The spread of Covid-19 has become one of the people's concerns, starting in the city of Wuhan, China at the end of 2019 when this virus was discovered, the spread of the virus that the antidote has not yet been found is now out of control. More than 200 countries in the world have reported that their people have contracted the Covid-19 virus. Corona Virus Disease 19 has been declared a Global Public Health Emergency by the World Health Organization (WHO) on January 30, 2020. Conditions in Indonesia until Thursday, November 30, 2020, the number of people who tested positive for Covid-19 reached 538,883 cases, 450,518 people recovered and 16,945 of them died. This figure will continue to increase in line with the opinion of some epidemiologists and statistics that a pandemic outbreak will not end quickly. The purpose of this community service activity is to realize one of the contents of the Minister of Health Regulation No. 62 of 2017, namely "Distribution Permits for Medical Devices, In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices and Household Health Supplies", namely by making and distributing Hand Washing Soap that is safe, durable and as recommended by the BPOM and the World Health Organization (WHO) to help people face the New Normal era. The result of this service activity is hand soap that is safe and environmentally friendly and is able to anticipate the spread of covid-19 and increase public awareness of the Covid-19 Virus in the face of the New Normal era.

Disinfectant that is safe and environmentally friendly and recommended by the BPOM and the World Health Organization (WHO) to help people face the New Normal era. The result of this service activity is a disinfectant liquid that is safe and environmentally friendly and is able to anticipate the spread of covid-19 and increase public awareness of the Covid-19 Virus in the face of the New Normal era.

AbstrakPerdagangan orang (human trafficking) bukan merupakan fenomena baru di dunia, bahkan ada negara-negara yang dianggap sebagai negara paling besar dalam terjadinya kejahatan perdagangan orang salah satunya adalah Indonesia. Kasus human trafficking di Indonesia merupakan akibat tidak hanya dari rendahnya sumber daya orang dan ekonomi melainkan juga akibat adanya krisis hukum. Rendahnya tingkat ekonomi dan kualitas SDM menjadi penyebab maraknya kasus perdagangan orang. Banyak masyarakat yang berpendidikan rendah dan tidak memiliki skill dimanfaatkan oleh oknum yang tidak bertanggung jawab untuk bekerja dengan iming-imingakan mendapatkan hasil yang melimpah.Kata Kunci: Korban Human Trafficking, Perlindungan HukumÂ AbstrakTrafficking in persons (human trafficking) is not a new phenomenon in the world, there are even countries that are considered the biggest countries in the occurrence of crimes of trafficking in persons, one of which is Indonesia. The case of human trafficking in Indonesia is the result not only of low human and economic resources but also of the legal crisis. The low level of the economy and the quality of human resources are the causes of rampant cases of trafficking in persons. Many people who have low education and do not have the skills are used by irresponsible people to work with the lure of getting abundant results.Keywords: Human Trafficking Victims, Legal ProtectionÂ

Jurnal ini dibuat dengan judul “ Tindak Pidana Bagi Pelaku Penyimpangan Seksual Terhadap Hewan (Bestiality) yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi dan menganalisa hukum yang ada agar tidak terjadinya kekosongan hukum. Akan tetapi, pemerintah masih belum tegas dalam hal Undang-Undang Perlindungan Hewan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut sebaiknya pemerintah memperkuat Undang-Undang No.5 Tahun 1990, Undang-Undang No.18 Tahun 2009 jo Undang-Undang No.41 Tahun 2014. Masyarakat harus disosialisasi mengenai kesejahteraan hewan dan hayati. Supaya menghindari ketidakpahaman masyarakat yang akan menjadi permasalahan pemerintah kedepannya.

Penegakan hukum di Indonesia merupakan hal yang penting untuk ditegakkan sebagaimana adagium “fiat justitia ruat caelum” yaitu hendaklah keadilan ditegakkan walaupun langit akan runtuh. Kasus KDRT dengan korban Perempuan menjadi fenomena yang cukup menarik untuk dibahas karena pihak yang menjadi korban bukan hanya dari kalangan menengah ke bawah melainkan juga sering terjadi pada publik figur. Kasus KDRT yang menyeret selebriti Rizky Billar terhadap istrinya Lesti Kejora menjadi perbincangan hangat bukan karena hukumannya melainkan karena pencabutan aduan tindak pidana KDRT oleh korban sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana dampak pencabutan laporan tindak pidana kekerasan dalam rumah tangga terhadap status hukum pelaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan statute approach. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi kepustakaan dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suami yang melakukan KDRT dapat dikenakan sanksi sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 44 Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2004 tentang Penghapusan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga. Adapun KDRT termasuk dalam termasuk dalam jenis delik aduan relatif namun terbatas hanya pada ketentuan dalam Pasal 51 dan Pasal 52 yang pada intinya tidak menimbulkan penyakit atau halangan untuk menjalankan pekerjaan jabatan atau mata pencaharian atau kegiatan sehari-hari. Dalam Kasus KDRT ini, korban mencabut Laporan KDRT tidak lama setelah penetapan pelaku sebagai tersangka. Maka berdasarkan Pasal 75 KUHP, akibat hukum yang ditimbulkan dari adanya pencabutan laporan ini adalah dikeluarkannya Surat Perintah Penghentian Penyidikan (SP3).
