Abstract

Abstract Indonesian government requires all products distributed and traded in Indonesian territory are halal certified. However, the ability of Small and Medium Industries (SMI) to implement this law of halal product assurance is relatively low. For this reason, it is crucial to review the application of halal assurance policy on the sustainability of fish ball SMI since fish ball grinding process is usually performed in public places, so that it is relatively risky to be contaminated with non-halal product. The objective of this research is to establish halal product assurance policy model and its impact on the sustainability of fish ball SMI. The approach used to review SMI policy and sustainability model was system dynamics simulation method supported by Vensim™ software. System Dynamics simulation generates two scenarios; the first scenario was fish ball SMI that applies halal assurance, and the second scenario was fish ball SMI that does not apply halal assurance and standard under the competitor. The simulation result showed that halal assurance gives better market share value that leads to the increasing operational cost variable, followed by the significant increase of business cash and better sustainability in the business. Therefore, the SMI actors will be able to comprehensively understand their obligation to comply with the government regulation which stated that all products distributed in Indonesia are required to have halal certification and it should be able to keep the sustainability of fish ball SMI.Keywords: system dynamics, halal control point, model, policy, sustainability

Abstract

Fraud of fake halal label products does not open halal production processes about the supply chain from upstream to downstream. Therefore, in product integrity agreements, it is necessary to implement traceability in the food supply chain as an effective tool in ensuring product halalness and ensuring food products are safe. Therefore, this study tries to make a model of halal Supply Chain Traceability in the integrity agreement of halal food products. The method used in modeling the halal supply chain traceability system using Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM). Elements of a halal supply chain tracking system, in addition to halal procurement, halal manufacturing, halal logistics, halal distribution, supplier traceability, producer traceability, logistics traceability, distribution traceability. ISM Modeling results in the integration of halal products are located in Quadran IV Driver Power with halal manufacturing, producer traceability, supplier traceability, Quadran III Strong-Very Driver Depends on Variables (Linkage), Traceability system elements of the halal supply chain that are in accordance with this Quadran will be sought integrity of halal products and has strong advantages as a driver, this quadrant contains halal procurement, traceability distribution, halal logistics. Whereas the halal supply chain traceability system that is not related to the integrity of halal products comes in. Quadran II Driver Power namely: halal logistics and distribution traceability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meminimalisir terjadinya kehilangan kendaraan pada kampus Universitas Panca Marga, mengetahui sistem keamanan analisis kelayakan miniatur Sistem Parkir di Universitas Panca Marga serta mengetahui prosedur penerapan pemasangan sistem keamanan analisis kelayakan miniatur sistem parkir di Universitas Panca Marga. Berdasarkan penelitian dan perhitungan analisis yang telah dilakukan, nilai NPV (Net Present Value) sebesar 8.341.063 menunjukkan bahwa proyek miniatur sistem perparkiran di Universitas Panca Marga memiliki kelayakan sehingga proyek sistem perparkiran tersebut dapat dijalankan. Nilai PP (Payback Period) sebesar 2.005 menunjukkan bahwa proyek sistem layak dikerjakan dengan investasi awal kembali dalam jangka waktu 2 tahun. Oleh karena itu, saran yang dapat diberikan untuk Universitas Panca Marga adalah dapat menerapkan kebijakan tarif parkir agar dapat menghasilkan kelayakan finansial dan meningkatkan nilai pendapatan.

Abstract

Tofu is a traditional Indonesian food that is very popular with the community. The tofu production process produces solid and liquid waste. The liquid waste contains very high BOD, COD and TSS which has the potential to pollute the environment, therefore it is necessary to have a Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP). This study aims to determine the economic feasibility study of the operation of the WWTP. The research was conducted at CV. Proma Tun Saroyyan Probolinggo. To find out the economic feasibility of the operation of WWTPs using the parameters of the Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period (PP) and Benefit Cost Ratio (B / C R) The results showed that the WWTP used was the Anaerob-Biogas system, the anaerobic system is wastewater treatment by utilizing microorganisms that work without oxygen free, with three stages, namely: Hydrolysis, Acidification, and Methane Formation Stage. The resulting methane gas (biogas) is a mixture of various types of gases, including CH4 (54% -70%), CO2 (27% -45%), O2 (1% -4%), N2 (0.5% -3%), CO (1%), and H2 which are stored in the gas holder and distributed to the community as an alternative fuel to replace LPG gas. For an analysis of economic feasibility with NPV criteria shows that the biogas WWTP is profitable, because the NPV value is positive at Rp. 58,249,000. Based on the criteria of PP, which is 5 years 10 months 20 days, which means that the time is quite short and does not exceed the age of the economical gas holder. And the value of B / C Ratio is 1.4109 which means that the WWTP biogas in the CV. Proma Tun Saroyyan Probolinggo deserves to be developed because of the value of B / C R> 1.

Abstract

Salah satu kekurangan dari suatu produk mobil mainan anak adalah kurang ergonomis atau ukuran yang tidak sesuai umur tubuh anak dan mahalnya harga mobil mainan anak yang dijual di pasar. Penelitian ini untuk melakukan suatu perancangan dan pengembangan mobil mainan anak dengan memanfaatkan limbah triplek. Penulis menggunakaan metode antropometri dalam perancangann. Untuk pengembangan memanfaatkan hanphone android untuk remote mobil mainan anak. Berdasarkan keinginan konsumen timbul gagasan pengembangan dan pemanfaatan limbah untuk seleksi konsep yang ada. Konsep yang terpilih yaitu produk satu yang sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen. Maka dapat diusulkan memanfaatkan bahan triplek yang tidak terpakai di pabrik untuk membuat mobil mainan anak yang ergonomis pada anak-anak TK (Taman kanak-kanak)

Abstract

Penggunaan media pembelajaran disesuaikan kondisi dan lingkungan belajar. Pemilihan media pembelajaran disesuaikan pada usia dan kemampuan subjek. Media pembelajaran yang dapat disesuaikan dengan anak khususnya untuk kemampuan membaca yaitu media pembelajaran membaca dengan buku. Terdapat dua buku yang dapat digunakan yakni buku cetak dan buku digital. Hasil observasi dan wawancara memaparkan bahwa di wilayah Desa Pabean memiliki potensi besar dibidang pendidikan. Alasannya adalah kawasan Desa Pabean berdiri bangunan sekolah dari tingkat PAUD, TK, SD, SMP, SMA, dan Bahkan Perguruan Tinggi. Secara langsung Desa Pabean merupakan kawasan dyang mendukung pendidikan dan meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat. Permasalahan yang ada dilingkup Desa Pabean adalah adanyan keterbatasan pemahaman dalam membaca, khususnya bagi anak usia sekolah dasar kelas 1, 2, dan 3. Alasannya, dua tahun lalu sistem sekolah dengan daring bedampak pada keterampilan membaca siswa yang menurun. Sehingga berdampak pada menurunnya minat membaca anak. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan program kerja bidang pemberdayaan pendidikan untuk meningkatkan minat baca dengan media buku cetak dan buku digital. Pemberdayaan pendidikan ini diawali dengan mengukur kemampuan baca anak untuk digolongkan pada tingkat 1, 2, dan 3. Selanjutnya anak-anak akan di bimbing sesuai dengan tingkatan dan media yang digunakan menyesuaikan tingkat kesulitan. Setiap pembimbing melatih anak dalam membaca.
