Abstract

IMPROVING TEACHER CREATIVITY THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF SERVANT LEADERSHIP AND SELF EFFICACYThis  research  implemented  a  correlational  research  and  SITOREM  analysis  which was consist of two independent variables, they were Serving Leadership and Self-.Efficacy and one variable thatwass tied to Teacher Creativity. This research was conducted at MA Negeri in Bogor Regency in 2021. The research population  consist of 147 teachers and there were 108 samples which selected using proportional random sampling. The method used in this research was by conducting survey and data analysis techniques followed by statistical testing and simple linier regression as well as multiple linier regression. The research result were as follow: firstly, there was a significant positive relationship between the  serving leadership (X1) and teacher creativity (Y) variable in the form of the regression equation Ŷ= 65,167 + 0,504 X1 and the correlation coefficient  ry1 = 0,511 and the coefficient of determination r2y1 = 0,261. Second, there is a significant positive relationship between sel efficacy (X2) and teacher creativity with regression of the equation form Ŷ= 62,883 + 0,482 X2 and the path coefficient ry2 = 0,584 and the coefficient of determination r2y2 = 0,342. Third, there is a positive and significant relationship between the serving leadership variable (X1) and self efficacy (X2) together with teacher creativity (Y) expressed in the form of regression equation Ŷ= 39,904 + 0,305 X1 + 0,366 X2 with the subordinate coefficient ry12 = 0,646 and the coefficient of determination r2y12 = 0,417. Based on these things, it could be argued that teacher creativity could be increased throught increased serving leadership and self efficacy.

Abstract

CHARACTER EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT AT SCHOOL OF UNIVERSE BOGOROne of the facts of the problem in our country recently is the large number of unemployed, due to lack of employment. Based on CNBC Indonesia's news source, October 30, 2019 the Indonesian (society) prefers to become an online motorcycle or taxi driver because of the gap in applying for another job. People who already got a job often become an online motorcycle or taxi drivers for additional income. To overcome these various problems of education, this people need an educational method which is most effective in character building. Nowadays, there are many educational experts in some regions in Indonesia managing to develop educational institutions which are certainly unique and able to stimulate student character formation. Entrepreneurship is one of the educational characters which can be the point of economic movement of the nation. Entrepreneurship is needed for the progress of the nation's economy, because by entrepreneurship the nation will be able to build up an individual independency attitude. It is aimed to reducing the sense of the dependent on others, thus providing a great opportunity to create jobs and reduce unemployment. The School of Universe (SoU) to combining some methods that should be carried out by a school that requaring his pupil progression by using the concept of nature and directing students to their interests and talents. In this case, SoU focuses students on entrepreneurship development with a number of views on some world prominent business and also supported by technology facilities. By these programs, Indonesia is expected to get a generation that will be able to create jobs so as to reduce the number of unemployement.  It is also expected to be a new breakthrough idea of Indonesia to organize a better education system. The administer of entrepreneurship development system of The school of Universe covered some  contents of learning processes, learning resources, and the collaborative networks with institutions that support the school.

Abstract

Teacher innovativeness is the act of the teacher accepting and creating new ideas to improve and provide benefits to products, processes and services in learning. This research seeks to identify methods and strategies for increasing innovativeness through strengthening transformational leadership and organizational climate. The research was conducted at SMKN throughout Bogor City with a sample of 145 civil servant teacher. Sampling using proportional random sampling technique. This research uses a quantitative method with a path analysis approach and Sitorem. The results of the research are: 1). There is a positive and significant direct effect of transformational leadership on innovativeness with a path coefficient (?y1) = 0,483, 2). There is a positive and significant direct effect of organizational climate on innovativeness with a path coefficient (?y2) = 0,380, 3). The influence of transformational leadership and organizational climate on innovativeness contributes 65,8% and the rest is influenced by other factors with the equation Y = 0,483X1 + 0,380X2 + 0,585, 4). There is a positive and significant direct effect of transformational leadership on organizational climate with a path coefficient (?21) = 0,742, a contribution of 55% and the equation X2 = 0,742X1 + 0,671, 5). There is an indirect effect of transformational leadership on innovativeness through organizational climate of 0,282. Teacher innovativeness can be increased through strengthening transformational leadership and organizational climate by maintaining/developing the application of new services and accepting new ideas and need to improve inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, influence of idealism, individual consideration, management system implementation, personal autonomy/freedom, social environmental conditions, the condition of the physical environment, the creation of new ideas, the application of new methods in learning and benefits achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning model on learning outcomes for the environmental sub-theme where I live at Rancabungur 01 State Elementary School, Bogor Regency Class IV, especially in Thematic learning. This type of research is a type of quantitative research, the type used is quasi-experimental research with a nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study were all fourth grade students at SD Negeri Rancabungur 01 for the academic year 2021/2022 totaling 75 students who were also the research sample. Based on data analysis, there is a difference between the average pretest and posttest learning outcomes. Based on the calculation tcount of 5.234 is greater than the ttable of 1.99495. Because tcount tcount (5.234) > ttable (1.99495) then Ho is rejected. In addition, the pre-test learning outcomes obtained an average of 50. Meanwhile, the posttest learning outcomes obtained an average of 71. It can be stated that the Problem Based Learning model has an influence on the learning outcomes of the environment sub-theme where I live in class IV at SDN Rancabungur 01, Bogor Regency.
