Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze fiscal policy in the management of the State Budget in Indonesia. The method used is descriptive analysis, which means explaining and describing both oral and written forms derived from literature studies. The results of the study show that the fiscal policy used in Indonesia is an expansionary fiscal policy marked by a state budget that is classified as a deficit. Then, to increase state revenue, the government began to export downstream commodities that had high added value. In order to minimize state spending, the government implements zero-based budgeting. This can be said to be able to increase the value of the state budget in its management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar matematika siswa SD berdasarkan studi literatur yang ada. Model pembelajaran TGT merupakan salah satu pendekatan yang menekankan pada kerja sama antar siswa dalam tim untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran, serta adanya elemen kompetisi yang menyenangkan dalam bentuk turnamen. Berdasarkan kajian literatur yang dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa penerapan TGT dapat meningkatkan motivasi, partisipasi aktif, serta pemahaman konsep matematika siswa. Selain itu, TGT juga memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk saling mengajarkan dan belajar dari teman sekelompok, sehingga memperkuat pemahaman mereka terhadap materi yang diajarkan. Hasil penelitian dari berbagai sumber menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam hasil belajar matematika siswa yang menerapkan model TGT, terutama dalam hal pemahaman konsep, keterampilan berpikir kritis, dan kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT dapat dijadikan alternatif yang efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika di tingkat SD.

Abstract

Smart cards are a medium for children's learning that integrates interesting games, media creativity and promotes interaction between family members. This smart card has the theme of hijaiyah letters as an educational medium in learning Arabic numbers and letters during the pandemic that is happening in Indonesia. Now a lot of new innovations are created because of this pandemic period. This method is necessary because direct learning of Arabic letters and numbers is being avoided during the pandemic. This smart card is here to be an alternative for children to study at home. Based on the analysis conducted on the literature review, based on this incident led to the emergence of new obstacles in the way of educating children, namely the difficulty of parents in accompanying children to study at home due to a lack of understanding of the material by parents. With this smart card, it is hoped that children will have no difficulty in learning hijaiyah numbers and letters even though there is a companion

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis makna simbolik lamba-lamba dalam tradisi Ma’pasonglo masyarakat Toraja melalui lensa teologi Calvin mengenai keesaan gereja. Tradisi Ma’pasonglo, yang merupakan bagian dari ritual pemakaman Aluk Rambu Solo’, menyimpan simbolisme yang kaya dalam struktur sosial masyarakat Toraja, terutama melalui atribut lamba-lamba yang dikenakan sesuai dengan strata sosial. Pendekatan teologis yang digunakan berfokus pada pemikiran John Calvin mengenai keesaan gereja sebagai prinsip fundamental yang tidak hanya bersifat doktrinal, tetapi juga memiliki implikasi praktis bagi solidaritas dan pelayanan umat Kristen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis melalui studi pustaka dan wawancara mendalam dengan tokoh adat serta rohaniwan Toraja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lamba-lamba memiliki tiga makna utama: (1) sebagai simbol keberanian dalam mengambil sikap menghadapi tantangan kehidupan bergereja; (2) sebagai simbol ketulusan dalam pelayanan kepada sesama; dan (3) sebagai bentuk pengorbanan yang mendukung transformasi kehidupan gereja ke arah yang lebih baik. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa simbol-simbol budaya lokal dapat menjadi sarana reflektif untuk memperdalam pemahaman teologis dan memperkuat kesatuan gereja dalam konteks kultural yang beragam.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of principal leadership, organizational culture, and academic supervision on teacher performance, as well as the moderating role of work motivation in these relationships. Teacher performance is reflected in the quality of teaching and learning activities and other institutional duties. Improving teacher performance requires various supports, including effective leadership, a strong organizational culture, adequate academic supervision, and high work motivation. The study employed a quantitative, ex post facto design with a proportional random sampling technique. The sample consisted of 115 teachers from State Vocational Schools in Kudus Regency. Data were collected through questionnaires, and analyzed using path analysis with Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results indicate that principal leadership, organizational culture, and academic supervision each have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Furthermore, work motivation was found to strengthen the influence of leadership on performance. However, work motivation did not significantly moderate the influence of organizational culture or academic supervision on teacher performance. These findings suggest that enhancing teacher performance requires not only structural and cultural improvements but also strategies to increase teachers’ work motivation, particularly in supporting effective leadership practices
