Abstract

The study aimed to determine the picture of audio visual based learning media planning in Indonesian subjects. This type of research is descriptive qualitative to find the nature or experience of a person with a phenomenon that is the governance of audio visual based learning media. Data was collected through: stakeholder involvement through the planning of Larompong 1 High School learning media management. Audio Visual Based learning media governance is obtained through two data sources namely informants and documents. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation and focus group discussions. The results of the study show: The governance of audio visual based learning media planning begins with the selection of instructional media tailored to the material and learning objectives in the RPP with the principles of using audio-visual media and refers to the Minimum Completeness Criteria. Students who get the KKM value exceeds the KKM value that has been set by the school means that the student has been able to study thoroughly, conversely if students who get the KKM value is smaller and the KKM value that has been set by the school then the student is said to have not finished learning. Students will be given remedial services by subject teachers and for those who have met the KKM, then given enrichment.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengeksplorasi pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam pembelajaran Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Luwu Timur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui penerapan kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Luwu Timur; (2) Untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam pembelajaran kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Luwu Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, penerapan kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Luwu Timur berjalan sesuai dengan prinsip pembelajaran kurikulum Merdeka Belajar, yaitu pada kegiatan pembelajaran Intrakurikuler, Kokurikuler dan Ekstrakurikuler. Siswa merasa lebih bebas berekspresi,  mengembangkan minat dan bakat. Pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam pembelajaran kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Luwu Timur telah berjalan dengan dukungan beberapa perangkat keras seperti komputer, Smart TV, LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), dan akses internet untuk mengakses berbagai kebutuhan pembelajaran. Sekolah masih terus melakukan perbaikan terkait penyediaan perangkat keras dan pemerataan akses internet, guru diberi dukungan melalui berbagai program pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi digital dan penggunaan beberapa aplikasi pembelajaran

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan : (1) Untuk mengetahui mutu pendidikan di SMP Negeri 1 palopo, (2) untuk mengetahui peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sebagai manajer dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMP Negeri 1 Palopo, (3) untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di SMP Negeri 1 Palopo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 1 Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. Sumber data diambil dari hasil wawancara dengan Kepala Sekolah, Wakasek Kesiswaan, Guru, Siswa dan melalui dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Mutu Pendidikan di SMP Negeri 1 Palopo telah memenuhi Standar Nasional melalui kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang transformasional dan kolaborasi seluruh elemen pendidikan. Mutu pendidikan ditingkatkan melalui pengelolaan kurikulum, sumber daya manusia, serta sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, seperti ruang kelas nyaman dan teknologi pembelajaran canggih. Penerapan manajemen partisipatif memastikan fasilitas relevan dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran, mendukung prestasi siswa, dan menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang sinergis dan berfokus pada pengembangan peserta didik secara menyeluruh. (2) Kepala sekolah di SMP Negeri 1 Palopo berperan krusial sebagai manajer, dengan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang menciptakan sinergi dan fokus pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan melalui pengelolaan terstruktur dan partisipasi aktif seluruh elemen sekolah. (3) Faktor pendukung peningkatan mutu pendidikan di SMP Negeri 1 Palopo meliputi sarana prasarana yang telah memadai, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang partisipatif

