Abstract

Kebutuhan akan data dan informasi menjadi sangat penting dalam pengembangan software system yang berbasis teknologi, penggunaan data history dan data saat ini dapat diolah menjadi dashboard atau sebuah tampilan report yang menarik dan mudah dipahami oleh pengguna. Sebelumnya perusahaan migas di Jakarta ini untuk proses pembuatan dashboard masih manual menggunakan excel sebagai sumber data, generate data system maupun data manual bisa berupa file text dan csv file. Proses pembuatan dashboard dimulai dari analisis data, pengembangan menggunakan Database Oracle, Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB), Oracle BI Repository dan Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) kemudian tahap testing dan implementasi system. Dashboard akan membantu perusahan dalam pengembangan bisnis kedepan karena didalamnya memuat informasi mengenai tren penjualan sehingga akan mampu meningkatkan daya saing terhadap perusahaan lain, dengan adanya dashboard juga bisa memudahkan pengguna untuk melihat data history penjualan dari waktu ke waktu. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan migas di Jakarta yang bertujuan untuk memberikan kemudahan kepada pengguna dengan dashboard atau report yang otomatis menggunakan system sehingga memudahkan pengguna untuk menganalisa dari hasil dashboard yang dihasilkan karena didalamya terdapat informasi detail dan umum mengenai performance perusahaan yang nantinya berguna dalam pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

Yayasan Al-Muhajairin yang berlokasi di kota Bogor merupakan sebuah yayasan pendidikan yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan setingkat sekolah pertama , dimasa pandemi seperti ini pemanfaatan teknologi sangat diperlukan dalam proses belajar mengajar , salah satunya adalah pemanfaatan teknologi software google form . Permasalahan timbul terkait keterbatasan pemahaman mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi google form untuk proses pengajaran kususunya pembuatan soal ujian pada yayasan tersebut menjadi alasan, oleh karena itu Universitas Nusa Mandiri membuat solusi dengan melaksanakan Pengabdian Masyarakat berupa Pelatihan Pemanfaatan Google Form Untuk Pembuatan Soal di Yayasan Al-Muhajirin Kota Bogor. Dengan harapan pelatihan tersebut dapat membantu para pendidik untuk bisa mengimplementasikan pemanfaatan teknologi Google Form pada yayasan tersebut.

Abstract

Persaingan di dunia bisnis saat ini semakin ketat apalagi dalam dunia internet yang terus berkembang. Dampak dari persaingan tersebut ialah pertumbuhan ekonomi semakin cepat. Oleh karena itu PT. Anugerah Mandiri memberikan informasi dan pelayanan yang baik bagi pelanggan dan masyarakat luas mengenai produk yang akan ditawarkan. Dalam hal ini agar para pelanggan bisa terjaga dan tidak berpindah ke produsen yang lain. Perusahaan ini sudah menjalankan bisnis yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan barang dan jasa, namun masih ditemukan berbagai masalah, seperti pelanggan sulit memesan barang diluar jam kerja perusahaan karena keterbatasan perusahaan untuk melayani pelanggan secara real time 24 jam dalam sehari dan adanya jenis produk baru yang berbeda yang masih harus lebih diketahui oleh pelanggan. Oleh karena itu penerapan teknologi informasi sangatlah penting, seiring dengan perkembangan globalisasi, dunia perdagangan dan dunia bisnis yang juga ikut berkembang dengan munculnya model transaksi bisnis dengan teknologi tinggi. Maka muncul ide oleh peneliti untuk mengajukan Prototipe Sistem Customer Relationship Management Berbasis E-Commerce menggunakan Metode User Centered Design dengan Codeigniter Framework untuk Perusahaan. Alasan menggunakan CodeIgniter Framework lebih standar, pengorganisasian teratur, mudah dipelajari. Dengan dilakukannya penelitian tersebut, maka hasil model sistem CRM berbasis E-commerce yang dapat berpengaruh untuk memperoleh informasi yang diinginkan dengan cepat, meningkatkan hubungan dengan pelanggan, dapat diakses dimanapun dan kapanpun serta berkontribusi dengan baik bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional.

Abstract

Electronic documents are information that is permitted or stored in a way that is requested by a computer or other electronic device to be installed, assigned or processed. These documents consist of text, graphics or spreadsheets. For the current technological developments that improve progress, security is very important in companies that are difficult to avoid the follow-up of information by parties who are not responsible. One method that can be used to obtain digital documents is using Steganography and Cryptography technology by using Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) technology and Advanced Desktop Encryption Standard (AES-192) algorithm based on Java Desktop. The purpose of this application is to prepare data or files to be hidden on the cover image of the file. Before inserting with the closing image file, the file is encrypted with a symmetrical key using the AES-192 algorithm. The benefits obtained in this application, the confidentiality of information or data on this heavy equipment company can be difficult with good and safe. With this application it is expected to help the confidentiality of information or data on heavy equipment companies. .

