Abstract

: The research objective is to determine whether there is a relationship between communication and work discipline together with the performance of employees at the Sibabangun District Government Office, Tapanuli Tengah Regency. The author provides a temporary answer to this study are: There is a relationship between communication and work discipline with employee performance at the office of the Sibabangun subdistrict, Tapanuli Tengah regency. The research population of all State Civil Servants (ASN) at the Government Office of the Sibabangun District, Central Tapanuli Regency was 37 people and sampled. Based on the results of simultaneous testing, it was obtained that the Fcount value (46.753) was greater than Ftable (3.25) or (46.753> 3, 25) and Sig.á (0.000a) is less than alpha 5% (0.05). This indicates that the results of the study reject H0 and accept Ha. Thus the variables of communication and work discipline simultaneously have a relationship with performance. The partial test results are: 1). The value of tcount ? t table is (2.642 ? 2.026) and Sig-t ? 0.05 is (0.012 ? 0.05). 2) The value of t count ? t table, namely (4.158 ? 2.026) and Sig-t ? 0.05, which is equal to (0.00 ? 0.05) meaning that there is a positive relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Based on the multiple linear regression model obtained, the regression equation Y = -4.402 + 0.450 X1 + 0.686 X2. Shows that there is a relationship between communication and work discipline with performance. It is suggested that communication between employees needs to be improved so that each task is carried out and the goals to be achieved can be achieved. Employee discipline enforcement should be done more firmly and with direction, this is very important to increase the responsibility of all employees, so that employee performance will increase

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of incentives and bonuses on employee morale in CU cooperatives. Dosnitahi Pinangsori, Central Tapanuli Regency. This research uses a type of quantitative descriptive research. the research data is normally distributed because the histogram graph is in the shape of a bell, on the P-P plot graph you can see the distribution of data close to the diagonal line and the results of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistical test show a sig value greater than 0.05, which means that all data used in this study is distributed normal. From the multicollinearity test, it is known that the tolerance value is <0.1 and the variance inflation factor (VIF) value is <10. It can be concluded that the regression model found a correlation between independent variables. From the heteroscedasticity test it is known that the distribution of the dots does not form a specific pattern and the dots spread above and below the zero on the Y axis, it can be stated that there is no heteroscedasticity problem. The results of the multiple regression test obtained Y = 11,023 + 0.166 + 0.636 X. This means that the effect of the dependent variable (work morale) is determined by the independent variable (incentives and bonuses) with a regression coefficient of 0.166 and 0.636 where if one unit of X variable or value is added certain then the variable Y (work enthusiasm) will also increase multiplied by that certain value. From the t test, it is obtained that the calculated t value of incentives and bonuses is greater than the t table value and from the F test it is obtained that the calculated F value is greater than the F table value. Based on the results of the t and ji F tests obtained, it can be concluded that the hypothesis proposed in this study can be "accepted". Keywords: incentives, bonuses, and morale

Abstract

One of the efforts made by entrepreneurs to increase customer satisfaction is to always keep chicken meat in high quality conditions. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of chicken meat quality on consumer satisfaction at UD. Sibolga Independent Universe. The hypothesis in this study is: There is an Influence of Chicken Meat Quality on Consumers at UD. Sibolga Independent Universe. The type of research used in this research is a descriptive correlational research design. The total population of 375 samples in this study was 15% of (375 people), so that 56 people were obtained. Sources of data in this study are primary and secondary data. Analysis techniques are quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. To analyze the data using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. Results Based on the research, the relationship between chicken meat quality and consumer satisfaction was 0.752 categorized as strong. The effect of chicken meat quality on consumer satisfaction 56.5%. The obtained simple linear regression model, Y = 7,455 + 0,748X shows the relationship between chicken meat quality and consumer satisfaction in a positive direction. The hypothesis test is known that the value of tcount is greater than ttable 7,046 > 2,010, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the proposed hypothesis can be accepted. Keyword: Quality of Chicken Meat, Consumer Goals.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Ethic and Teamwork on Employee Performance at the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) of Central Tapanuli Regency. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach to describe and analyze the relationships between variables. The population consists of 370 employees, including 22 civil servants (PNS), 10 contract-based government employees (P3K), and 338 temporary employees (THL). The sample was determined using 15% of the population, resulting in 56 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data collected through questionnaires. The results of the instrument test indicate that all items for the variables of Work Ethic, Teamwork, and Employee Performance are valid and reliable, with Corrected Item-Total Correlation values greater than 0.300 and Cronbach’s Alpha values above 0.600. The classical assumption tests show that the data are normally distributed and free from multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation, indicating that the regression model is appropriate. The results of multiple linear regression analysis reveal that Work Ethic and Teamwork have a positive effect on Employee Performance. Partially, both independent variables have a significant effect on performance, as indicated by t-values greater than the t-table and significance values below 0.05. Simultaneously, Work Ethic and Teamwork also have a significant effect on Employee Performance based on the F-test results. Therefore, the hypotheses proposed in this study are accepted.
