Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Sleman Regency, DIY. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. The data used is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to Sleman Dukcapil employees. Sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling method, a saturated sample with a total of 83 respondents. The analysis in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that the leadership style variable (X1) has no partial effect on employee performance (Y) as shown by the t-count value (-0.330) < t-table (1.99006), with a significance level of 0.742 which is greater than 0.05 . The work environment variable (X2) has a partial effect on employee performance (Y), shown by t-count 8.221 > t-table (1.99006), with a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.05.

Abstract

Abstract The background to this community service activity is the low understanding and skills of the people of Triwidadi Village, Pajangan, Bantul in utilizing digital technology for product marketing and the lack of access to adequate health services. The majority of people in this area are micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) who have not yet optimally utilized digital technology to develop their businesses. Apart from that, access to basic health services such as routine health checks is still limited, which has an impact on people's quality of life. The formulation of the problem raised in this research is: (1) How to increase people's understanding and skills in digital marketing to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in Triwidadi Village? (2) How to provide health check services that are easily accessible to the local community? The aim of this community service is to: (1) Increase community knowledge and skills about digital marketing through structured counseling and training activities; (2) Providing routine health check services to increase awareness and preventive action on health in the Triwidadi Village community. The results of this service activity show a significant increase in the community's understanding and skills regarding digital marketing. This is proven by the increase in the number of MSMEs that are starting to utilize digital platforms to market their products. Apart from that, the health check service provided during the activity has been well utilized by the community, as can be seen from the quite high number of participants and the results of the health check which helps the community to care more about their health condition. This activity also has a positive impact on improving people's quality of life through better access to information and health services.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Covid emergency health services and facilities (FKDC) on COVID-19 patient satisfaction at the Sleman Hajj Dormitory in Yogyakarta Special Region. The population in this research is all Covid patients in the Sleman Hajj dormitory, D.I Yogyakarta in February 2022, totaling 107 people, while the sample used a random sample of 84 people. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Collection techniques using SPSS.17. Analyze data using multiple regression. Based on the research results, it is stated that services and facilities have a significant and influential effect on the satisfaction of Covid patients at the Sleman D.I. Hajj dormitory. Yogyakarta. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan oleh Akademi Manajemen Administrasi Yogyakarta dengan mengangkat tema "Motivasi Pelatihan Hidup Bahagia Bagi Lansia" di Pelayanan Sosial Tresna Werdha Bantul, Yogyakarta. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah memberikan dukungan psikologis dan emosional kepada lansia yang berisiko mengalami kesepian, depresi, dan kehilangan makna hidup akibat keterbatasan dukungan sosial dan keluarga. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui metode ceramah interaktif dan diskusi, dengan fokus pada penguatan semangat hidup, peningkatan rasa percaya diri, serta pengembangan keterampilan untuk mencapai kebahagiaan dan kepuasan hidup. Evaluasi pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan interaksi sosial, rasa dihargai, dan partisipasi aktif para lansia dalam aktivitas komunitas. Dampak positif lainnya adalah meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat dan pihak terkait akan pentingnya perhatian terhadap kesejahteraan emosional lansia. Kegiatan ini juga memperkuat implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, khususnya pada aspek pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh para dosen AMA Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The success of achieving organizational goals is influenced by one important aspect, namely employee performance. Performance can be influenced by internal factors, namely competence, and external factors such as organizational culture. This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of competence and organizational culture on employee performance at the National Narcotics Agency of the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province. Data collection techniques used were observation, literature study, questionnaires, and documentation. The population of this study was all ASN employees at the National Narcotics Agency of the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province, totaling 74 people, sampled by simple random sampling technique of 63 people. The analysis used was instrument testing, normality testing, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. From the study, the results obtained from competence partially have a positive effect on employee performance as evidenced by the value of 2.062 > 2.00030 and a Sig. value of 0.044 < 0.05. Organizational culture partially has a positive effect on performance as evidenced by the value of 3.080 > 2.00030 and a Sig. value of 0.003 < 0.05. Likewise, competence and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive influence on employee performance, as evidenced by the value of 17.253 > 3.15 and the significance value (Sig.) of 0.000 < 0.05.
