Abstract

One of the problems faced by MSMEs in Sidorejo hamlet is marketing problems and skills in using technology. MSMEs in Sidorejo hamlet need technology-based business development so they can compete with new online businesses. The purpose of this writing is 1) Identifying the use of marketing media in MSMEs in Sidorejo Hamlet, Ngestiharjo Village. 2) Describe technology-based business development efforts in MSMEs in Sidorejo Hamlet, Ngestiharjo Village through digital marketing training. The method used to identify the use of marketing media is observation and interviews. The methods used in technology-based business development efforts are community education and training methods. Materials in efforts to develop technology-based businesses for MSMEs in Sidorejo Hamlet through digital marketing training include: 1) Cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit and providing inspiration from the success of online businesses, 2) Sharing sessions, 3) Digital marketing training. The identification results show that many MSMEs in Sidorejo Hamlet use simple technology in marketing, which is dominated by WhatsApp and Facebook media. In fact, there are still many MSMEs that run their businesses offline without the help of technology. The evaluation results of digital marketing training activities show that this activity received a positive response, was considered to provide insight and knowledge, and provide inspiration. Almost all business people want to practice this online business in developing their business.

Abstract

Organizational achievement is influenced by the work environment where employees carry out activities also have an important role in improving their performance. The work environment refers to the material and psychological conditions of employees in the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Kulon Progo Regency Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative Office. In this study, the data collection techniques used were questionnaires, observation, documentation and literature study. The analysis used is instrument test, classical assumptions, multiple regression, hypothesis testing, and R2 estimation. Sampling by distributing questionnaires directly to 37 samples. The results of data processing from motivation (X1) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, namely tcount 2.573> ttable 2.032 with a significance of 0.015 <0.05 and the work environment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, namely tcount 2.903> ttable 2.036 with a significance of 0.006 <0.05. Fcount value 7.803> Ftable 3.28, with a significance value of 0.002 <0.05. This means that motivation and work environment simultaneously affect employee performance. The results of the coefficient of determination test obtained an R-square value of 0.315 or 31.5%, which means that the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable and the rest is influenced by other factors outside the research variables.

Abstract

Abstract One of the success of performance is influenced by a positive work environment, adequate facilities and organizational culture. One example of facilities in hospitals to support employee performance is the availability of quality information systems. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of SIMRS and organizational culture on employee performance at Lung Respira Hospital Yogyakarta. This study uses a quantitative method with a sampling technique using propability sampling. The population of this study is all employees at Respira Lung Hospital Yogyakarta as many as 121 people. The number of samples in this study is 55 people. Data collection was carried out by filling out a questionnaire using the google form application. The data analysis in this study used multivariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis. The results showed that the SIMRS variable had no significant effect on the Employee Performance variable with a value of 0.141 > 0.05, while the Organizational Culture variable had a significant effect on the Employee Performance variable with a value of 0.001 < 0.05. Based on the determination test, it was shown that SIMRS and Organizational Culture simultaneously affected employee performance by 0.369 (36.9%) while the rest (63.1%) was influenced by other variables that were not discussed in this study. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of customer satisfaction and service quality on customer loyalty at the e-commerce company Shopee. The research design used is quantitative research. The population of this study are active customers of the Shopee e-commerce platform in Indonesia. The sampling method used in this research was purposive sampling and used a questionnaire in data collection. Meanwhile, data analysis uses multiple regression. The research results show that customer satisfaction and service quality have a significant influence on customer loyalty, where customers who are satisfied with the quality of products and services tend to be more loyal and have the potential to make repeat purchases. The conclusion of this research is that e-commerce companies need to continue to improve customer satisfaction through improving service and product quality, as well as responsiveness to customer needs and complaints, in order to ensure sustainable customer loyalty and stable business growth.
