Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  untuk mengembangkan instrumen penilaian kinerja guru sekolah dasar, dengan maksud diperolehnya komponen, indikator dan instrumen penilaian kinerja guru sekolah dasar. Instrumen penilaian kinerja guru sekolah dasar, dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan dengan metode research and development, berdasarkan model pengembangan pembelajaran Borg and Gall yang disesuaikan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis validitas dan reliabilitas, instrumen tersebut valid dan reliabel. Hasil analisis faktor menunjukkan fit model yang cukup baik, berarti dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) instrumen penilaian kinerja guru sekolah dasar terdiri dari lima komponen yakni mengajar, mendidik, melatih dan mengarahkan, membimbing, serta menilai dan mengevaluasi, (2) masing-masing komponen instrumen penilaian kinerja guru dapat dijabarkan menjadi beberapa indikator relevan seperti yang dideskripsikan dalam hasil penelitian.Kata kunci: instrumen penilaian kinerja, guru sekolah dasar_____________________________________________________________THE ASESSMENT INSTRUMENT DEVELOPMENT OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS’ PERFORMANCE BASED ON TASKS AND FUNCTIONSAbstract The objective of the research is to develop an assessment instrument of elementary school teachers’ performance in order to attain the components, the indicators and the assessment instrument of the elementary school teachers’ performance. The assessment instrument of elementary school teachers’ performance, in the research, was developed by using research and development method that was adapted from the Borg and Gall’s model of learning development. Based on the results of validity and reliability test, the instrument had been valid and reliable. The results of factor analysis show a quiet good fit model which leads to the following conclusions: (1) the assessment instrument of elementary school teachers’ performance consists of five components namely: teaching, educating, training and directing, guiding and scoring and evaluating; and (2) each component for the assessment instrument of elementary school teachers’ performance can be elaborated into several relevant indicators as described in the result of the study.Keywords: instrument of performance assessment, elementary school teachers

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the implementation of the learning is done by people who become temporary teachers Buddhist education in an effort to meet the needs of the number of teachers who have not been fulfilled, the task execution, knowing temporary teachers in carrying out his duties as a teacher of Buddhist education. This research is a mix research. The result of research, indicate that the implementation of the learning undertaken by temporary teachers of Buddhist education in an effort to meet the needs of the teacher is the optimal number, and All teachers have done their job well, with components that should receive special attention is in the use of media and or learning strategies. If the evaluation is done thoroughly in the process of learning plans then seen the incomplete learning plan performed as in the case of making worksheets, clarity sources, lack of subject content validity, and if it is seen only in the process of learning plans in particular RPP (Learning Implementation Plan), specifically on learning plan in the classroom, regardless of other aspects) resulting deficiencies in the methods and learning strategies are used.

Abstract

The Objective of this Study is to a reflective evaluation of Indonesian national character in the education of Buddhism in elementary schools, which can produce a picture that poures national values character (nationalism) in the context of learning that is administered. The reflective evaluation is carried out with the CIPP evaluation model, which includes five constructs and five reflective Buddhism educational instruments wich consits of context dimensions, the teacher’s interest, the teaching materials, the learning process and the product. All instruments are valid and reliable. The result of the development of the reflective evaluation instrument of Buddhist education that has been built consists of five aspects / dimensions of evaluation with the name Context, Teachers’ Knowledge / Interest (Input), Materials (Input), Process and Product (Product). The content of the nation’s character in Buddhism is explicit in the components of History, Faith (Saddha), Behavior or Morality (Sila), Buddhist holly Books (Tipitaka), Meditation (Samadhi), and Wisdom (Panna), accumulated in context, input, process, and output, through the evaluation of the Buddha’s education refelective in the development of the nation’s character.

Abstract

During the covid-19, social distancing is required to prevent the spread of the covid-19 virus. Therefore, in the world of education, the government applies distance education or what is often referred to as online learning. There are obstacles in online learning, such as an indication of student in discipline, which is caused by boredom with online learning, lazy to study, lack of understanding of the material being taught. This study aims to determine the impact of online learning on Buddhist students, and to determine the discipline of Buddhist students when participating in online learning. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach, namely a case study conducted at SMAN 1 Donorojo. The resultsand conclusions in this study indicate that there are positive and negative impacts arising from online learning. The positive impact is that students can recognize and operate technology well. The negative impact is that students are not able to learn independently because they do not understand if the material is not explained in detail, besides that students feel bored because of the lack of interaction with friends and teachers. Through online learning, it can be concluded that online learning makes students less disciplined, this is because students experience learning burnout due to boredom about monotonous material and the pressure from many tasks given by the teacher who are targeted to be completed on the same day. Therefore, students are lazy and bored with studying, so students are late in submitting assignments.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a survey based on the results of mentoring and training in the preparation of assessment models for teachers of Buddhist education, and to analyze the level of success of teachers in the application of learning with online media, as well as the correlation of mentoring and teacher competence in the field of evaluation of Buddhist education. This research is a survey research, which is accompanied by experiments through training, in identifying and developing an assessment model using online media. As the results of the study show that the assistance of making an assessment model can enhance the teacher's role in producing valid assessments. The benefits from the implementation of mentoring and training result in a good assessment. This activity has a positive correlation between the mentoring process and increasing teacher competence in the field of assessment of Buddhist religious education. The magnitude of the correlation between material and competence has a high correlation, presentation and competence have a high enough correlation, and both have a significant positive relationship.  Keywords : assessment model; online media; teacher competence

