Abstract

Online learning of Buddhist education at SDN 2 Yosomulyo Had Various obstacles and problems arose that had an impact on students’ understanding. That was the reason for researchers to conduct resech subjects. This study aimed to (1) find out online learning process on Buddhism and (2) to analyzy the impact of online learning on Students’ understanding of Buddhism subject at SDN 2Yosomulyo Gambiran subdistrict, Banyuwangi.This studi used a qualitative method. The research approach was a case study. The location of the research wass at SDN 2 Yosomulyo. When the research was conduted from February to July 2021, the data qualitative research were collected thrugh observation, interviews and documentation, the valididy of the data used Triangulation, data analysis techniques refferring to the Miles & Huberman concept.The result of this study indicated that (1) the online learning process of Buddhist Education at SDN 2 Yosomulyo, was carried out via Whatsapp, Zoom, Google meet and various obstacles in the from of: limited facilites, lack of mastery of technology by students, material was not understood, lack parental assistance when learning online, lack of adaptation to online learning, (2) The Impact of online learning on students’ understanding of buddhist education subjects, namely students have difficulty in retell, give opinions and provide conclusions on buddhist education subjects by teachers when oline learning

Abstract

The objective of the research is find out the effet of workload and burnout on the teacher’s intention turnover.the research was conducted at Buddhist junior high school in Jakarta. The research was using a survey method with path analysis applied in the hypothesis and 92 sample selected by simple random sampling. The research techniques is analysis with quantitative research approaches by using causal analysis. The finding of the research are: 1) there is a positive direct effect of workload on turnover intention; 2) there is a positive direct effect of burnout on turnover intention; 3) there is a positive direct effect of workload on burnout.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe in depth the process of implementing the management of the Sekar Teratai Buddhist Sunday School (SMB). This research will use a qualitative research approach. The data collection techniques of this research will use observation, interview and documentation study techniques. The research procedure used in this study consisted of several research steps with the Robert case study method. The results of this study are 1) SMB does not have a good management plan, 2) the teaching and learning process has not been planned and structured in a measured and systematic manner, 3) the utilization of facilities and infrastructure has not been maximally carried out 4) Loyalty of administrators, teachers and parents is high. Keywords: Management, Non-Formal Education, Buddhist Sunday School.

Abstract

Manajemen kelasa berbasis mindfulness merupakan sebuah pendekatan pengelolaan kelas yang diintegrasikan dengan praktek mindfulness pada sebuah kelas dalam pembelajaran. Pengelolaan kelas yang terintegrasi dengan mindfulness ini diharapkan mampu mengatur pengelolaan kelas yang tidak hanya secara fisik namun juga secara psikis. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka (library research), yaitu dengan melakukan pengkajian dari berbagai sumber, konsep dan teori-teori secara mendalam. Manajemen kelas berbasis mindfulness menghasilkan pendekatan manajemen kelas dalam pembelajaran dengan tidak hanyak menyiapkan sarana fisik namun juga menyipkan kondisi psikis dan emosional peserta didik untuk mampu secara sadar dan terarah dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran sehingga didapatkan hasil belajar yang optimal.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic changed the learning of Buddhist Education, which was initially carried out by face-to-face then changed into online learning. Learners' understanding is influenced by how teachers convey learning and conditions during the online learning process. This study aims to: (1) find out how much the influence of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic has on learners' level of understanding. (2) to explain the influence of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic on students' level of understanding of Buddhist education subjects. This research is a quantitative study with a type of correlational approach conducted at Semarang Regency Junior High School in AprilJune 2021. The population in this study was 125 learners, while the sample used was 60 learners— sampling using simple random sampling techniques. Data collection techniques and instruments were carried out using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used simple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 16 program. Based on the research and data analysis results, online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic has influenced students' level of understanding by 0.641. When viewed from the value of R square is 29%. The influence of online learning on learners' level of understanding is positive and significant, with a simple linear regression test showing that the correlation coefficient of 0.540 is positive.

Abstract

Students who have grown accustomed to online instruction may experience cognitive dissonance while transitioning back to traditional classroom settings due to Covid-19's oversight. The creation of a blended learning module that incorporates online and in-person instruction is one approach to resolving the issue of how to carry out the learning process. This research set out to answer two questions: (1) how one might go about creating a blended learning module, and (2) whether or not such a module might be used effectively to teach Buddhist religious education content to seventh-semester middle school. Cennamo and Kalk's Spiral model is used for this study. In the spiral model, you first define the problem, then create a solution, then show how it works, and last deliver the solution. The average proportion, based on questionnaire data from large-scale experiments, was 92.24%. This blended learning module of Buddhist religious education has been found to be quite viable in order to be used for seventh grade students in junior high schools in Blitar Regency, as per the previously established requirements. Blended learning-based module solutions are suitable for usage as demonstrated by the results of completed questionnaires from content experts and media experts. The average percentage acquired in the massive study, as calculated by the table data from the questionnaires, was 92.24%. The integrated learning module for Buddhist religious education has been found to be quite viable in order to be used and applied to pupils in Blitar Regency's seventh grade of junior high school. After that, SPSS factor analysis indicated that the KMO and Bartlett's Test values were both more than 0.5, indicating that the product was viable. As a result, the study determines that the module can be used.

