Abstract

This research aims to build a pillar-saving administration system aimed at helping residents around the Jagakarsa area, South Jakarta. With this system, it can make it easier for residents to be more efficient by knowing how satisfied and comfortable residents are. This system was created using the PIECES Framework with measurements from 6 aspects, namely from the aspects of Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency, Service from the results of the Pieces Analysis showing that the measurement of the level of satisfaction of system users. This system is intended for residents who want to make monthly contribution payments, find out about the activities being carried out, provide criticism and suggestions, find out announcements, request letters if needed to analyze user satisfaction with deductions which results in an acquisition score of 3,610 which is the average and gets the final score which is satisfying. So it was concluded that users, namely citizens, can use the application that has been designed.

Abstract

In the business world, choosing the right business location is one of the main things that must be considered, the problem that occurs is choosing a business location that is not right for the business actors themselves. Therefore, an application is needed that helps business actors to determine the location. strategic for the business they are involved in. In this research, a decision support system application was made to make it easier for business actors to determine the location according to the criteria. Decision support applications are considered effective enough to create a ranking in determining strategic locations for business actors. The Weighted Product and SMART methods using 7 alternative data shows that the two methods produce data that is accurate and suitable when applied as a ranking for selecting business locations. The 2 methods have an elective execution score and the results of the weight values applied to each technique.

Abstract

Indonesia is included in the category of countries with the largest population in the world, this situation is a business opportunity for entrepreneurs who enter the coffee shop industry market. Researchers utilize one of the grouping methods, namely data mining classification in order to help business entities to identify different groups in the Starbucks customer satisfaction database. The purpose of this research is to be able to group categories into 3 classes, namely satisfied, quite satisfied and dissatisfied using the Decision Tree & Naive Bayes algorithm. So that it can find out public opinion on Starbucks customer satisfaction, in this study the aim was to obtain accuracy, precision and recall values and find out the best algorithm for data mining classification of Starbucks customer satisfaction. In this study using test data obtained from tweets with the keyword "Starbucks" from Twitter. The results of this study where the sentiment classification process for Starbucks customer satisfaction obtained a neutral category, it can be seen from the reviews using the keywords "starbuck OR starbucks OR #starbucks "The results obtained were positive comments of 476 tweets with a percentage of 19.2%, neutral comments of 1743 tweets with a percentage of 70.3% and negative comments of 258 tweets with a percentage of 10.4%, so that conclusions can be drawn based on the polarity calculation, the comments on stabuck have a satisfied category.In this study, it can be concluded that the performance of the Decision Tree algorithm is better than the Naive Bayes algorithm, as can be seen from the following explanation.The Decision Tree algorithm results in an accuracy of 83%. Naïve Bayes on value accuracy results by 74%.

Abstract

Laundy is an activity of washing clothes or the like at the same time and place in one place. The author takes samples to select package services from one of the shops or laundry businesses, namely dry regular, dry medium and dry express which customers can choose from with differences in turnaround time, weight and price, and can help laundry shop owners find out the type of packages that are often chosen by customers and can make it easier for shop owners to find out the results of sales transactions and reports. To understand this, we need a recommendation system that can help customers and laundry shop owners according to what the author wants. Here the author uses the Product Weight method to find alternative values ​​or the best results using several calculation formulas and gets a result of 0.335 on R2, namely Dry Medium with price criteria, completion time and weight

Abstract

In the digital era and the development of information technology, it is necessary to have a website to make it easier to carry out activities and find sources of information and knowledge quickly. Information about job vacancies is an important thing that is needed and needed by people who want to get a suitable job. The source of information that is easy and fast makes updating information about job vacancies every day. Designing a web-based job search information system which is built on an initial display menu, a job type menu, namely all types of vacant position fields along with the name of a limited liability company that is in need of employees and also the location of the company. Using the Framework For The Applications Of System Thinking can assist in software development which is carried out in several ways in stages. The Framework For The Applications Of System Thinking in its use is able to make decisions in changing and developing software according to the conditions of the situation. By testing the system with blackbox testing to further ensure that all system displays are functioning properly and running properly. The result of this system is a website-based job search information system that has a search menu, position field type menu, location map according to google maps.

