Abstract

Human resource performance has an important role in production because its impact the company profitability. Physical working environment, stress and discipline should be an important notice from the company because its impact the employee performance. PT. Kimia Farma, Tbk. is one of Indonesia State Owned Enterprise, wich focused on pharmacy-supplied business, and the production growth in past three years showed decline.The aim of this research is to understand the impact of physical working environment, stress and discipline towards production employmee. The type of the research is explanatory research. Interview use questionnaire and literature are a collecting data as a tool and 88 respondents. The data will analyze with statistic descriptive, simple and linar regression, correlation, determination and significant test. Result and disscusion, In partial physical working environment, and discipline give a positive and significant impact with, the relation in both variables is medium. Stress has a negative and significant impact. Discipline has positive and significant impact. Insimultaniously, physical working environtemt (X1) and discipline (X3) give a positive and significant impact and stress (X2) give a negative and significant impact trought performance (Y), the relation within those independent variables (X1,X2,X3) trought dependent variables (Y) are strong.The conclusion and suggestion, there are a significant impact between of physical work environment stress and discipline through performance. The suggestion company should pay more attention in physical working environment such as sanitation, descrease noise, and settle illumination in a working area also manage working stress in company, strive for working discipline by making regulation, giving a stict penalty and socialize it.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted on various sectors of life, including the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises sector(MSME). The PPKM policy has stopped MSME exhibitions, while most of their sales were through exhibitions.Exhibitions make their products available to many people to see and buy. MSME actors want to sell their products online, but based on surveys and discussions with community groups and owners of several MSMEs, the main problem is the lack of use of attractive product packaging so that they can compete on online selling platforms. Proper packaging can improve the marketing process to consumers, but in determining good packaging it is necessary to choose packaging that can reduce the negative impact on the environment. Efforts to reduce plastic packaging waste have become the latest trend of marketing. By paying attention to environmental issues, packaging redesign activities obtained through analysis of digital market trends that focus on green marketing are expected to be an alternative solution to overcome these problems. So, this Community Service activity is expected to contribute in terms of knowledge about Green Marketing, to improve the marketing process so that they can compete on online selling platforms, so that problems can be resolved through the use of sustainable packaging, green marketing, digital marketing trends, and empowering Wonokusumo’s MSMEs

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the industry, such as layoffs. Employees affected by layoffs fulfill their daily needs by becoming MSME actors in the hope of becoming a source of income. Telkom CDC (Community Development Center) is a division of PT Telkom Indonesia as a distributor of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) funds for MSMEs in the Surabaya area. Based on an interview with the Telkom CDC Manager as an MSME supervisor, he provided information about the problem of soft loan funds being channeled to MSME actors who did not return, because their business was not yet profitable. This is because business actors do not evaluate and improve their business. In addition, during the pandemic, training for MSME actors was also very limited so MSME actors' knowledge, especially on effective marketing, was also lacking. They cannot keep up with the digitalization and packaging trends that attract consumer interest and trust in the products offered. Therefore, we try to provide solutions from the marketing side by providing digital marketing training and the application of green marketing in the form of attractive environmentally friendly packaging.

Abstract

Assets life extension are required to predict the design life expiry based on condition and effects of deterioration. The remaining life assessment will answer the questions about timing of the component or equipment will lead to failure and shall be evaluated by inspection and maintenance monitoring. This study elaborates process calculation and analysis by using remaining life assessment and fitness for services method according to API 579-1/ASME FFS-1 for process piping area. The result of remaining useful life estimation and estimated life has been proposed. There are 11 piping systems based on the condition monitoring with thickness measurements. The result is 2 piping systems was not reached more than 20 years of age and continue to the assessment of fitness for service. The result for Inlet Naphtha 946-TK-5 piping systems is accepted for assessment level 1, both the result of evaluating average measured criteria and evaluating minimum measured thickness. The piping systems can continue the operation until the estimated life. Another result for Discharge Crude 946-P1AB to CDU piping systems was not accepted due to the minimum measured thickness not met the criteria. Hence, the piping systems is potentially unsafe with the given data during the lifetime.

Abstract

Teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi yang berkembang begitu cepat secara langsung berdampak kompleks pada manusia. Pada era modern informasi cukup luas dalam penyebaran suatu informasi bisa dari mana saja baik melalui berbagai media dan dalam berbagai bentuk. Secara umum penyebaran bisa berupa gambar, teks, suara maupun video. Selain itu informasi juga dapat dibagikan maupun dimunculkan melalui portal yang disebut website. Pada era sekarang website sangat banyak kegunaanya salah satunya sebagai media promosi dan pengenalan suatu usaha. Hal ini bisa dimaksimalkan untuk memperkenalkan usaha tersebut ke khalayak umum. Sehingga bisa menarik banyak konsumen untuk membeli produk tersebut.  Salah satunya di lapas klas 1 Surabaya yang berada dibawah Kementerian Hukum dan Ham Jawa Timur. Warga binaan pada lapas ini diberdayakan dengan melakukan kegiatan yang lebih bermanfaat, diantaranya adalah memproduksi produk yang memiliki nilai jual pada pasar. Usaha pada lapas ini berfokus pada bidang mebel dan makanan dalam bentuk sandaran kursi, meja, kemudian tahu nigarin dan es kristal. Maka dari itu dengan memanfaatkan website diharapkan mampu mengenalkan produk dari lapas klas 1 Surabaya pada jangkauan konsumen secara luas. Dengan upaya pemasaran secara digital melalui website tersebut diharapkan mampu meningkatkan keuntungan dan memberikan rasa percaya pada konsumen agar tertarik untuk membeli produk yang ditawarkan. Berdasarkan hasil diskusi dengan pengelola lapas klas 1 Surabaya, masalah yang dihadapi saat ini adalah bagaimana mereka bisa mengenalkan dan menjual produk mereka dengan jangkauan seluas – luasnya sehingga tidak hanya di area Surabaya dan sekitarnya. Selain itu bisa memperkenalkan produk dari lapas klas 1 Surabaya agar bisa dikenal oleh masyarakat luas. Sehingga kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini diharapkan memberikan sumbangsih dalam hal skill dan kemampuan dalam menghasilkan keuntungan serta mengatasi permasalahan yang ada di lapas klas 1 Surabaya.

