Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi Covid-19 berimplikasi terhadap perkembangan kognitif anak pada peserta didik kelas VI MI Miftahul Huda Cendono. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui interview dan dokumentasi pada guru kelas VI MI Miftahul Huda Cendono dan 3 peserta didik kelas VI MI Miftahul Huda Cendono. Hasil dalam penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak pembelajaran daring terhadap perkembangan kognitif anak secara langsung mengalami hambatan dikarenakan dalam pembelajaran daring guru hanya bisa menyampaikan materi dan tugas secara online.

Abstract

PO2E2W learning model (problem orientation, observation, explanation, elaboration, and write in science) assisted by PhET media is a learning model that is oriented towards self regulated learning which in the process of physics learning activities is carried out with the help of PhET media. The purpose of this study was to analyze the practicality of the PO2E2W model assisted by PhET media in improving the physics problem solving skills of high school students. This research was carried out at Kemala Bhayangkari 1 High School (Surabaya, Indonesia) for students of class XI IPA 1, XI IPA 2 and XI IPA 3. Criteria for practicality of learning devices in this study were based on (1) the implementation of the learning implementation plan (RPP) during one meeting in class XI IPA 1 and the implementation of the learning plan (RPP) for five meetings in class XI IPA 2 and XI IPA 3, (2) obstacles during learning activities. The number of observers in this study is two observers. The aspects observed consisted of introduction, core and closing activities. Based on the results of the practicality study of the PO2E2W model assisted by PhET media, the results obtained (1) the average assessment of two observers in class XI IPA 1 was 3.30 with good category with a percentage of agreement 96.75%, XI IPA 2 was 3.71 in very both with a percentage of agreement 95.84% and in class XI IPA 3 was 3.76 in very good category with a percentage of agreement 96.85% (2) obstacles during learning activities that can be overcome properly. Conclusion based on the results of the study of the freeness of the PO2E2W model assisted by PhET media is practically applied in learning to improve the physics problem solving skills of senior high school students.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the group learning method to increase student involvement in studying the solar system at SMPN 2 Kejayan in the Merdeka Curriculum. The group learning method is applied as an alternative to conventional learning methods. This research was carried out at SMPN 2 Kejayan, which is located in Wrati Village, Kejayan District, Pasuruan Regency, East Java Province. The research was conducted in the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year in classes 7A, 7B, and 7C. Each class is divided into 5 groups consisting of male and female students. The number of students involved in this research was 75 students. Data collection techniques were carried out through classroom observation instruments. Observation instrument to measure student involvement by directly observing learning activities using group learning methods. The observation instrument uses an observation sheet. Observation instruments are used to observe students in aspects of carrying out group assignments, students in answering questions, students actively participating in groups, and students responding to teacher explanations. The research results show that the group learning method is effective in increasing student involvement in studying the solar system with the average percentage of student involvement in the group learning method being 81.25%. Students who use group learning methods show higher levels of engagement, better understanding, and positive perceptions of learning.

Abstract

Covid-19 menyebabkan siswa harus beradaptasi dengan pembelajaran blended learning, oleh karena itu integrasi antara teknologi bidang pendidikan menjadi hal krusial. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melakukan penyusunan media pembelajaran game edukasi berbasis educaplay dengan model pembelajaran flipped blended learning untuk meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran kuantitatif siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian R&D dengan pendekatan ADDIE. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pengembangan dengan pendekatan ADDIE. Pada tahap terakhir dilakukan uji kevalidan, kepraktisan, keefektifan dari game edukasi, selanjutnya uji n-gain score untuk mengetahui peningkatan penalaran kuantitatif siswa. Game edukasi berbasis educaplay layak berdasarkan ketentuan valid, praktis, dan efektif. Lebih lanjut, hasil pada penelitian menunjukkan uji n-gain score memiliki skor 89,17 dan dinilai sangat efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Gondangwetan terhadap penerapan buku ajar fisika berbasis komik android dengan media canva pada materi gejala pemanasan global. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian yang dibuat dalam bentuk one group pre-test dan post-test. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah kelas X4, X5, dan X8 di SMA Negeri 1 Gondangwetan tahun ajaran 2023/2024 sebanyak 104 siswa. Hasil analisis data didapatkan nilai N-Gain di setiap kelas eksperimen yaitu kelas X5 = 0,75 dengan kategori tinggi, X4=0,73 dengan kategori tinggi, X8 = 0,72 dengan kategori tinggi dan rata-rata respon siswa X5= 46,69% dengan kategori sangat baik, X4 = 35,84% dengan kategori sangat baik, X8= 61,58% dengan kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan buku ajar fisika berbasis komik android dengan media canva dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa pada materi pemanasan global.
