Abstract

Augmented Reality has entered technology trends in all fields, both marketing and education, Augmented Reality media also requires users to be comfortable when interacting. SMKN 1 Tangerang organizes a distance education system with various methods, in this case the subject which is Basic Computer Networks uses mobile-based learning simulations with Augmented Reality which aims to develop students' abilities in the world of networked computers independently. This system also requires a user experience and user interface development method, namely Luther's Multimedia Development Life Cycle model because it has six stages, namely concept, design, data collection, merging, testing, and distribution, resulting in interactive applications.

Abstract

For companies that work in the services sector, service quality is something very important to establish long-term relationships with its customers. At this time, PT Copindo Renanta evaluates the performance of technicians by provide a service satisfaction forms that made from a paper for the customer against the technician performance that can be manipulated by the technician so that the company cannot assess customer satisfaction with the true service of the technicians. The making of customer satisfaction system against the technicians from the repair service of photocopy machine at PT Copindo Renanta using the SAW method can provide an accurate and trusted results of technician performance calculations from photocopier repair services because calculations are carried out using the SAW method based on several values from the criteria by the customer filled. The system also supports a process of the order a copy machines repair services for customers who want to repair their machines (only need an internet connection and web browser to access and use anywhere and anytime needed, no need to wait for working hours), and support companies to make a technician performance assessment report till a repair photocopy machines transactions report.

Abstract

Improvements in human resources have made rapid developments in technology and information. In the business sector the use of technology greatly affects sales and marketing, but not all business sectors have used technology in their sales and marketing. One way to increase the area of ​​marketing is to use internet technology that can cover many areas. With the existence of internet technology everyone from many areas can be connected easily and quickly. The use of the internet in the business sector is not only limited to the expansion of the marketing area but can also be used as a medium of transaction that uses the internet network called e-commerce which is very helpful for customers in purchasing a product. With the help of the Technology Acceptance Model or TAM method, researchers can understand the factors that influence the acceptance of the use of computer technology through 5 factors, namely, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude Toward Using, Behavioral Intention Of Use, and Actual System Usage. TAM aims to explain the user's acceptance of an information system as well as with this e-commerce web can help in the selection of rice products quickly and expand the area of ​​product marketing.
