Abstract

Inorganic waste is waste that cannot be decomposed, in the laboratory a trash can has been provided, but there are still many laboratory users who still put, leave waste such as used paper and plastic bottles in any place. can help in facilitating laboratory users in disposing of waste only by using sensors, so a tool is designed that can be easily affordable and easy to use to prevent the amount of waste and piles of waste paper and plastic bottles. The author designed the Design of Automatic Inorganic Garbage Disposal Using Ultrasonic Sensors and Arduino Uno Case Study: Unas Artificial Intelligence Laboratory by using our hand proximity sensor the trash can opens automatically, we don't need to hold or touch the trash can, just use the proximity sensor, it opens automatically, and the trash can will close automatically if the proximity sensor moves away. So the author wants to design and make this tool that can be very helpful for use in the laboratory in order to minimize the amount of inorganic waste left behind.

Abstract

Qurbani worship is a worship of the slaughter of livestock carried out on the feast of Eid al-Adha. In Indonesia the dominant livestock used for qurban worship is goats and cows, qurban animals that are allowed to be slaughtered also have conditions ranging from age and most importantly their health. This research is done so that goats and cows that will be slaughtered for qurban worship are free from existing diseases. Some of the problems in the system that will be built is the lack of understanding of the sellers of animals qurban about the diseases suffered by goats and cows from the symptoms experienced by these animals. This study used  the method of forward chaining  and  certaity factor in solving the problems that exist in goat and cow animals, to produce a conclusion in detecting diseases in these animals based on existing symptoms. The process of designing the application of disease detection expert systems in goat and cow animals uses the java programming language  and  uses   a text editor android  studio. The authors also tested the comparison of the combination method between forward chaining  and  certainty factor with the forward chaining  and  naïve bayes  methods  that received the highest percentage value results, namely in the  forward chaing  and  certainty factor  methods with a value of  9.553%.  in scab disease suffered by goat animals and a value of  9.509%in bloating disease suffered by cow animals. Getting the final result on the calculation of detection of goat disease by 91,264% with indicated suffering from  scab disease and also in cow animals by 90,432% indicated to suffer from bloating disease, both the final results of the calculation of the type of disease suffered by goats and cows respectively seen from the symptoms that have been inputted by the  user.

Abstract

Complaints are submissions in providing suggestions, complaints, reports on events, circumstances and conditions that are not in accordance with standards and regulations. the goals and interests of system users here, the community is an important priority for updating better services for the future, system user satisfaction is needed by the relevant agency or company to provide maximum service. With the creation of this system, it is intended that system users have no difficulty in making complaints or reporting on events that have occurred. By designing a complaint service system with the prototyping method so that system users can immediately make complaints, reports and do not have to come directly to the agency or company. This website will follow up on problems that have occurred and will be given status information whether it has been resolved or not.

Abstract

The Expert System here is a system designed or built to imitate an expert using Android that can be installed, this system helps in handling and providing tips and solutions for these mental health conditions. From the research carried out, an Android-based expert system for the diagnosis of mental health conditions using the forward chaining method can provide information about 3 types of mental health, 15 symptom data, 3 different types of mental health, provide information about causes and tips on maintaining health conditions. mental health, to suggestions for final treatment. The results of the test using the Alpha Test on 17 respondents who we directed to install the expert system application first, the respondents consisted of students and the general public obtained the answer "Correct" has a percentage value of 0.51 or like 51%, and testing using Black Box testing that shows the value of the results according to the referral site

Abstract

Attendance is an activity to find out the number of arrivals for laboratory assistants at an agency. Attendance is very necessary for the head of the laboratory to know the level of discipline and diligence of each laboratory assistant. The purpose of this study is to design an android-based laboratory assistant attendance system so that it is easy to check. The method used in this research is the scrum method. The scrum method is used because this method is easy to use, easy to reach. After blackbox testing, it was found that the assistant presence system in this laboratory can run as expected and every menu feature can be used by assistants and the head of the laboratory

