Abstract

Sido Muncul is a company engaged in herbal medicine, pharmaceutical, traditional medicine, health food and beverage, cosmetics, and herbal processing. It is continuously innovating its products and keeping an eye on market needs. Sido Muncul gains a place in the hearts of consumers and is one of its business strategies. In addition, Sido Muncul is also expanding into foreign markets to market and sell its products. This study uses the description of PESTLE analysis, Porter 5 Forces, and SWOT Matrix because it experiences significant challenges from competitors, regulations, the economy, internal companies, and changes in consumer behavior. Based on the PESTLE, Porter 5 Forces, and SWOT Matrix analysis, Sido appears to have strength in market growth and has unique products and competencies to survive in competition, gain profits and continue improving efficiency and product innovation. The company needs to improve: the younger generation does not use herbal products for health.

Abstract

Transformational leadership menjadi salah satu fokus dalam penelitian kepemimpinan sampai sekarang. Kompetisi global serta perkembangan teknologi yang semakin cepat telah mendorong perkembangan inovasi organisasi. Namun hubungan antara Digital transformational leadership yang memiliki digital talent dengan inovasi organisasi masih memerlukan studi lebih lanjut terutama mengenai operasionalisasi serta teorinya. Penelitian ini merupakan telaah literatur terhadap penelitian-penelitian terdahulu. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Digital transformational leadership memengaruhi inovasi organisasi secara positif dan signifikan, baik di organisasi for profit maupun non-profit tetapi memerlukan berbagai variabel lain sebagai mediasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan variabel yang menjadi mediasi berbeda di berbagai negara. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian mendatang disarankan untuk menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menguji lebih banyak variabel.

Abstract

Abstract Past research reveals the positive effect of social media in reducing stress and providing social support to promote health and wellbeing. However, research in the teacher’s context is still limited and thus requires further investigation. This research is aimed at measuring the effect of social media activities on the health and wellbeing of active teachers currently teaching grades 7-12 in a Christian school in Indonesia. The Effort Reward Imbalance (ERI) model is used to measure the stress level while the Teacher Subjective Wellbeing Questionnaire (TSWQ) is used to measure the health and well-being of 68 targetted teachers. Data is analyzed and processed using the PLS-SEM method. The results show that social media activities have a positive effect on the health and well-being of teachers when mediated by teacher reward while teacher effort has a negative effect on the health and well-being of teachers.Bahasa Indonesia AbstrakBeberapa penelitian mengungkapkan pengaruh positif media sosial dalam mengurangi stres dan menjadi sumber social support yang meningkatkan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan. Namun demikian penelitian dalam konteks guru masih terbatas sehingga membutuhkan penggalian lebih jauh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh aktivitas media sosial terhadap kesehatan dan kesejahteraan guru yang aktif mengajar di sekolah Kristen di Indonesia pada jenjang SMP/SMA. Model Effort Reward Imbalance (ERI) digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat stres yang dihadapi sementara Teacher Subjective Wellbeing Questionnaire (TSWQ) digunakan untuk mengukur kesehatan dan kesejahteraan dari 68 guru yang menjadi target penelitian. Pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan metode PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas media sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap kesehatan dan kesejahteraan guru ketika dimediasi oleh teacher reward sementara teacher effort berpengaruh negatif terhadap kesehatan dan kesejahteraan guru.