Abstract

Organizational commitment to individual talent is important to ensure that the organization has future candidates. The problem of employee turnover needs special attention from the company because it is an indicator of low organizational commitment. Turnover fluctuations during 2016 - 2018 at PT. Bank Mega Semarang showed an increase in the past year. The purpose of this study is to find out how talent management practices are and how the results of talent management are developed to shape organizational commitment at PT. Bank Mega Semarang, card collection division. This study uses a qualitative method with a type of descriptive research that describes the practice of Talent Management. Data collection techniques with interview methods (unstructured), observation and document analysis. The Talent Management model which consists of four stages, namely Talent Acquisition, Talent On Board, Talent Development and Talent Retention is used as a reference to analyze each process of talent management practices that are run. The results show that Talent Management in the division card collection of PT. Bank Mega Semarang produces individual talent for regeneration in leadership, but there are still employees who resign before the contract expires. In the Talent Acquisition and Talent Retention stage it has not been effective.

Abstract

The target of this community service is women's groups and MSMEs in the Bantengputih Village area, Karanggeneng District, Lamongan Regency. The methods and stages of community service are focused on the formation and empowerment of groups for pioneering multi-party cooperatives. The community service stage is the preliminary stage. The results of the preliminary stage of this service related to the potential for empowering the target community are two, namely: the first potential, women's groups, the state of the workforce in 2024 in Bantengputih Village, women are 839 people. The second potential, MSMEs: based on data from the "Mekar Sari" MSME Group, there are 75 members, consisting of two groups, namely: the producer group or product manufacturing (food/drinks). And the second is the marketing group or those who sell products (food/drinks).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendukung keputusan tentang pemilihan pemasok kopi pada Coffee Shop. Model sistem pendukung keputusan yang digunakan adalah SMART (Simple Multi Atribut Technique) yang mampu untuk menghitung hal- hal yang bersifat kuantitatif dan kualitatif terutama dalam menghitung bobot dari masing masing kriteria. Kriteria yang diterapkan diantara lain harga, kualitas, waktu kirim, biaya kirim, warna, lama pasca panen. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini memberikan rekomendasi pemasok yang terbaik sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan sehingga bisa membantu pelaku bisnis Coffee Shop dalam menentukan pemasok kopi. Abstract

Technology development is the key to the success of this era's industry. As the backbone of the country's economic growth, MSME players are required to be able to make creations and innovations in developing their businesses in order to maintain their existence. On the one hand, technological advances will help MSMEs to innovate, but on the other hand, technological advances cause MSMEs to lag behind in running their business, especially in the marketing sector if MSMEs are unable to use this technology. In the midst of the onslaught of technology and trends that are developing at this time, unfortunately not all MSME players can easily get access to learn about technological developments and trends to be applied in their business. Many MSMEs still do not know how to implement existing technology for their business development. Of course this can be a big obstacle for MSME players in the digital business era. For example, MSME players assisted by Telkom CDC (Community Development Center) are trying to switch from conventional marketing to digital marketing with social media and websites, but buyer interest is still very low because the product photos they display are so simple that they look unattractive. In food products, the photos displayed cannot make potential consumers interested in trying (cannot cause impulsive buying). From the existing problems, the purpose of this community service is to empower MSMEs in terms of technology utilization through product photo training. One introduction to digital technology that can be easily implemented to support marketing is through the application of digital marketing tools such as product photos. The result of the training provided is that MSMEs are able to maximize digital marketing carried out through social media, e-commerce and websites with attractive product photos that attract consumers to see social media from MSMEs.

Abstract

The development of financial technology, or fintech, has changed the global financial industry landscape, including in Indonesia, by offering innovations that facilitate access to financial services for the public. However, this rapid growth raises questions about its impact on the performance of conventional banks. This study aims to explore the interaction between fintech and traditional banking and its implications for bank financial performance, which is crucial for helping conventional banks formulate effective adaptation strategies in the digital age. The method used in this study is quantitative, employing panel data regression analysis to identify the relationship between independent variables—mobile banking, internet banking, and SMS banking—and dependent variables encompassing bank financial performance ratios such as ROA, ROE, and NIM. The results indicate that mobile banking has a significant positive impact on ROA, while internet banking and SMS banking do not show the same effect. Additionally, all three types of services do not have a significant impact on ROE and NIM. These findings are expected to serve as an evaluation for conventional banks to innovate appropriately in competing in the digital market, as well as a consideration for policymakers in formulating regulations and support for banks seeking to adopt fintech.
