Abstract

Purpose –The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of implicit self theory on the relational quality of pilgrims in choosing Umrah travel. Knowing the influence of relational quality on the loyalty of pilgrims in choosing Umrah travel. Knowing the effect of implicit self theory on the loyalty of pilgrims in choosing Umrah trave. Methods – Data analysis methods in the study used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) and Mediation Analysis methods. Finding – Based on the stages of analysis in accordance with existing research procedures, that according to the first objective to know the effect of implicit self theory on the relational quality of pilgrims in choosing Umrah travel, it can be concluded that it is influential. Knowing the influence of relational quality on the loyalty of pilgrims in choosing Umrah travel, it can be concluded that it is influential. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand how to manage boarding houses near UINFAS Bengkulu and to be able to understand how to manage boarding houses from an Islamic economic perspective. This research method uses applied methods in order to obtain accurate information needed by researchers. The results obtained in this study are that most of the boarding houses near UINFAS Bengkulu have carried out management functions, namely organizing and controlling the boarding environment.

Abstract

Salah satu masalah spesifik yang dihadapi masyarakat Pagar Dewa adalah terbatasnya aksesibilitas terhadap layanan bank syariah, baik dari segi fisik, seperti jumlah cabang bank yang terbatas, maupun non-fisik, seperti kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai produk dan layanan syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh aksesibilitas dan faktor sosial terhadap kepercayaan masyarakat pada bank syariah, dengan pendidikan sebagai variabel moderasi. Studi ini dilakukan pada masyarakat Pagar Dewa, Kota Bengkulu, yang memiliki karakteristik sosial dan ekonomi yang beragam. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 80 responden. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aksesibilitas, faktor sosial, dan pendidikan secara signifikan memengaruhi kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap bank syariah dengan kontribusi sebesar 82,9%. Aksesibilitas yang mencakup kemudahan lokasi, layanan digital, dan informasi memiliki dampak besar dalam meningkatkan rasa percaya masyarakat. Selain itu, dukungan sosial yang positif melalui keluarga serta komunitas lokal turut mendorong penggunaan layanan perbankan syariah. Bank syariah diharapkan dapat meningkatkan literasi keuangan serta memperluas jaringan layanan berbasis komunitas agar lebih inklusif dan relevan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat.

Abstract

The growth of Sukuk in Indonesia is still quite low compared to other countries with a majority Muslim population. It is still urgent for the academy to analyze the growth of sukuk in regions in Indonesia and to find out what strategies are for developing sukuk in the future. Meanwhile, the development of sharia investment in Bengkulu province in 2019 has increasingly shown its development. The main source of income for the people of Kaur Regency comes from coffee, palm oil, rubber, and rice field plantations. The investments that have been made so far are only investments in deposits, house purchases, and plantation land. Meanwhile, investment through sukuk is still unfamiliar among the people of Kaur Regency. The objectives to be achieved from the introduction of this sukuk are to find out how the people of Bengkulu City understand the sukuk instruments in the sharia capital market. To analyze whether sukuk instruments can act as an investment vehicle that can help the government build the country, especially Bengkulu province. The research approach used in this study is the PAR method or Participatory Action Research. Participatory Action Research is a research model that seeks something to connect the research process to the process of social change. The purpose of the sharia investment teaching program or State Sharia Securities in Rural Communities is that the Indonesian people will benefit from sukuk issued by the Indonesian government, produce reference materials for teaching materials, as a means to redevelop investment with sukuk instruments as a means to build the country and as input and consideration for the government in developing sharia investment in sukuk instruments in communities in the regions

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh inflasi dan BI 7-Day Rate terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sektor keuangan yang terdaftar di Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI) selama periode 2021-2023. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya pemahaman faktor-faktor makroekonomi yang memengaruhi harga saham, khususnya dalam konteks pasar modal syariah di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder, yang dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari lima perusahaan sektor keuangan yang dipilih secara purposive dari indeks ISSI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inflasi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan BI 7-Day Rate berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi investor, akademisi, dan pembuat kebijakan dalam memahami dinamika pasar saham syariah serta dalam merumuskan strategi investasi dan kebijakan ekonomi yang lebih tepat.

