Abstract

Pada era modern ini, kata Bank Syariah bukan lagi hal yang baru bagi  masyarakat, khususnya di kalangan masyarakat non-muslim. Ketertarikan menjadi nasabah Bank Syariah tentu saja berkaitan dengan faktor pemahaman yang akan mempengaruhi keputusan dalam pemilihan Bank. Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yakni alasan utama masyarakat non-muslim menjadi nasabah Bank syariah. Permasalahan yang dimaksudkan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai pemahaman masyarakat non-muslim, dimana suatu kaum atau kelompok yang dinilai jauh dari kata paham mengenai prinsip Islam yang terkandung di dalam sistem lembaga keuangan syariah, diantaranya adalah Bank Syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah faktor pemahaman mampu memotivasi masyarakat non muslim menjadi nasabah Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Palopo.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode sampling Insidental dan kaidah Roscoe. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer, yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Analisis ini menggunakan variabel bebas yaitu pemahaman sedangkan untuk variabel terikat menggunakan motivasi. Selanjutnya subjek penelitian ini merupakan masyarkat non muslim menjadi nasabah Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Palopo. Data diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 22.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh faktor pemahaman diperoleh nilai Thitung sebesar 3,178 dan Ttabel sebesar 2,034 atau 3,178 > 2,034 dan nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh oleh variabel pemahaman sebesar 0,003 < 0,05      (H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima). Artinya faktor pemahaman memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi masyarakat non muslim menjadi nasabah Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Palopo dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,234 atau sama dengan 23,4%.

Abstract

This paper discusses the teacher's strategy in improving the student's ability to read and write the Qur'an of TPA Nurul Wustha Palopo during the Pandemic. The objectives of the study: (1) to find out the ability to read and write the Qur'an of Nurul Wustha TPA students during the Pandemic; (2) To find out the obstacles faced by teachers in improving the ability to read and write the Qur'an of Nurul Wustha TPA students during in the Pandemic; and (3) Describe the teacher's strategy in improving the ability to read and write the Koran of Nurul Wustha TPA students during the Pandemic. This research is qualitative research, with research subjects being the head of the TPA, teachers, students, and parents of students. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the ability of students to read and write the Qur'an at the beginning of the Pandemic decreased due to the cessation of learning activities at the TPA, so teachers and parents sought solutions by implementing learning strategies to improve students' reading and writing skills. However, this is not free from obstacles such as internal factors such as discipline, craftsmanship, and responsibility. The second namely external factors, namely the family environment. The third is from the learning approach factor. The strategy applied by the teacher in improving the student's ability to read the Qur'an is to apply a limited face-to-face learning system at each teacher's home by applying an exposition strategy, classical individual learning, and classical reading through the Iqro method and reading with tartar. In addition, to improve the ability to write the Qur'an implemented, an online learning system through group WhatsApp training drill methods and methods of following the line as well as coloring calligraphy.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of investment decisions for the millennial generation. This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of financial literacy and risk perception on the investment decisions of the millennial generation in the era of society 5.0. This research method is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 100 millennial generations who were taken by random sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire distributed via google form. The instruments used have been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data were analyzed using the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression using SPSS version 23.0. The results of this study explain 1) Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the investment decision of the millennial generation in the society 5.0 era, 2) Risk perception has a positive and significant effect on the investment decision of the millennial generation in the society 5.0 era, and 3) Financial literacy and risk perception have a positive effect and significant for the investment decision of the millennial generation in the era of society 5.0. The findings of this study indicate that if the millennial generation wants to improve their investment decisions in the era of society 5.0, they must improve their financial literacy and risk perception.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of key stakeholders, such as the educational background of regional heads, the number of legislative members, the education of legislative members, the number of local government employees, and Regional Original Revenue (PAD) on compliance with mandatory disclosure in local government financial statements. Hypothesis testing was carried out using SPSS release 17 software. The population in this study is all regional heads (regional heads), PEMDA employees, members of the DPRD, PAD, DAU and local government financial statements in Java. The results of statistical analysis show that the level of compliance with mandatory disclosure in Java is still very low, with an average of only 25.27%, indicating that many local governments have not fully complied with the Government Accounting Standards (SAP). Ciamis Regency recorded the highest compliance with 41.18%, while Pati Regency was the lowest with only 8.82%.
