Abstract

Suatu pembelajaran dikatakan baik jika seorang guru berhasil  menciptakan proses belajar mengajar yang aktif dan kreatif. Dalam rangka meningkatkan aktivitas belajar, diperlukan desain pembelajaran yang efektif dan efesien, salah satunya menggunakan metode pembelajaran inkuiri. Penerapan metode pembelajaran inkuiri pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam siswa kelas X.3 SMA Negeri 10 Palembang dalam kategori tinggi, yakni 60% (44 orang). Adapun aktivitas belajar siswa memperoleh skor 4 atau 80% sebanyak 35 orang termasuk kategori tinggi. Sedangkan penerapan metode pembelajaran inkuiri pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam berpengaruh terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa kelas X.3 SMA Negeri 10 Palembang. Hal ini dilihat dari hasil uji hipotesis yang diperoleh dalam perhitungan (yaitu t0 = 7,02) adalah lebih besar dari pada tt (baik pada taraf signifikasi 5% maupun pada taraf signifikasi 1%.Kata Kunci : Metode Pembelajaran Inkuiri, Aktivitas Belajar, PAI

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of public relations in the marketing management of educator services at MA Almu'awwanah Pamulutan Ogan Ilir, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Primary data sources consist of vice-principals in public relations, school principals, and public relations staff. Secondary data sources are documentation and observation data. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the role of public relations in the marketing management of educational services is, 1) participating in the implementation; 2) all parties communicate with each other and provide feedback; 3) evaluation is always carried out on each implementation of the marketing management of educational services through regular meetings. Factors that support the marketing management of educational services, namely 1) school achievement; 2) community interest; 3) supportive school leaders; and 4) strategic school location. Inhibiting factors, namely 1) lack of human resources; and 2) competition with other schools.

Abstract

This article is entitled Administrative Administration Services at MTs Al-Ikhlas Palembang. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Administrative Services at MTs Al-Ikhlas. In this study using qualitative methods. The informants in this study were the head of administration, the head of the madrasa, the deputy head of the madrasa, teachers and other stakeholders. Data collection techniques through the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this researcher uses data reduction, data presentation, verification and checking the validity of the data. The results of the study indicate that Administrative Administration Services at MTs Al-Ikhlas Palembang have been running well including organizational management services and staffing which includes several jobs such as determining the right organizational structure, dividing tasks and authorities to evaluating ongoing programs, financial management services , which has carried out management functions ranging from planning needs to controlling activities, data and information management services that have been supported by good resources, archive management services and student academic services. All service activities run in accordance with applicable procedures and stakeholders in carrying out their duties in accordance with their respective main duties and functions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of muhadharah activities at the Subulussalam Islamic Boarding School in Palembang as a means of developing students’ public speaking and da’wah skills. Muhadharah activities are speech or lecture exercises conducted regularly to enhance students’ courage, self-confidence, and communication skills in public settings. This study was motivated by the ongoing challenges in implementing these activities, such as low self-confidence among students and limited supporting facilities and infrastructure. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the implementation of the muhadharah activities has proceeded in a structured manner through the stages of preparation, execution, and conclusion, supported by clear organization. However, challenges remain, such as time constraints, limited facilities, and the students’ mental readiness. Efforts made to overcome these obstacles include coaching, providing motivation, adjusting schedules, and making optimal use of available facilities.