Abstract

The aim of sharia economic literacy in the Kaana village farmer group, Regano subdistrict is to educate members of the Agree Farmer group in order to increase understanding and knowledge in understanding Islamic economics in life in the Kaana village farmer group, Regano subdistrict, North Bengkulu district, Bengkulu province. Before the assistance was implemented, many of the members of the farmer groups still did not understand sharia economics. Then at the end of the service assistance, the farmer group members agreed that the farmers of Kaana village, Ogano subdistrict, North Bengkulu district were able to know/understand the guidelines used in buying and selling activities following the sharia economic system which is based on the Al-Quran and Hadith.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of lifestyle, price, and product quality on the purchase intention of secondhand clothing (thrifting) among the people of Bengkulu City from an Islamic economic perspective. This research employs a descriptive quatitative approach with data collected through questionnaires and processed using SPSS version 26. The population consists of Bengkulu City resident who have purchased secpndhand clothing at Panorama Market, with a sampel size of 100 respondentd. The data analysis tehniques include validity testing, reability testing, classical assumption test (normality, heteroscedascity, and multcollinearity tests) multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t-test, f-test, and R2 test). The result show that lifestyle has a significant effect on the intention to purchase secpndgand clothing, as indicated by a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05) and a t-value of 27.786. the higher the purchase intention. Price also has a significant influence, with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05) and a t-value of 24.003, indicating that affordable and reasonable prices increase consumers’ purchase interest. Furthermore, product quality significantly affects the purchase of secondhand goods, as shown by a significance value of 0,000 (<0,05) and a t-value of 22.798. this implies that the better the quality offered, the higher the consumers’ buying interest.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of providing rewards and punishment on the performance of Muslim employees from an Islamic business perspective at PT. Honda Bintang Motor Gading Cempaka Bengkulu City. Employee performance is an important factor in the company's success, so an effective human resource management strategy is needed, one of which is through implementing a reward and punishment system that is in accordance with the principles of justice and Islamic ethics. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quantitative descriptive research type. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 30 employees as respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of the IBM SPSS version 25 program. The research results showed that partially rewards had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as did punishment which also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, reward and punishment have a significant effect on the performance of Muslim employees. The coefficient of determination value shows that reward and punishment are able to explain 65% of the variation in employee performance, while the remainder is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings show that implementing rewards and punishment that are fair, proportional and in accordance with Islamic business values ​​can improve employee performance optimally.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has encouraged Umrah travel agencies to implement social media–based marketing strategies. Instagram has become one of the most effective platforms for promoting Umrah services. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital marketing and the effectiveness of influencer-based digital marketing at PT Rayyah Arga Anugrah in Bengkulu City. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research informants consisted of six individuals, including management or marketing staff of PT Rayyah Arga Anugrah, influencers who collaborate with the company, and Umrah pilgrims as service users. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that PT Rayyah Arga Anugrah has implemented digital marketing by utilizing Instagram as its main promotional medium. The strategies include managing informative and consistent visual content and collaborating with credible influencers. Influencer-based digital marketing is considered effective in strengthening branding, expanding promotional reach, and building trust among prospective pilgrims, which has a positive impact on increasing interest in Umrah registration.

Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan pasar saham syariah di Indonesia menunjukkan tren positif seiring kemajuan digitalisasi yang mempermudah akses investasi. Namun, pemanfaatan teknologi digital di daerah, termasuk Kota Bengkulu, masih menghadapi tantangan literasi dan partisipasi investor. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perkembangan, peran digitalisasi, serta peluang dan tantangan pasar saham syariah di Kota Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling, di mana peneliti bertindak sebagai instrumen kunci melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pasar saham syariah berkembang signifikan ditandai peningkatan kapitalisasi, jumlah saham syariah, volume transaksi, dan investor. Teknologi digital berperan sebagai katalis utama melalui aplikasi trading online yang meningkatkan akses dan partisipasi investor, khususnya generasi muda. Namun, masih terdapat kendala berupa rendahnya literasi keuangan syariah, kesulitan investor pemula, serta keterbatasan variasi saham syariah. Disarankan agar pemerintah, BEI, dan perusahaan sekuritas memperluas edukasi ke masyarakat umum, meningkatkan kualitas platform digital, serta menambah variasi saham syariah guna mendorong pertumbuhan pasar yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Pasar Saham Syariah, Perkembangan, Potensi.   Abstract The development of the Islamic stock market in Indonesia shows a positive trend, as digitalization advances, simplifying investment access. However, the use of digital technology in regional areas, including Bengkulu City, still faces challenges in terms of investor literacy and participation. This study aims to analyze the development, role of digitalization, and the opportunities and challenges of the Islamic stock market in Bengkulu City. The method used was descriptive qualitative with purposive sampling, with the researcher acting as the key instrument through observation and interviews. The results indicate that the Islamic stock market has grown significantly, indicated by increases in capitalization, the number of Islamic stocks, transaction volume, and investors. Digital technology acts as a key catalyst through online trading applications, increasing investor access and participation, particularly among the younger generation. However, obstacles remain, including low Islamic financial literacy, difficulties for novice investors, and a limited variety of Islamic stocks. It is recommended that the government, the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), and securities companies expand public education, improve the quality of digital platforms, and increase the variety of Islamic stocks to encourage more inclusive and sustainable market growth.
