Abstract

In neighborhood RT.09 RW.04 Tunjungsekar urban village, many young people are unemployed and have high motivation in restricting their village in RT environment, besides because in neighborhood RT. this is a lot of activities and there is no suitable place in the preparation of the current event or is being done on the road by installing tents from the rental of a large enough cost and hi cash RT. From the above problems and initial surveillance from the authors agreed to be given training and education of Electrical Electrical to make the framework of the terop on the youth in neighborhood RT.09 RW.4 in Tunjungsekar Village to be used as the provision of his life. The purpose of this PKM is: 1. Helping the youth in neighborhood RT.09 RW.04 to get Electrical Laser skill, 2.Helping youth in neighborhood RT.09 RW.04 in making frem of tend, which many use electric welding machine , 3. Helping youths in neighborhood RT.09 RW.04 to gain knowledge in work with Electrical Welding machine so that it will improve their competitiveness and income. The results obtained in this PKM is 1. the presence of awning in the neighborhood RT.09 RW.04 Tunjungsekar Village, which can be used alone or rented so that it can raise the cash RT. 2. The youth have welding skills so as to be able to increase their income. and 3. Youth groups in the environment has a welding machine from donation Polytechnic of Malang.

Abstract

Serves as a vertical windmill power generation derived from wind speeds that occur in areas that have a function of wind speed as power plants. so as to move / rotate to the next windmill can rotate the dynamo that can generate electrical energy. In this study, researchers wanted to develop a system by adding a dynamic fin, where fin is equipped with hinges that functioned as a reduction of pressure on the side of the lai. For more details can be followed in the design of a complete explanation on the basic theory pembahasa. At the end of this study can determine deferent between the fin and the fins remain dynamic in the manufacture of prototype vertical windmill. So in the end it can be seen which system is better , whether fixed or fins fin system dynamic , hoped this research can provide better advice to design a vertical axis windmill better.

Abstract

Potensi sumber alam di lingkungan sekitar berupa ketersediaan sumber makanan kambing yang melimpah RT04/RW2, Desa Pakis, Kecamatan Durenan, Kabupaten Trenggalek, pada tahun 2017 telah mulai dimanfaatkan oleh mitra untuk usaha pemeliharaan kambing sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan kemampuan ekonomi rumah tangga. Dari proses pemeliharaan yang baik dan ketersediaan sumber makanan yang melimpah, sampai dengan sekarang sudah berhasil dibudidayakan 12 ekor kambing dari awal pembudidayaan sejumlah 2 kambing calon indukan. Dalam perjalanannya, dalam menekuni usaha ini, ditemui kendala utama yang menghambat kemajuan dari usaha ini, yaitu kendala kurang idealnya kandang kambing yang ada untuk dapat mendukung keberhasilan usaha tsb. Konstruksi, sanitasi, dan luasan kandang yang ada belum cukup ideal sebagaimana telah diatur atau dipandu dalam suatu Peraturan Menteri Pertanian yang ada. Diyakini bahwa apabila kendala-kendala ini dapat diselesaikan maka akan dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan usaha ini, bahkan berpotensi untuk bisa menjadi model usaha pemeliharan kambing sekala kecil rumah tangga yang dapat dijadikan rujukan rujukan bagi calon-calon pemula usaha pemeliharaan kambing. Sebagai solusinya kepada mitra diberikan pelatihan untuk merancang kandang kambing yang ideal dengan mengacu kepada Peraturan Menteri Pertanian yang ada yang selanjutnya kepada mitra dilatih untuk membuat kandang kambing yang telah dirancang. Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi penunjuk waktu dalam bentuk jam digital semakin luas. Hampir semua masjid-masjid besar di perkotaan menggunakan jam digital sebagai penunjuk waktu jadwal salat. Berbeda dengan masjid ataupun musala di pedesaan, sebagian besar masih menggunakan jam analog. Salah satu musala di Pondok Pesantren di Kecamatan Singosari Kabupaten Malang masih secara manual menggunakan pamflet/selebaran jadwal salat dalam melihat jadwal waktu salat lima waktu. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan penggunaan dan setting jam digital bagi takmir Musala Mahad Dar Al Hikmah, Desa Pagentan Kecamatan Singosari Kabupaten Malang pada tanggal 13 Juni 2021. Kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu upaya untuk menunjang kegiatan beribadah salat tepat waktu bagi segenap pengurus dan jamaah musala Dar Al Hikmah Singosari. Kegiatan ini melibatkan takmir dan jamaah Musala Dar Al Hikmah Singosari. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah metode Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) yaitu kegiatan yang melibatkan masyarakat dalam pelaksanaannya. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah suvei lapangan, pembuatan alat, pelatihan penggunaan alat, serta pemasangan alat. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa perangkat jam digital dapat berfungsi dengan baik, takmir musala mampu mengoperasikan jam digital dan mensetting jam digital dengan baik, serta jamaah Musala Mahad Dar Al Hikmah bisa lebih khusyuk dan tepat waktu dalam melaksanakan ibadah salat.

Abstract

Shaping and marketing a product in tablet form is an easy and economical alternative to product shaping. Products in tablet form now cover almost all fields, so that the demand for tablet tooling of various sizes and variations continues to increase. As an effort to support the effectiveness and proper industrial planning, it is necessary to carry out an analysis of the machine and material requirements to produce tablet tooling which is the aim of this study. To achieve these objectives, the methods used in this study include product design, operation plan analysis, and calculation of material requirements and number of machines. The result shows that the number of machine requirements to manufacture the die and punch of tablet tooling with the demand of 200 unit/day are two units of power hacksaw, five units of lathe machine, and a unit of milling machine. On the other hand, the material requirements needed in one day are 22.24 m (Ø45 mm x 5 bars) and 12.79 m (Ø18 mm x 3 bars).

Abstract

Fiber Metal Laminates (FML) is a classification of metallic materials consisting of several thin layers of metal combined with composite materials. The constraint of FML is the weak bond between the layer material and the core composite. The weak bond between the layer material and the core composite can be influenced by several things, including the absence of an interlock system between the layer material and the core composite so that the strength of the FML composite decreases. In this study, a study was conducted on the shear strength of FML composites using the independent variables of surface roughness and fiber angle orientation. The highest shear strength in FML composite with fiber angle orientation of 45/45° and with a surface roughness value of 2.128 m with a shear strength value of 2.7 MPa

Abstract

Tempe is one of the original foods that are much favored by the people of Indonesia. Malang is famous for having many tempe-making businesses, which are spread both in the city and district of Malang. MSME Sanan Sejahtera is one of the tempe producers located in Malang Regency, precisely in Watugede Village, Singosari District. The process of producing tempeh for SMEs is still done traditionally. Although this business has been running for quite a long time, this effort cannot be separated from various problems faced. The problems faced are the production capacity of tempe which is still very small, the price of soybean raw materials tends to rise, and the marketing of tempe is still not optimal. The purpose of this community service is to help increase the production capacity of tempe and tempe sales turnover. The solution to overcome this problem is to provide a soybean peeler machine to increase production capacity and provide knowledge about marketing through social media to increase sales. The results of this community service activity are proven to be able to increase the production and sales capacity of tempe, so that the welfare of the community can increase. The implementation of this PPM is carried out with the stages of field surveys, tool making, tool installation, and training on the use and maintenance of tools.