Abstract

Community service is carried out at the Muryantoro Monastery, Jepara district. Community service has a theme related to organizational training and Youth Leadership at Vihar Muryantoro. The service with the theme of organizational training and leadership is carried out because based on the analysis carried out there are various phenomena and problems related to organization and leadership such as low knowledge and training related to the organization and low demand for youth to take on the role of leaders in various activities and activities carried out. The service implementation methods include 1) socialization, 2) Discussion and Presentation, 3) Practice Methods. The results of community service are; able to grow motivation and knowledge, develop organizational skills and foster leadership spirit, provide new perspectives and real experience in running youth organizations and foster leadership spirit.   ABSTRAK Pengabdian pada masyarakat dilaksanakan di Vihara Muryantoro Kabupaten Jepara. Pengabdian pada masyarakat mengambil tema terkait dengan pelatihan organisasi dan Kepemimpinan pada Pemuda di Vihara Muryantoro. Pengabdian dengan tema pelatigan organisasi dan kepemimpinan dilakukan karena berdasarkan Analisa yang dilakukan terdapat berbagai fenomena dan persoalan terkait dengan organisasi dan kepemimpinan seperti rendahnya pengetahuan dan pelatihan terkait organisasi dan rendahnya minta pemuda dalam mengambil peran sebagai pemimpin dalam berbagai aktvitas dan kegiatan yang dilakukan. Metode implementasi pengabidian yaitu meliputi 1) sosialisasi, 2) Diskusi dan Persentasi, 3) Metode Praktek. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat yaitu; mampu menumbuhkan motivasi dan pengetahuan mengembangkan kemampuan berorganisasi dan menumbuhkan jiwa pemimpin,  memberikan cara pandang baru dan pengalaman secara nyata dalam menjalankan oraganisasi pemuda dan menumbuhkan jiwa kepemimpinan.

Abstract

This paper discusses the success or failure of the implementation of civic education learning programs that implement character values. The assessment was carried out by analyzing the Context, Input, Process, and Product for the implementation of the civic education learning program in class 5 at SD Negeri Jumo. The research was conducted from October to February 2022 to 2023. The research is evaluation research with a qualitative approach using the CIPP model. The research results indicate that context, seen from the vision, mission, school goals, syllabus, strategies, and programs, is appropriate and supports character building. Input is also based on the background of the teachers, students, facilities/infrastructure, formulation of lesson plans, and teaching materials that are appropriate in supporting the learning process so that the learning process can be carried out properly. The process is in the form of implementing civic education learning in which the teacher has carried out according to the lesson plans, in the implementation, the right methods/strategies, tools/media, and teaching materials have supported character education. The product has been achieved enough well, where students already have character values such as applying 5S (smile, greeting, greeting, being polite and courteous), cooperation, mutual cooperation, etc, and can apply them in everyday life. The process of civic education learning programs can be said to succeed as seen from students’ product data.

Abstract

The Independent Curriculum is a new curriculum that not all schools have implemented. The implementation of the independent curriculum has changes from the previous curriculum which makes teachers feel difficult. The purpose of this study is to describe the ability of Buddhist Religious Education teachers in preparing Merdeka Curriculum learning tools at SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih, Kulon Progo Regency, and to describe the ability of Buddhist Religious Education teachers in implementing the Independent Curriculum in Buddhist Religious Education learning at SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih, Kulon Progo Regency. This research is a qualitative study with an analytic descriptive approach. Data collection using observation, documentation and interviews. Six informants in this study were selected by purposive sampling. Data analysis used the Cresswel model. The results of the study found that the ability of Buddhist Religious Education teachers in preparing Independent Curriculum learning tools at SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih has fulfilled all components of the Head of the Education Curriculum and Assessment Standards Agency and the Teaching Modules designed are arranged coherently and clearly. The ability of the Buddhist Religious Education teacher in implementing the Independent Curriculum in Buddhist Religious Education Learning at SMK N 2 Pengasih, Kulon Progo Regency is in accordance with the Teaching Module he prepared. Buddhist Religious Education teachers are able to bring the profile of Pancasila students to be interesting by using a scientific approach and carrying out differentiated learning.
