Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of public relations in the marketing management of educator services at MA Almu'awwanah Pamulutan Ogan Ilir, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Primary data sources consist of vice-principals in public relations, school principals, and public relations staff. Secondary data sources are documentation and observation data. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the role of public relations in the marketing management of educational services is, 1) participating in the implementation; 2) all parties communicate with each other and provide feedback; 3) evaluation is always carried out on each implementation of the marketing management of educational services through regular meetings. Factors that support the marketing management of educational services, namely 1) school achievement; 2) community interest; 3) supportive school leaders; and 4) strategic school location. Inhibiting factors, namely 1) lack of human resources; and 2) competition with other schools.

Abstract

Semua pelaksana pendidikan pada pembelajaran di Era Industri 4.0 dituntut untuk segera melakukan perubahan. Jika sebelumnya pembelajaran dibatasi oleh ruang fisik dan bersifat konvensional, maka saat ini, apalagi semenjak pandemi covid-19, pembelajaran dalam jaringan (online). Perangkat pembelajaran menggunakan gawai, komputer, internet, dan beragam aplikasi yang mendukung pembelajaran daring. Ciri dari mulainya Era Industri 4.0 adalah pemanfaatan teknologi-teknologi baru yang memudahkan segala pekerjaan dan mengefisiensikan waktu dalam penyelesaian pekerjaan. Tapi, keadaan ini tidak selamanya dapat disadari oleh para pendidik. Berbagai kendala banyak dialami pendidik dalam proses pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan teknologi yang sederhana sampai yang sangat canggih. Oleh sebab itu, sebagai usaha untuk membantu kesulitan dan masalah yang dilami pendidik, maka pendidik harus belajar dan mengenal literasi digital dengan baik. Hal ini mengingat sumber informasi dapat ditemukan, dipelajari dan dipraktekkan pendidik dalam proses pembelajaran. Tapi yang lebih penting adalah mengimplementasikan literasi digital dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Early Childhood Islamic Education is considered very necessary to provide donations and energy to improve the memory of knowledge about how to wash hands for PAUD children in Ulak Ketapang village as an educational solution for young people in the region. Therefore the programs that are arranged are expected to have added value to the community, not only in physical form but also in the form of increased motivation to learn in the community especially the young generation in the Regular KKN location. This study was descriptive qualitative research. The data are collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Then the data were analyzed in three steps, 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation, 3) concluding/ verification. The results of this research shows that indicate by using guessing numbers, children can calculate directly the existing numbers. In accordance with the thinking of children which are concrete, children need to be presented with learning that can be seen directly. They can observe and follow the guessing game numbers presented by the teacher.

Abstract

This research is entitled Implementation of New Student (PPDB) in Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Pradigma Palembang. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it was analyzed using Sandu Siyoto's opinion which consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that first, the PPDB implementation process went quite well, it's just that in the promotion of new students, they did not use brochures or social media such as Instagram and YouTube, as well as the school's official website. The promotion process itself has not been conveyed to the public because as a promotional tool such as social media it has not been fully created, an example that is widely used is Youtube, we see now that the era is getting more advanced, of course MA Paradigma must have a Youtube, Instagram, Facebook account and so on. Second, the supporting factors in the implementation of new student recruitment are alumni, strategic school locations, teacher quality and extracurricular activities. While the inhibiting factors in the implementation of new student recruitment are alternative schools, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, building development that is not possible, and status as a private school.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pentingnya manajemen sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen sarana prasarana sangat penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Hal itu dapat dilihat dari 1) pengertian sarana prasarana, yaitu sarana dan prasarana mempunyai fungsi dan peran dalam pencapaian kegiatan pembelajaran sesuai kurikulum satuan pendidikan; 2) pengertian manajemen sarana prasarana, yaitu sarana dan prasarana didayagunakan dan dikelola untuk kepentingan proses pembelajaran di sekolah: 3) prinsip-prinsip manajemen sarana prasarana, yaitu a) prinsip percapaian tujuan, b) prinsip efisiensi, c) prinsip administratif, d) prinsip kejelasan tanggung jawab, dam e) prisip kekohesifan; 4) proses manajemen sarana prasarana, yaitu proses perencanaan, pengadaan, penggunaan, inventarisasi, pemeliharaan, dan penghapusan; dan 5) sarana prasarana dan peningkatan mutu pendidikan, yaitu sekolah yang memiliki sarana dan prasarana yang memadai akan mampu meningkatkan mutu pendidikan sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the maintenance of educational facilities and infrastructure at MI Nurul Ulum and analyze the factors that influence it. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative research type using a qualitative descriptive approach. The research data were collected using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the maintenance of educational facilities and infrastructure at MI Nurul Ulum can be said to be quite good in terms of the indicators of the implementation of the maintenance of educational facilities and infrastructure, namely coordination, motivation, communication and direction. The implementation that has been carried out has been considered quite good although there are still shortcomings in the implementation of the maintenance of these facilities and infrastructure. Therefore, in the implementation of the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure, it should be further improved in order to achieve the previously planned goals. The supporting factors for the implementation of the maintenance of educational facilities and infrastructure are school facilities, recording of facilities and infrastructure, the role of school committees, and teacher involvement. While the inhibiting factors are the lack of budget, limited human resources in accordance with their fields, and goals that are less focused.

Abstract

the purpose of this research is to know the implementation of learning using e-learning. This study uses descriptive qualitative research with a phenomenological approach and literature review as reference material. Data collection tools used in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. This research study focuses on class 2019 students who carry out learning using e-learning applications. Data collected from students were then analyzed using reduction data, presentation data, and verification data. The results of this study are then poured into writing after checking the validity of the data so that the data can be trusted. Triangulation is one of the data validity techniques used in this study. So that the results obtained are that students' perceptions of learning using e-learning are different, namely: students and lecturers do not fully understand the implementation of e-learning; facilities provided by campuses do not support e-learning based learning, such as WiFi and internet quota subsidies; lack of interaction between lecturers and students, and some lecturers have not fully implemented e-learning.
