Abstract

Latar belakang masalah penelitian ini adalah melihat krisis multidimensional yang melanda bangsa Indonsia. Sehingga perlu peningkatan mutu pendidikan sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia Indonesia secara menyuluruh. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan: 1) untuk mengetahui bagaimana budaya mutu sekolah di Al Hikmah Surabaya, 2) mengetahui bagaimana prestasi siswa Al Hikmah Surabaya,3) bagaimana upaya pengembangan budaya mutu sekolah di Al Hikmah Surabaya dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancanngan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui Wawancara mendalam, Observasi partisipatif, dan Studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data, melalui tahapan reduksi, display, dan veriifkasi. Sedangkan untuk menguji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan cara Triangulasi.Penelitian ini difokuskan pada: 1). Budaya mutu sekolah di SD Al Hikmah Surabaya yang memiliki karakteristik  berikut: (a) Sekolah fokus pada kepuasan pelanggan, (b) Mengutamakan pentingnya sumber daya manusia, (c) Memiliki standart kinerja yang tinggi, (d) Budaya sekolah terdefinisi degan jelas. 2). Prestasi siswa SD Al Hikmah dapat dilihat dari: (a) prestasi yang meliputi akdemik,  (b) prestasi non akademik, termasuk kegiatan ekstrakulikuler, dan (c) ibadah dan akhlak  yang sesuai dengan tujuan sekolah, “Berbudi dan Berprestasi”. 3).Upaya mengembangkan budaya mutu di SD Al Hikmah fokus pada: a) Orientasi mutu pendidikan, b) Pelayanan sekolah, c) Komitmen sekolah terhadap mutu, d) Kurikulum sekolahThe background of this study is to look at the multidimensional crisis hitting the nation. On this stand it is necessary to improve the quality of educationasan effort to improve the quality of Indonesian human resourcescomprehensively. The objectives of this study are: 1) to find out the school quality culture in SD Al Hikmah Surabaya, 2) to find out the students' achievement in Al Hikmah Surabaya?, 3) to find out the efforts in developing the school quality culture in SD Al Hikmah Surabaya in increasing student achievement. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection is carried out through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques are through such stages as reduction, display, and verification. Meanwhile, to test the validity of the data is carried out through triangulation. This study is focused on: 1). The school quality culture in SD Al Hikmah Surabaya which has the following characteristics: (a) Focusing on customer satisfaction, (b) Prioritizing the importance of human resources, (c) Having high performance standards, (d) School culture is clearly defined. 2). Student achievements in SD Al Hikmah could be seen from: (a) achievements which include academics, (b) non-academic achievements, including extracurricular activities, and (c) worship and morals which are in accordance with school goals, "Being virtuous and obtaining achievement" 3). The ffforts to develop a quality culture in SD Al Hikmah focus on: a) Orientation of educational quality, b) School services, c) School commitment to quality, d) School curriculum.

Abstract

The lagging behind in the world of education in Indonesia is due to the slow adjustment to the progress of the times, namely that there are still many teachers who use the Teacher-Centered Learning approach. So it is necessary to evolve using the Student-Centered Learning approach. MI Narrative Quran has a unique curriculum contained in Mulok QURMA (Quran and Meaning). Student projects as learning outcomes as a form of student-centered learning development. Does this study aim to find out how to apply the Project Based Learning learning model through the QURMA TREE in the QURMA subject at MI Narrative Quran Lamongan? And what are the supporting factors and obstacles in implementing PBL through the QURMA TREE at MI Narrative Quran Lamongan? This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out using observation, interview, and documentation methods. The subjects of this study were students, teachers, and school principals. The data analysis methods in this study are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, data triangulation, and conclusion. MI Narrative Quran Lamongan madrasah wants to always prioritize the Koran by innovating to develop MULOK QURMA learning. The QURMA TREE is the product of each class which is carried out once every three months as an implementation of the Project Based Learning learning model in the QURMA mulok subject (Quran and Meaning). The QURMA TREE at MINAN is teaching materials compiled by the QURMA team, namely the preparation of the QURMA MUSHAF for grades 1 to grade 6, a special and coordinated teaching team consisting of 6 people, excellent programs as well as the tahfidz program as a pillar of the madrasa, namely tahfidz, QURMA, and language, adequate facilities and means, clearly and continuously scheduled program of events. The obstacles can be summarized as follows: the conditioning of the students as audiences, the duration or timing of the implementation, which is not following the plan rundown, and the place where the organizers are less supportive during rainy weather because it is held outdoors.

Abstract

This study was aimed at determining the existence of prophetic learning to improve spiritual intelligence through the tahfidz Al-Qur’an program for grade 8 students at SMPN 1 Deket Lamongan. The method applied was a qualitative method with a natural setting, where the researcher conducted research in the field naturally which then produced several findings. First, the existence of prophetic learning included the values ​​of humanization, liberation, and transcendence, which was the implementation of attitudes to solve students’ moral degradation problem. Second, fostering spiritual intelligence by embedding prophetic characters through memorizing Al-Qur’an. Third, the tahfidzul Qur’an process program used talqin, tasmi’ and muroja’ah methods. Fourth, supporting factors included: competent teachers in the field of tahfidz Al-Qur’an, adequate facilities and infrastructure, motivational support and appreciation from all stakeholders in the school environment and tahfidz graduation. Inhibiting factors included; there were students that were unable to read Al-Qur’an, some never recite at home, some were lack motivation from parents and students’ lack of concentration because they often play online games. Novelty was also found that one of the students was classified as an inclusive student, so the approach in the tahfidz Al-Qur’an program was different from other students. Tahfidz teachers at SMPN 1 Deket never discriminated against their students. Inclusive students needed special attention and approach to repeat their memorization. From the experience of teachers who taught were by using methods of Tikrarul Mahfudz, Kitabul Mahfudz, and Isati’amul Mahfudz methods.

Abstract

Apart from being caused by a low understanding of religious values, the problems of irregularities in the education system that we often encounter such as brawls, bullying, violation of school rules, and sexuality, are also caused by a lack of understanding of the values ​​contained in Pancasila. PAI teachers are not only tasked with transforming religious insights, but also play a role in shaping character according to the values ​​contained in Pancasila MI Narrative Quran Lamongan is a relatively new madrasa among other madrasas that have developed in the middle of Lamongan city and is known the orientation of tahfidz and its Al-Quran Narration as a madrasa icon. The focus of the research was to find out the PAI learning process in forming Pancasila student profiles and what is the role of PAI teachers in forming Pancasila student profiles at MI Narrative Quran Lamongan. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with data collection carried out through observation methods, interview methods and documentation methods. The research results explain thatPAI learning carried out in forming Pancasila student profiles at MI Narrative Quran Lamongan is carried out through a curriculum developed by madrasas, namely WIRIDQU, QURMA, and LITBAS with a gradual, sustainable, and integrated system. The role of PAI teachers in forming Pancasila student profiles is as activators, trainers, role models, motivators and evaluators.
