Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis visual novel pada materi Empat Peristiwa Agung di Sekolah Menengah Pertama. Penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Develepment (R&D) ini yang diadaptasi dari model pengembangan Brog dan Gall dengan menyederhanakan menjadi 7 tahap pengembangan. Uji kelayakan dilakukan tiga pengguna materi oleh guru pendidikan Agama Buddha dan dua ahli media oleh dosen STAB Negeri Raden Wijaya Wonogiri Jawa Tengah. Media yang dikembangkan diuji cobakan kepada 47 siswa SMP Negeri 2 Pakis Aji, SMP Negeri 2 Donorojo Kabupaten Jepara, dan SMP Negeri 1 Cluwak, Kabupaten Pati. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran berbasis Visual Novel materi Empat Peristiwa Agung Di Sekolah Menengah Pertama. Berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi diperoleh nilai validitas dan reliabilitas 0,61, sehingga dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Selanjutnya penilaian ahli media diperoleh nilai validitas dan reliabilitas 0,79 sehingga dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Respon siswa terhadap media menunjukan bahwa bahan ajar berupa Livin Maker 2 sangat diminati siswa. Sehingga media pembelajaran berbasis Visual Novel pada materi Empat Peristiwa Agung sangat layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.

Abstract

Pada pembelajaran masih ada guru yang mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelola kegiatanpembelajaran. Hal itu dikarenakan kegiatan pembelajaran hanya mengarahkan siswa untuk membaca danmengingat teori saja sehingga membuat siswa menjadi kurang aktif dan hasil belajar siswa menjadi rendah.Hal tersebut yang melatarbelakangi penulis untuk melakukan penelitian, yaitu dengan menerapkanPendekatan Keterampilan Proses (PKP) pada proses pembelajaran pendidikan agama Buddha untukmeningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yangdilakukan di kelas VII SMP N 2 Susukan Kabupaten Banjarnegara yang berjumlah 5 siswa. Digunakanbeberapa instrumen untuk mengontrol kegiatan pembelajaran, yaitu lembar observasi, pedoman wawancara,dan soal tes. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kegiatan pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa sudah mengalami peningkatansetelah proses pembelajaran dengan menerapkan pendekatan keterampilan proses. Melalui penerapan PKPdapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa yang terlihat pada hasil tes, yaitu pada Siklus I dengan nilai tertinggi75 dan pada Siklus II 98. Selain itu, keaktifan siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran juga mengalamipeningkatan yaitu 46,66% pada Siklus I menjadi 86,66% pada Siklus II. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian iniadalah proses pembelajaran dengan menerapkan PKP dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada kelas VIISMP Negeri 2 Susukan Kabupaten Banjarnegara.

Abstract

Keaktifan siswa dan pemahaman konsep terhadap materi menjadi kendala bagi siswa kelas XI SMK Mpu Tantular Banyumas. Permasalahan ini disebabkan oleh pembelajaran yang diterapkan masih monoton. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui penerapan pembelajaran Quantum Teaching dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan pemahaman konsep siswa kelas XI SMK Mpu Tantular Banyumas pada materi “aku dan lingkunganku”. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas model Kurt Lewin. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar observasi, pedoman wawancara, tes pemahaman konsep. Data kuantitatif dianalisis dengan deskriptif komparatif dan data kualitatif dianalisis dengan teknik analisis kritis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata keaktifan siswa meningkat dari 43,2; siklus pertama menjadi 56; dan siklus kedua menjadi 79,74. Nilai rata-rata pemahaman konsep materi meningkat dari 64,46; siklus pertama menjadi 75,56; dan siklus kedua menjadi 84,46. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran Quantum Teaching meningkatkan keaktifan siswa. Pemahaman konsep siswa meningkat dalam memahami konsep-konsep materi ajar.