Abstract

Currently in the business world, companies have the challenge to survive and even thrive in the face of business changes that are so fast and flexible both in terms of markets, consumers, products to competitors. Companies are required to be able to take quick and appropriate decisions in the face of all these business changes. Implementation of Business Intelligence in a company becomes a real solution in facing all those challenges. Where by using Business Intelligence, management within a company can make appropriate decisions based on valid data that has been processed into knowledge and presented from various perspectives needed. This research developed an integrated system in the form of an OLAP-based dashboard to present data reports, especially in the Human Resources Division. Various data in the excel file upload are automatically generated by ETL to the database using SSIS and consolidated into a data warehouse. Processing using SSAS, which is displayed in the form of a dashboard using Reporting Services with a more interesting summary form. With the development of the HR Learning and Development dashboard, top-level management companies get reports for quick, precise and accurate decision making.

Abstract

The obligations to each university as described in the Tridharma of Higher Education are education, research, and community service. One form of this obligation at the Nusa Mandiri School of Information and Computer Management (STMIK) is to carry out community service. This is carried out in relation to the concern of every institution or institution engaged in education by following technological developments and advances. This time, community service was carried out at PT. Jaya Persada Indonesia or JPI is a company that was founded with a spirit of togetherness, seeing opportunities for the development of its property and human resources, so the company is currently focusing on the business area carried out by PT. Jaya Persada Indonesia is a Property Developer, Property Agency (JPI Propertindo). Limited understanding of the Microsoft Excel program for office inventory, therefore the Nusa Mandiri College of Information and Computer Management conducted Community Service in the form of Excel Training Workshop Training for Inventory kator at PT. Jaya Persada Indonesia (PT. JPI) in East Jakarta. With this training, it can help management in managing inventory activities at PT. Jaya Persada Indonesia (PT. JPI).

Abstract

PKK in Kelurahan Kebon Bawang is a community organization that functions as a facilitator, planner, implementer, controller and activator at each level for the implementation of the PKK program. The relationship between the mobilizing teams is consultative and coordinative by still paying attention to the hierarchy of functions of the PKK movement in DKI Jakarta Province. The relationship between the Kebon Bawang Urban Village PKK Driving Team and the Kelurahan PKK Driving Team chaired by the Kebon Bawang Urban Village is consultative and coordinative. Limitations in using the animaker program as a supporting tool in making teaching materials / material that can be conveyed online, therefore the Nusa Mandiri College of Information and Computer Management carries out Community Service in the form of IT Workshop Training for Online Learning Methods with Animakers at PKK in Kebon Village Onions in North Jakarta. With this training, it can help individuals in PKK in Kebon Bawang Village in making tools as a means of making materials for online learning during the pandemic.

Abstract

Attendance is an activity to store data related to employee attendance. Therefore, it is necessary to have a presence with a biometric identification system such as facial identification so that the presence can run quickly and at a low cost. Attendance system helps employees and companies to run attendance faster and cheaper. The K Nearest Neighbor algorithm has a function as a classification algorithm in machine learning. The K value which is the highest accuracy by reaching 100% is 4 people with the determination of K equal to 3

Abstract

Computer Laboratory Assistant is a person who is competent in the field of computers who will assist lecturers in teaching while in the computer laboratory. The Faculty of Computer Science, Budi Darma University, Medan will conduct a selection of computer laboratory assistants for the 2022/2023 academic year, but the lecturers have difficulties in finding which students are eligible to become computer laboratory assistants. This research is based on these reasons, so the authors decided to use the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method to help make decisions to choose which students deserve to be computer laboratory assistants with the criteria of GPA, test scores, personality, teaching ability and experience with a number of alternatives 5 (Five) students. The use of the MAUT method is expected to determine the criteria for computer laboratory assistants, because the MAUT method will perform a ranking process based on attributes with different weights so that the results are more optimal, then a ranking process will be carried out which will determine the optimal alternative as well. As for 1 (one) alternative that deserves to be a computer laboratory assistant is Jesika Sirait with a result of 0.4085.

Abstract

The location of the Laundry business is a means of building a business, namely the place where the business is founded. Competition in this Laundry business causes many things to be considered in choosing a Laundry business location because if you don't choose the right location for a Laundry business, it can cause many losses such as bankruptcy for business owners. For this reason, business owners need foresight when setting up their Laundry business. To assist entrepreneurs in making decisions regarding the selection of a Laundry business location, there is a system that can be used, namely SPK. Decision Support Systems (DSS) are the steps or stages in finding a solution to a problem where the process is carried out using a solution according to how the computer works. There are 2 methods used in this study, namely the MOORA and WASPAS methods. The MOORA method is a method that can be used in the completion and completion process of the DSS. This method has a working procedure that uses mathematical calculations. While the WASPAS method is to find the priority of the most suitable location choice by using weighting. Where the results of research using the Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method, that which meets the criteria as the best Laundry business location is alternative A1, namely Jalan Setia Budi with a value of 0.2780 as the first rank. Meanwhile, based on the WASPAS method that meets the criteria as the best Laundry business location, alternative A7 is Jalan Gatot Subroto with a value of 0.8407 as the first rank.
