, this study seeks to analyze the effect of Covid19 on the adoption of digital marketing that might influence business performance.Methodology: The study uses data from 38 micro-business in Bitung that are currently active and has been surviving through the Covid19 pandemic. Data analysis and hypothesis testing are done using Partial Least Squared Modelling (PLS-SEM) using SMART PLS.Finding: Results of this study shows that competition intensity has a positive influence on the adoption of digital marketing. In addition, digital marketing adoption positively influences both financial and non-financial performances.Conclusion: Contrary to common belief, it is competition intensity rather than the perception of Covid19 that has contributed to the adoption of digital marketing which in turn contributed to the business financial performance of micro businesses in Bitung.

Abstract

The use of m-health applications in Indonesia is currently increasing drastically during the COVID-19 pandemic. This has led to intense competition between companies providing health application services to continue to retain users, one of which is by understanding the important factors that influence the intention to use applications either directly or indirectly, apart from the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to examine the effect of quality application, perceived information quality, trust, perceived usefulness and intention to use. The data employed for this study were collected from 150 users of mobile health applications in Indonesia. Hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) for the statistical analysis method. The results of this study indicate that application quality has a positive effect on perceived information quality, perceived information quality has a positive effect on trust, trust has a positive effect on perceived usefulness, and perceived usefulness has a positive effect on intention to use. Finally, the managerial implications in this study are expected to be a source of thought, especially for companies in the health technology industry to continue to improve and evaluate the quality of application that indirectly affect intention to use.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper to examine the influence of work characteristics and family characteristics towards interference in work and interference in family amongst working Indonesian women.The data for this study were collected using questionnaire directed towards working women who are still holding family related roles. A total of 209 respondents was used in this study. Data analysis was done using Structural Equation Modelling approach using the help of SPPS AMOS. The study found that work characteristics and family characteristics all influence work interference family and family interference with work. In addition, the support of family, partner, network, and other services plays at a significant moderate to either affect positively or negatively towards work interference to family or family interference to work. The study's findings showcased women are involved in the gig economy, when like in the case due the pandemic, many women jump into work for additional income for their households.  With working women awareness towards work interference with family, workplaces for women should need to put in place policies that would not let the work compete to her priorities in family. The study showcased that there is a significant moderating effect of support towards work interference with family and family interference with work. And both variable work interference with family and family interference with work could be studied separately.
