Abstract

Abstrak Steganografi merupakan teknik menyembunyikan informasi atau pesan dengan cara penyisipan pada suatu image atau audio atau bahkan pada video. Dengan ini dibangun suatu aplikasi steganografi pada citra digital file gambar yang efisien dan mengeksploitasi keterbatasan penglihatan manusia dengan cara menurunkan kualitas warna pada file gambar yang disisipi informasi atau pesan rahasia, sehingga dengan keterbatasan penglihatan manusia sulit menemukan gradasi penurunan kualitas warna file gambar yang telah disisipi pesan rahasia dengan tujuan membangun aplikasi steganografi pada citra digital dengan metode Least Significant Bit (LSB) menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic 6.0. Metode yang digunakan untuk penyembunyian informasi atau pesan rahasia pada aplikasi ini adalah dengan cara menyisipkan informasi atau pesan ke dalam bit rendah (least significant bit) pada data pixel yang menyusun file gambar 24 bit tersebut. Pada file gambar 24 bit, setiap pixel pada gambar terdiri dari susunan tiga warna yaitu merah, hijau, biru (RGB) yang masing-masing disusun oleh bilangan 8 bit (1 byte) dari 0 sampai 255 atau dengan format biner 00000000 sampai 11111111. Dengan menggunakan metode Least Significant Bit (LSB), yaitu suatu metode penyembunyian pesan rahasia melalui media digital file gambar dengan aplikasi steganografi. Hal ini dapat dilengkapi dan perlu pengembangan untuk masa yang akan dating. Kata kunci: Steganografi, citra digital, file image, Visual Basic 6.0, LSB.

Abstract

Nowadays the increasing on information of technology can not be depated wit education. The education must be follow the information technology and communication. The education in digital era can be able to integrated with information technology and communication into the whole lessons. The increasing education in digital era thestudent can be understand many skills easily. The impact of inovation is learning technology method of study using experiment of technology. The change of the duty of the education needs inovation and creativities in learning process. The new technology meanly multimedia is the important thing and learning activities. With multimedia can be variation in the situation of lesson and the student enjoy the lesson. So that the teacher as a teacher must be integrated the information technology and communication into learning well and every day can be increasingly the education quality in Indonesia.

Abstract

It is a challenge for each individual who carries out more than one concurrent role in his life (Dual Role) as experienced by Pamulang University Students. Roles need to be aligned and strategies need to be implemented to avoid problems. Problems such as work, family and college conflicts have the potential to occur. This study aims to determine work, family and college conflicts and explore various strategies to overcome conflicts used by Pamulang University students in carrying out multiple roles. Qualitative research methods were used for this research. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires. Respondents who became the subject of this study were determined through three criteria. The collected data were analyzed and concluded. Research results Work, family and college conflicts experienced by Pamulang University students are caused by pressure in lectures such as, lecture materials, coursework, lecture time, time to do college assignments, tuition fees, missing lecture information, forgetting to do college assignments, problems knowledge. While the pressure at work such as, a lot of work volume, complex work that requires extra brain performance, short time to complete work, infrastructure that is considered lacking, the presence of a leader who does not fit, co-workers who are less comfortable, canteen menus that are considered inadequate. expensive. In addition, the dual roles that are carried out simultaneously also cause their own pressure, for example the pressure to complete work and college assignments at the same time. Various strategies taken by students in carrying out multiple roles in order to minimize conflict and even to resolve conflicts and can lead students to achieve the desired goals. The strategy adopted is adjusted to the type of conflict that exists. Every conflict, pressure requires resolution separately or not the same between one pressure with another pressure.Keywords : Work Life Balance, Multiple Roles

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test the effect of a variable quality of service with tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy on the high and low customer satisfaction at Syariah Mandiri Bank, Salatiga. The study used a sample of 150 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Islam IAIN Salatiga. Multiple regression analysis was used to test hypotheses of the study after the classic assumption test and test validity and reliability. The results showed that the variable of reliability, responsiveness, and empathy effect on the high and low customer satisfaction Syariah Mandiri Bank with the branch in Salatiga. Furthermore, the quality of service with these five indicators affect the high and low customer satisfaction Syariah Mandiri Bank, Salatiga together.

Abstract

Mata Pelajaran IPA merupakan mata pelajaran terstruktur untk penguasaan pada suatu konsep IPA.Sehingga diperlukan suatu proses pembelajaran yang tidak membosankan. Kondisi saat ini sedangterjadi pandemic Covid 19 sehingga system pembelajaran tatap muka beralih menjadi systempembelajaran secara online. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan penelitian pada mahasiswa yang mengikutiperkuliahan IPA di program studi S1 PGSD Universitas PGRI Semarang. Penerapan pendekatanEtno-STEM pada mahasiswa yang dilakukan secara komprehensif dapat dilaksanakan dengan baikmelalui proses pembelajaran daring yang dilakukan pada LMS SPADA UPGRIS.Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwadari sepuluh pernyataan yang diajukan. Terdapat pernyataan yaitu yang masuk dalam kategori sangatsesuai yaitu pada proses penguploadan tugas yang dapat dilakukan dengan tepat waktu.Penggunaan LMS SPADA UPGRIS memberikan dampak yang positif dengan diperolehnya databahwa penggunaan LMS SPADA UPGRIS menambah semangat belajar sebanyak 96,5 %.

Abstract

The Purpose of this study was to find out the impact of bullying on the personality and educational process of a child. This research includes qualitative research with a literature study and documentation approach. The data analysis technique used is descriptive-analytical. The results of the study show that bullying has a negative impact on a child, both as a bully and as a victim. One of the effects of bullying on a child who is a bully is that a child who is a bully tends to have poor empathy and social interaction and tends to have abnormal behavior. Such as hyperactive behavior towards the surrounding environment. In addition, bullies also have the potential to experience mental health problems such as uncontrolled emotional symptoms and so on. While one of the effects of bullying on children who are victims of bullying is that victims will experience physical and non-physical violence. For example, often socially isolated, not having close friends, not having good relationships with parents, declining mental health, and the worst impact for children who are victims of bullying is that it can lead to depression and lead to suicide. This can make children who are victims of bullying experience prolonged trauma. In addition, a child who is a victim of bullying will also experience learning disorders and academic activities. One of the actions that can be taken to a child who is the perpetrator or victim of bullying is to give love, trust, and involve them in positive activities and provide them with an understanding of the negative effects of bullying. For this reason, there needs to be cooperation between schools, teachers and parents to overcome acts of bullying againts children.
