ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis relasi antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kedisiplinan kejuruan, dan penguatan karakter religius di SMKN 1 Lamongan. Latar belakang penelitian berangkat dari kebutuhan pendidikan vokasi tidak hanya menghasilkan lulusan yang kompeten secara teknis, tetapi juga berkarakter religius dan berintegritas. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan telaah dokumentasi. Informan penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, guru kejuruan, tenaga kependidikan, dan siswa yang aktif dalam kegiatan keagamaan sekolah.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berperan sebagai motor penggerak budaya religius melalui keteladanan dalam ibadah, kultum, dan interaksi harian yang inspiratif. Kebijakan sekolah, seperti penerapan buku saku SAKTI dan Gerakan 5S, menyediakan kerangka formal untuk mewujudkan visi kepemimpinan dalam regulasi praktis. Internalisasi nilai religius dilakukan melalui kegiatan rutin, antara lain salat berjamaah, tradisi salim, kultum, dan refleksi Jumat pagi, yang secara efektif mengubah aturan menjadi kebiasaan nyata. Proses ini berdampak langsung pada kedisiplinan kejuruan siswa yang tercermin dalam ketepatan waktu, kerapian, kepatuhan pada aturan, serta keteraturan dalam praktik vokasi. Pada akhirnya, relasi antarvariabel bermuara pada terbentuknya karakter religius siswa, yang mencakup sikap amanah, hormat, solidaritas, dan tanggung jawab. Kesimpulan penelitian ini merumuskan model relasi: Kepemimpinan → Kebijakan → Internalisasi → Disiplin → Karakter Religius, yang dapat menjadi acuan bagi penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis religius di sekolah kejuruan Indonesia. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the relationship between principal leadership, vocational discipline, and the strengthening of religious character at SMKN 1 Lamongan. The research is grounded in the growing demand for vocational education not only to produce technically competent graduates but also individuals of integrity and strong religious values. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed, utilizing in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. The participants included the school principal, Islamic education teachers, vocational subject teachers, administrative staff, and students actively engaged in religious activities. The findings reveal that the principal’s leadership serves as the driving force behind the development of a religious school culture, demonstrated through role modeling in daily prayers, short sermons, and spiritually oriented interactions. School policies, such as the implementation of the SAKTI pocketbook (Saku Adab, Akhlak, dan Budi Pekerti) and the 5S Movement (Smile, Greeting, Salutation, Politeness, Courtesy), provide a formal framework for translating the principal’s vision into practice. The internalization of religious values is fostered through routine activities including congregational prayers, the salim tradition (showing respect to teachers by hand-kissing), short religious talks, and Friday reflection sessions. These practices transform regulations into habitual behaviors. Consequently, vocational discipline emerges, reflected in punctuality, neatness, adherence to rules, and systematic practice in vocational training. Ultimately, the interplay of these variables leads to the formation of students’ religious character, encompassing trustworthiness, respect, solidarity, and responsibility. The study concludes with a relational model: Leadership → Policy → Internalization → Discipline → Religious Character, which may serve as a reference for strengthening religious-based character education in vocational schools in Indonesia