Abstract

This research aims to: To determine the quality of education at SMP Negeri 6 Topoyo; To find out the application of information systems in improving the quality of educational services at SMP Negeri 6 Topoyo and Obstacles to the application of information systems in improving the quality of educational services at SMP Negeri 6 Topoyo. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were principals, teachers, administrative staff, and school operators. Research data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses raw data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study show that; (1) The quality of administrative services is inadequate due to lack of coordination and communication between staff. The learning process service has been running well supported by the use of information systems in learning planning and implementation.(2) The application of SI in improving the quality of education services can be seen in administrative services through the Dapodik application. In addition, in the process of learning. The application of SI can be seen by the use of e-learning systems.(3) Obstacles to the implementation of SI in improving the quality of education services can be seen in administrative services through network stability. Meanwhile, in the learning process of implementing SI, it can be seen from that there are still students who experience unstable networks, run out of internet quota, and forget account passwords.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how public relations management planning in dual system education (PSG) at SMK Negeri 2 Luwu; To find out the organization of dual system education public relations management at SMK Negeri 2 Luwu; To find out the implementation of public relations management in dual system education at SMK Negeri 2 Luwu; To find out the supervision of public relations management in dual system education at SMK Negeri 2 Luwu. This type of research is using a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were principals, vice principals of public relations, students and parents, data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are processing or compiling raw data, data sorting, data coding, analysis understanding, identification, changing data, empirical interpretation, rewriting statements of meaning. The results showed that the implementation of public relations management in dual system education at SMK Negeri 2 Luwu went well. This can be seen from the efforts made starting from planning, public relations always hold meetings every time they carry out activities to discuss public relations work programs, and discuss what the community, especially parents of students, need related to student education activities. Organizing, organizing is carried out for delegation of authority and team response to its work program. The implementation, the type of public relations implementation at SMK Negeri 2 Luwu is cooperation with the business world and industry, development of expertise programs, dissemination of information. Supervision, supervising public relations activities so that they can run smoothly in accordance with what is planned, organized, and implemented.

Abstract

This research discusses archive management at SMA Muhammadiyah Palopo with a focus on the role of the Head of Administration (TU) and administrative staff in maintaining the integrity and availability of school documents. Records management involves a holistic approach, which includes archiving physical documents such as notebooks, incoming and outgoing letters, as well as electronic documents. This research also explores schools' efforts to improve archive management infrastructure to ensure maintenance of good physical and digital condition. The Head of TU plays a central role in records management, with responsibilities that include monitoring the entire archiving process, safe storage and availability of documents when needed. Administrative staff also contribute to daily archiving tasks. The results of this research highlight the importance of the active role of the Head of TU and administrative staff in maintaining the sustainability and efficiency of school archive management. This research can be a basis for developing better archive management practices in the educational environment, especially at Palopo Muhammadiyah High School, as well as providing deeper insight into the vital role of archive management in preserving school information and history.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of classroom management at MTs Batusitanduk, to find out the learning outcomes of students' moral beliefs at MTs Batusitanduk, to determine the effect of classroom management on student learning outcomes in the moral aqidah subject at MTs Batusitanduk. This type of research is quantitative research by designex post facto. The population of all students in grades VII and VIII at MTs Batusitanduk is 164 students, with sampling using the Slovin formula. So the sample used was 62 students. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation, while data analysis techniques use descriptive statistical analysis,inferential statistical analysis,Correlation analysis, simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination using Microsoft Excel 2016 and SPSS version 23. The research results show that: 1) The implementation of classroom management at MTs Batusitanduk is in the categoryhigh categorywith an average percentage value of48%of the 62 students who were used as respondents; 2)Student Learning Results in Moral Creed Subjects at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs)is in the high category with an average percentage value of 48%; 3) There is a significant influence betweenClass management on student learning outcomes in the subject of moral beliefs at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Batusitandukas big as61.9%while the rest38.1%influenced by other variables not examined in this research and the significance value is 0.000 <0.05

Abstract

This research aims to determine the efforts of guidance and counseling teachers in improving student discipline at the State Tsanawiyah Madrasah Palopo City, to determine the level of discipline at the State Tsanawiyah Madrasah Palopo City and to find out what factors influence student discipline at the State Tsanawiyah Madrasah Palopo City. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this research were school principals, guidance and counseling teachers, and students. Research data was obtained through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that; (1) The efforts of guidance and counseling teachers to improve the discipline of students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Palopo City are related to guidance and counseling functions such as understanding functions, preventive functions, development functions, healing functions, adjustment functions, improvement functions, facilitation functions, maintenance function (2) The level of discipline at the State Madrasah Tsanawiyah Palopo City has increased sufficiently or is disciplined enough. This is indicated by indicators of discipline that have been implemented such as attendance, paying attention to the teacher when explaining lessons, carrying out assigned tasks, bringing study equipment, utilizing time. free time or rest to study and discuss or ask friends about lessons that are not well understood (3) Factors that influence the discipline of students at the State Madrasah Tsanawiyah Palopo City, namely the influence of peers, family environment, and the influence of technology.