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the process of applying the  curriculum 2013 of Buddhist education in primary and secondary education, and how the output of Buddhist education, at primary and secondary levels. This research is an evaluation research. In this study the methodology tends to use a qualitative evaluation. The results of this study indicate that the process of Buddhist education in primary and secondary education, in the application of the curriculum 2013, has gone quite well. That the school has aligned needs for the learning process. The material and teaching material have been integrated with the objective component, which is explicitly written, and students have an interest, positive attitude in learning Buddhist subjects. The output of Buddhist education at the elementary and secondary levels, in the application of the curriculum 2013, has had a quantity of achievements according to the objectives (output) of learning, with the achievement of good grades. Abstract

This research aims to examine the components and inhibiting factors of the teacher’s work performance in the teaching assignments of Buddhist education teachers. The authors believe that the theoretical as well as the practical problems of Buddhist education teachers can be solved by examining its components and the inhibiting factors. This research was developmental research that begins by compiling the component of performance instrument and the inhibiting factors instrument through Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The data were then analyzed through regression analysis. The subjects of research were Buddhist education teachers in Central Java, Indonesia. The results of the research show the values of Anti-image 0.5 for 7 indicators. Meanwhile, the loading factor was bigger than 0.5 for each component. The model had RMSEA ≤ 0.05, Chi-Square (X²) 0.05, P = 0.55, the GFI was 0.97, which means the model was fit. The teaching performance components of Buddhist education teacher include planning the learning program, implementing the learning program, and evaluating the learning program. The inhibiting factors of the teacher’s performance are the additional tasks, the classroom atmosphere, conflict, and work pressure. This research has proved that the inhibiting factors have a negative impact on the teaching performance of Buddhist education teachers.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan instrumen pengukuran saddhā, dengan menemukan konsep, dimensi, faktor, indikator saddhā dan menjelaskan cara menyusun konstruk saddhā yang digunakan Dharmaduta untuk mengetahui tingkat saddhā umat Buddha di Kabupaten Wonogiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development yang mengacu pada pengembangan Borg and Gall. Prosedur pengembangan: pendahuluan, perencanaan, uji coba, evaluasi dan revisi, serta implementasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen pengukuran saddhā. Teknik analisis data melalui metode kualitatif yaitu validitas isi yang dilakukan dengan teknik Dhelpy dan melalui metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan analisis Exploratory Fakor Analysis. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 3 konsep saddhā: Pariyatti Dhamma, Patipatti Dhamma, Pativedha Dhamma, 7 faktor saddhā yaitu: Keterbukaan Pandangan, Keingintahuan, Sīla, Samādhi, Pañña, Magga, dan Phala serta 16 indikator saddhā yaitu: Memiliki pikiran terbuka terhadap ajaran agama lain, Terbebas dari sikap fanatisme, Belajar Dhamma, Mendengarkan Dhammadesana, Memiliki ucapan benar, Memiliki perbuatan benar, Memiliki pencaharian benar, Memiliki usaha benar, Memiliki perhatian benar, Mengembangkan konsentrasi benar, Memiliki pandangan benar, Mengembangkan pikiran benar, Memiliki usaha yang gigih, Memiliki tekad yang kuat, Memiliki Kebijaksanaan, Mampu besikap Tenang dan Seimbang. Instrumen pengukuran saddhā telah valid dan reliabel terlihat dari nilai KMO sebesar 0,710 (>0,5), Anti Image Correlation menunjukan semua nilai MSA lebih dari 0,5 dan nilai Cronbach Alpha sebesar 0,939 (>0,7). Hal ini berarti model faktor layak digunakan. Tingkat saddhā umat Buddha di Kabupaten Wonogiri sebesar 241,61 dengan kreteria baik. Berdasarkan prosentase: 26,67%: sangat baik, 65,83% : baik, 7,5%: sedang.

Abstract

Kompetensi profesional merupakan kemampuan guru dalam menguasai materi yang akan disampaikan secara mendalam serta memahami materi lain yang berkaitan dengan materi yang akan disampaikan. Kompetensi profesional guru erat kaitannya dengan pembelajaran sehingga diharapkan dapat memberikan hasil dan prestasi belajar yang baik bagi siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, pada pengumpulan data mengunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana, untuk mengetahui sejauh mana hubungan antara kedua variabel.Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana tampak adanya hubungan atau pengaruh kompetensi profesional dengan prestasi belajar siswa. Kuesioner atasan menghasilkan pengaruh sebesar 0,799 dan kuesioner teman sejawat menghasilkan pengaruh sebesar 0,968, yang artinya jika kompetensi profesional mengalami kenaikan sebesar satu satuan maka koefisien prestasi belajar akan mengalami kenaikan sebesar koefisien pengaruh tersebut dengan catatan semua variabel lain konstan. Jadi terdapat pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru pendidikan agama Buddha terhadap prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode demonstrasi untuk meningkatankeaktifan dan prestasi belajar siswa. Merupakan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Siswa (PTK). Fokuspenelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV yang berjumlah 7 siswa. Instrumen penelitian menggunakanlembar observasi Pedoman wawancara dan soal tes. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknis analisis datadeskriptif kulitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan keaktifan dan prestasibelajar siswa mengalami peningkatan setelah proses pembelajaran menggunakan metodedemonstrasi. Prestasi belajar siswa dari kondisi awal nilai rata-rata sebesar 69,14 menjadi 74 padapembelajaran siklus I sehingga prestasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan sebesar 4,86%.Selanjutnya pada pembelajaran siklus II prestasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari 42,86%menjadi 100%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metodedemonstrasi dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas IV di SD N Hargorojo KecamatanKabupaten Purworejo.