Abstract

The aims of this study are: to describe the efforts of Buddhist education teacher to improve student’s learning outcomes and to find out how teacher evaluate student learning outcomes in online learning during the covid-19 pandemic at Kalimanggis Elementary School state 1, Kaloran district, Temanggung regency. This study used descriptive qualitative research methods. The methods of data collection were through observation, interviews and documentation. This research was conducted at Kalimanggis Elementary School state 1, Kaloran district, Temanggung regency. The subjects of this study were Buddhist education teachers and students Kalimanggis Elementary School state 1.The results of this study showed that the teacher has succeeded in improving students learning outcomes. Efforts made by teachers to improve student learning outcomes are: improving the quality and creativity in the learning process, increasing students's motivation and interest in online learning, teacher also applied appropriate learning strategies and methods, teacher evaluated learning, collaborate with parents, and maximizing the use of learning media as a support to deliver learning material so that it is easily understood by students. As a result, that maximum learning outcomes are achieved. Keywords: Covid-19, Learning Outcomes, Online Learning, Teacher Efforts.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in learning outcomes of Buddhist education at the elementary school level in Wonogiri Regency between learning using Buddhist pictures and songs as compared to learning through material presentation by teachers using textbooks. The research design used the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research subjects were third grade students of Buddhist elementary schools in Wonogiri Regency. The normality test uses the One-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test and the homogeneity test uses the Levence Test on SPSS. Meanwhile, to test the hypothesis using the Independent Sample T Test and Paired Sample T Test on SPSS. The results showed that the learning outcomes of the experimental group and the control group were normally distributed and homogeneous. The average increase in learning outcomes of the control group was 5.1250, the experimental group was 16.5000. The results of the independent sample t test show that Sig. (2-tailed) or p 0.000. Meanwhile, α 0.05, so p <αmeans that Ho is rejected. The results of the paired sample t test are known to be sig. (2-tailed) or p 0.000. While α 0.05 so p <α means that Ho is rejected, meaning that Buddhist images and songs have a more positive effect on learning outcomes

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic changed the learning of Buddhist Education, which was initially carried out by face-to-face then changed into online learning. Learners' understanding is influenced by how teachers convey learning and conditions during the online learning process. This study aims to: (1) find out how much the influence of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic has on learners' level of understanding. (2) to explain the influence of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic on students' level of understanding of Buddhist education subjects. This research is a quantitative study with a type of correlational approach conducted at Semarang Regency Junior High School in AprilJune 2021. The population in this study was 125 learners, while the sample used was 60 learners— sampling using simple random sampling techniques. Data collection techniques and instruments were carried out using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used simple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 16 program. Based on the research and data analysis results, online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic has influenced students' level of understanding by 0.641. When viewed from the value of R square is 29%. The influence of online learning on learners' level of understanding is positive and significant, with a simple linear regression test showing that the correlation coefficient of 0.540 is positive.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kegiatan KKG Pendidikan Agama Buddha terhadap inovasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Buddha di Kabupaten Jepara.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Variabel independen kegiatan KKG PAB dan variabel dipenden adalah inovasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian populasi sebanyak22 guru, Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui angket. Angket sebelumnya tekah diuji cobakan untuk mengetahui validitas dan reliabilitas intrumen. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi. Sebelum diuji dengan menggunakan regresi diadakan uji normalitas dan linierritas data yang diperoleh. Berdasarkan data yang diolah hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara kegiatan kelompok kerja guru Pendidikan Agama Buddha dengan inovasi pembelajaran di Kabupaten Jepara Jawa Tengah. Inovasi pembelajaran di sekolah Kabupaten Jepara dipengaruhi oleh kegiatan KKG PAB sebesar 78.5% sedangkan 21.5% dipengaruhi faktor lainnya

Abstract

In the context of regional government, education and training programs for government officials have an important role in improving bureaucratic performance and public services. These programs have experienced significant development in line with changes in community needs and the local government environment. This research then aims to look at education and training programs that can be implemented by local government officials, spread their effectiveness, and analyze their impact on bureaucratic performance at the regional level. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach and relies on secondary data obtained from various relevant research and previous studies. The results of this research found that education and training programs for local government officials have a positive impact on the performance of bureaucracy and public services at the local level. Through the evolution of these programs, local government officials have access to more comprehensive training materials and innovative teaching methods. This positive impact is felt by the community through better quality public services and improved relations between local governments and their communities. However, challenges such as financial constraints and resistance from some local government officials must be overcome. Education and training programs must remain relevant to national policies, follow the dynamics of external factors, and ensure close cooperation to achieve optimal results.
