Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dalam penelitian pengembangan ini adalah mengembangkan media video pembelajaran yang valid dan efektif untuk digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelirian dan pengembangan. Berdasarkan uji coba validasi yang dilakukan terhadap ahli media, ahli materi, dan siswa dapat disimpulkan bahwa media video yang telah dikembangkan termasuk kategori valid. Selain itu berdasarkan tes belajar terhadap siswa dapat disimpulkan bahwa media yang dikembangkan termasuk kategori efektif. Sehingga media video pembelajaranyang telah dikembangkan ini dikategorikan valid dan efektif untuk dapat digunakan pada kegiatan pembelajaran.Abstract: The purpose of this development research is to develop a valid and effective learning video media for use in learning activities. This study used research and development model. Based on the validation tests conducted on media experts, material experts, and students, it can be concluded that the video media that has been developed includes a valid category. In addition, based on learning tests on students, it can be concluded that the media developed includes effective categories. So that the learning video media that has been developed is categorized as valid and effective to be used in learning activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas perangkat desa, pemanfaatan aplikasi keuangan desa, dan peran badan permusyawaratan desa terhadap kualitas perangkat desa di Kecamatan Utan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 36 responden yang terdiri atas ketua badan permusyawaratan desa, kepala desa, sekretaris desa, dan bendahara desa. berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas perangkat desa berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan desa. sedangkan pemanfaatan aplikasi sistem keuangan desa dan peran badan permusyawaratan desa tidak berpengaruh kualitas laporan keuangan desa.

Abstract

PKM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan, kompetensi profesional, dan keterampilan manajerial bagi pengurus OSIS di SMA Negeri 2 Tangerang. Dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pengurus OSIS, diperlukan pemahaman dan penguasaan terhadap berbagai aspek kepemimpinan serta keterampilan manajerial yang efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pelatihan yang meliputi pemberian materi mengenai kepemimpinan, manajemen organisasi, komunikasi efektif, serta pengelolaan sumber daya yang terbatas. Selain itu, pengurus OSIS juga dibekali dengan keterampilan pengambilan keputusan yang dapat diterapkan dalam kegiatan sehari-hari di sekolah. Program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pengurus OSIS dalam menjalankan tugas-tugas kepemimpinan dan manajerial yang lebih baik, serta memberikan dampak positif terhadap perkembangan karakter dan prestasi organisasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan yang diterapkan berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi kepemimpinan dan manajerial pengurus OSIS secara signifikan. Melalui pendekatan yang berbasis pada pengembangan kapasitas pribadi dan organisasi, pengurus OSIS menjadi lebih siap dan profesional dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawab mereka di sekolah.

Abstract

In multicultural classrooms, fostering collaborative learning and cultural empathy is critical to promoting inclusivity and effective education. This study investigates the application of a gamified framework to enhance these dimensions in diverse educational settings. The proposed framework integrates key game elements such as point systems, leaderboards, and role-playing activities to engage students and facilitate cross-cultural interactions. A mixed-methods approach was employed, involving 120 students across four multicultural classrooms. Quantitative results demonstrated significant improvements in collaboration and cultural empathy, with mean scores increasing from 3.2/5 to 4.1/5 and 3.0/5 to 4.0/5, respectively. Qualitative findings revealed that gamification fostered active participation, deeper cultural understanding, and inclusive learning experiences. Challenges included balancing competition with collaboration and ensuring effective teacher facilitation. This research contributes to the growing field of gamification in education, providing a scalable and adaptable framework for multicultural classrooms. The findings highlight gamification's potential to transform educational practices, fostering a collaborative and empathetic environment that embraces cultural diversity.

Abstract

This research was conducted because there were problems related to the level of sense of community in members of nature lovers student organizations (mapala) in Sidoarjo regency. These problems are like members who are lazy in activities, do not want to help other members, feel that the organization does not live up to its expectations finally decide to leave the organization, there is seniority and juniority in the organization. Those are some of the problems found in members of nature lover students (mapala) in Sidoarjo regency. The purpose of this study is to find out the picture of the level of sense of community in members of nature lovers student organizations (mapala) in Sidoarjo regency. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The sample in this study was all members of nature lovers student organizations in Sidoarjo regency as many as 103 people. Data retrieval techniques use a sense of community scale arranged with the Likert scale. This research data analysis technique uses descriptive statistical techniques. The results of this study showed that 57 out of 103 people had a sense of community with a high category (55.3%), 16 out of 103 people had a sense of community with a low category (15.5%), 9 out of 103 people had a sense of community with a medium category (8.7%).

Abstract

In carrying out its functions, the Women's Correctional Institution faces challenges related to the role of male security officers who work in it. The limited number of male security officers is a sensitive and complex issue that affects aspects of security, privacy and the human rights of women. In conducting this research the author used empirical research methods with juridical, conceptual and sociological approaches. The research results show that one important aspect in securing women's prisons is the availability of male security officers because they have greater physical strength, which can help in controlling situations that may require physical force. A lack of male security officers can make women's prisons more vulnerable to conflict, violence or chaos that is difficult to control. The implementation of security activities carried out at the Tenggarong Class II A Women's Correctional Institution is slightly different from prisons in general, especially in securing the main door. Firstly, there are no clear legal regulations or regulations regarding standards regarding the minimum number of male security officers in women's prisons and secondly, the lack of male security officers in women's prisons shows that there is a gap in the understanding and implementation of regulations relating to the number and placement. officer. So this condition needs to be immediately addressed through revision of regulations that are more comprehensive and responsive to the needs of the Women's Correctional Institution for male security officers.

Abstract

Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di Kelurahan Abian Tubuh Baru menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan nilai jual produk tahu tempe akibat kemasan yang kurang menarik dan kurang informatif. Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan smart package, yaitu kemasan cerdas berbasis teknologi yang tidak hanya melindungi produk tetapi juga memberikan informasi mengenai komposisi, tanggal kedaluwarsa, serta manfaat produk melalui QR code. Inovasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya tarik konsumen, memperluas jangkauan pemasaran, dan meningkatkan kepercayaan terhadap produk lokal. Metode yang digunakan meliputi survei kebutuhan pasar, desain dan produksi kemasan, serta sosialisasi kepada pelaku usaha. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah peningkatan kualitas kemasan, meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap produk tahu tempe lokal, serta bertambahnya omzet pelaku usaha. Dengan adanya smart package, produk tahu tempe dari Kelurahan Abian Tubuh Baru dapat memiliki daya saing lebih tinggi di pasar modern serta mendukung perkembangan ekonomi UMKM lokal secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study examines the legal implications of the Omnibus Law on Job Creation for the protection of informal sector workers in metropolitan Indonesia. While the law was introduced to simplify regulations, attract investment, and expand labor protections through universal access to social security schemes, its effectiveness for informal workers remains questionable. Drawing on legal analysis and a review of early implementation in urban contexts, the study finds that reforms emphasizing flexibility and deregulation tend to normalize precarious work arrangements rather than reduce them. The lack of explicit legal recognition for informal employment further perpetuates exclusion, limiting workers’ access to rights such as collective bargaining and dispute resolution. At the same time, the law’s mandate for universal social security represents a potential avenue for inclusion, though practical barriers such as irregular income and weak enforcement constrain its impact. The findings highlight a fundamental tension between economic growth and labor protection, underscoring the need for complementary local policies that address the realities of metropolitan informal economies.