Abstract

The system is designed to assist in providing the final result of knowledge of the damage that occurs in computer hardware in the laboratory, the expert system here imitates or is similar to a laptop service expert in knowing the damage that occurs. This system is built using Android which can be installed by the user, the user here is the laboratory assistant and the main laboratory head, this system helps in dealing with the damage conditions that occur in the computer. From the research conducted, an android-based expert system for diagnosing the end of the situation using the factor certainty method can provide information about 4 types of damage diagnoses, 12 damage symptom data, provide information about the cause to suggestions for final treatment. The results of the test using the Alpha Test on 20 participants who we asked to install the expert system first on the cellphone. The participants consisted of laboratory assistants, laboratory heads, the answer choice was "Suitable" which had a percentage value of 0.54 or like 54%, and was carried out also testing using Black Box testing which shows results according to the referral site

Abstract

Single Tuition Fee (UKT) is a tuition payment rule that funds each student according to his economy, especially at PTN whose tuition fees are also determined from the student's economy. Students pay for the semester which is decided according to the single tuition fee minus the costs borne by the government, in other words each student only pays one component. At Budi Darma University, the payment of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) has been determined by the campus by being able to pay in 6 installments per year in order to ease the payment of tuition fees to students. However, the number of students who meet the requirements in applying for UKT assistance makes it difficult for the campus in the selection process. Therefore, a decision support system is needed to solve a problem by applying the comparison of the Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) by including weighting with the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method to get accurate and effective results. From the test results, getting the best alternative that is considered worthy of single tuition assistance is in the same alternative, namely A7 on behalf of Zaza Mutiara Arini. Calculations using the MOORA method get the best preference value of 0.7391 while calculations using the SAW method get the best preference value of 0.8976.

Abstract

The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has paralyzed the business sector, resulting in changes in business activities in many companies today. Many companies are competing to digitize their business, PT XYZ is one of them. PT XYZ is a company engaged in outsourcing. Outsourcing companies are one of the many types of companies that have been heavily impacted during the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to restore its business, PT XYZ has an innovation in the form of a job portal. PT XYZ always strives to market its job market. This is the biggest challenge that PT XYZ has on its job portal. Therefore, it is necessary to apply big data to be utilized by PT XYZ. This study reviews the application of big data on the job portal of PT XYZ. The implementation of big data refers to the five characteristics of big data (5V), volume, variety, velocity, veracity, and value. The method used to obtain data in this study is through interviews and observation. The results of this study indicate that the five characteristics meet the criteria for the application of big data. This allows PT XYZ's job portal to apply big data analytics to its marketing strategy.

Abstract

Stationery is an office stationery such as pencils, pens, books, paper, rulers, envelopes and many more in stock. Stationery shop sells various kinds of stationery. At this time, the way to market goods is still through opening a rented shop, using brochures and shop front banners. The occurrence of the problem is that the stationery shop owner has difficulty and has not been able to control the number of goods, sales data, both income and expenses. Abstract

Computer Laboratory Assistant is a person who is competent in the field of computers who will assist lecturers in teaching while in the computer laboratory. The Faculty of Computer Science, Budi Darma University, Medan will conduct a selection of computer laboratory assistants for the 2022/2023 academic year, but the lecturers have difficulties in finding which students are eligible to become computer laboratory assistants. This research is based on these reasons, so the authors decided to use the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method to help make decisions to choose which students deserve to be computer laboratory assistants with the criteria of GPA, test scores, personality, teaching ability and experience with a number of alternatives 5 (Five) students. The use of the MAUT method is expected to determine the criteria for computer laboratory assistants, because the MAUT method will perform a ranking process based on attributes with different weights so that the results are more optimal, then a ranking process will be carried out which will determine the optimal alternative as well. As for 1 (one) alternative that deserves to be a computer laboratory assistant is Jesika Sirait with a result of 0.4085.