Abstract

In improving service efforts in an agency or service company, a responsible, dexterous, and well-informed frontliner is needed to communicate well with consumers so as to help the needs of these consumers. Not a few frontliners are unfriendly and also make consumers feel uncomfortable with the services provided by a frontliner so that it can have a bad impact on the company's agency. Therefore, this research was made to make it easier for company agencies to recruit frontliners who are friendly, polite, dexterous and responsible. To realize this, an effective and efficient system is needed in making a decision to recruit competent frontliners. The required system is called a decision support system. In the application of spk there are many methods that can be used, namely the WP, SAW, Electree, PSI, WASPAS, MOOSRA, TOPSIS, MOORA methods and there are also specific methods to find the value of the importance weight of each criterion such as ROC, AHP, Entrophy and others. a suitable method used in the problems in this study is the method used to recruit frontliners, namely the ROC and MOOSRA methods. The results after applying the ROC method are used to weight and find the importance value of each criterion and also use the MOOSRA method which is applied to find the ranking of each alternative that registers as a frontliner based on each criterion. After applying the two methods, namely the ROC and MOOSRA methods, it was produced that the best alternative was A8 with a preference value of 44.6195 and followed by alternative A1 with a preference value of 40.2737 and alternative A6 with a preference value of 39.8573. So, those who are eligible to graduate become frontliners on behalf of Ratih, Moci and Aldi

Abstract

The coffee shop business is a business engaged in services and transactions by trading drinks in the form of coffee. Opportunities regarding the habit of hanging out by the general public have motivated entrepreneurs to open a coffee shop business. The number of coffee shop businesses that exist today confuses connoisseurs of hanging out. The confusion arises because there are many existing coffee shop businesses so that people are ultimately confused about choosing the best coffee shop. To help people get confused about choosing the best coffee shop. For that we need an SPK. SPK is a system that is used to help the public or individuals or anyone who needs assistance in determining or making a decision regarding the selection of something. This SPK has a way of working that uses the same working method or is computer-based. SPK requires a method. The method used in this study is the MABAC method. This method is a method known as the main function, namely to find the best ideal solution. Based on the results of this study, the best alternative was obtained, namely the H6 alternative on behalf of Depression cafe with a value of 0.0875 as the best coffee shop recommendation

Abstract

Bakery and cake business is one of the businesses engaged in the culinary field. bakery and cake business has always been the center of attention for entrepreneurs because it will always have consumers or customers. Usually the bakery and cake business will be in demand when there are events such as birthdays, souvenirs and other events. Bakery and cake is a business that sells various cake or cake products. In determining the layout of each item can affect the efficiency of sales. Because consumers can easily find the items they need. In determining the layout of each item can be used data mining. Data mining is data mining which will eventually be used in digging up various information and producing information, data and knowledge by using pre-existing information. In this study the algorithm used is a hash based algorithm. Hash based algorithm is an algorithm that uses filtering techniques to produce a combination pattern in an itemset. Based on the research results, it was found that the main priority items were G = peanut butter, H = white bread L = srikaya jam with a support value of 25% and 60% confidence. So that peanut butter, srikaya jam and plain bread should coexist in order to increase sales efficiency at bakeries and cake.

Abstract

There are various students who experience problems during the learning process because the chosen major does not match their abilities because choosing a major is only influenced by other people so that it is not in accordance with their abilities and a teacher is also difficult to adjust the abilities of one student to other students. In order for these students to be grouped with students who have the same level of knowledge, a grouping is carried out using data mining techniques in order to obtain new information in a database that has a large size or large amount of data to make it easier for users to obtain this information. The method used is AHC which is utilized as clustering with the single linkage method, the single link method is considered more effective than other methods because the problem is very suitable where the grouping process is carried out based on each criterion of the distance between all alternatives. The criteria used were three criteria (Science Score, IPS Score, TPA Score) with a total of 121 students. The application of the AHC method is carried out by utilizing rapidminer so that the results obtained are more efficient and effective. The results that can be used by the school are cluster 0 totaling 93 students, cluster 1 totaling 10 students, cluster 2 totaling 10 students and cluster 3 totaling 8 students.

Abstract

Cheating or fraud is a major problem that must continue to be routinely monitored at the company. Fraud is a form of fraud that is carried out intentionally by hiding a truth or fact so that it can incite other people to commit acts that are detrimental to the company. In preventing fraud at the company, routine audit activities must be carried out at the company with a fast and precise time. For the company's operational system to be better, the audit activity is carried out by an internal auditor. Internal auditors are someone who works in activities with confidence with the aim of being able to advance values and improve company operations in an objective and independent manner. In the selection of candidates for internal auditors, there are several criteria as an internal auditor that have been determined by the company, namely General Knowledge, Skills, Expertise Certificates, Personal Qualities, Traits and Education. Currently the company does not have a system that can carry out the selection of appropriate and objective internal auditor candidates. The selection of internal auditors is carried out objectively, so the authors use a decision support system (SPK). SPK is an information system that functions as an aid in decision making within an organization. This system is useful in solving problems encountered through the use of predetermined methods. In this study, the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method and the ROC (Rank Order Centroid) method were used to obtain the data needed in the selection of internal auditor candidates to get Ratih Budi with a score of 1.0000 in alternative A6 as an internal auditor. on the company.
