Abstract

The University of Victory Sorong realizes that there are limitations in controlling every student's development as a whole; it takes synergy with parents so that both parties can show their presence together. This parent/students’ guardian information system that was built makes it easier for parents to monitor or control the academic and non-academic activities of students of the University of Victory Sorong. Parents can help the Head of the Study Program to discipline students in improving student learning. Parents can also consult with the head of the study program regarding their child's development. In this information system, too, parents can see the student's grade as the final result of their learning efforts for one semester. This research was built using the SDLC method with a waterfall. Data were collected using documentation, observation, and interviews. This web-based parent/students’ guardian information system allows each parent/students’ guardian user to easily access the desired information. Some of the information that can be accessed is the Study Plan Card, Study Result Card, Student’s Transcript, and can consult with the Head of the Study Program through the Chatting feature. Programming language using PHP and MySQL database. The system is built in a user-friendly manner so that the system is equipped with an interface that is easy to understand and attractive.

Abstract

Pengembangan sistem informasi pelayanan gereja berbasis web menjadi solusi efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi penyampaian informasi di Gereja Kristen Injili di Tanah Papua Jemaat Betlehem HBM, Kota Sorong. Selama ini, penyampaian informasi di gereja masih dilakukan secara manual melalui pembacaan warta jemaat pada ibadah minggu atau unsur persekutuan, yang menyebabkan kendala dalam penyebaran informasi yang cepat dan akurat. Sistem yang dirancang bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi penyampaian informasi gereja secara digital, seperti Sejarah gereja, jadwal kegiatan, warta jemaat, informasi baptisan, sidi, dan pernikahan. Perancangan sistem menggunakan metode Waterfall, dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML dan PHP. Selain itu untuk mendukung perancangan sistem informasi, digunakan Framework Bootstrap dan XAMPP untuk membangun website. Dengan memanfaatkan sistem berbasis web, jemaat dapat mengakses informasi secara mudah, kapan pun dan di mana pun. Pengembangan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pelayanan gereja kepada jemaat, meminimalkan kesalahan penyampaian informasi, serta mendukung proses administrasi gereja yang lebih terstruktur dan modern.

Abstract

Geographic Information System (GIS) is one of the solutions to get information about the location of tourist sites in the city of Sorong. Tourism in Sorong City is an object that is used as material for this research, because Sorong City has great potential in the field of tourism that presents tourist attractions for local and international tourists. Tourist attractions in Sorong City include Marina Tourism, Tirta Tourism, Historical Tourism, and Nature Reserve Tourism.

Abstract

Puskesmas Sorong Timur is one of the community health service centers located in Sorong City, West Papua. The recording of pregnant women's data at the Puskesmas is still fairly manual using books and is quite a lot, and it increases every year. Puskesmas requires an information system for collecting information on pregnant women's services. The research methods applied are data collection methods, namely primary data (interviews, and observations) and secondary data (books, theses, journal references, internet media). The system development method is the prototype method. Software used XAMPP, Sublime Text 3, Microsoft Visio 2007, Rational Rose 7, Balsamic Mockup 3, UC Browser. The results of this study display the Main Page of the Website, Login Page, Data Page of Pregnant Women, Admin Page, etc. It can be concluded that the Information System for Data Collection of Pregnant Women Services at the East Sorong Health Center is expected to make it easier to find data on pregnant women and also in presenting the information produced more accurately and on time, making it easier to provide information to the Puskesmas Management and related parties and can facilitate the process of processing baby data and making reports. The advice given in order to improve the quality of the website that has been built in the future will add new features if needed later.

Abstract

Pendataan kegiatan mahasiswa yang ada di Fakultas Ilmu Komputer, tidak begitu efektif dan efisien, dikarenakan dalam menyajikan laporan tersebut penggunaan komputer hanya sebatas pengetikan seluruh data kegiatan mahasiswa menggunakan aplikasi Ms-Word dan Ms-Excel, sehingga didalam menghasilkan seluruh laporan yang akurat dan tepat relatif lama serta kurang lengkapnya laporan yang dihasilkan.Maka dari itu penulis melihat sudah sepantasnya berpikir analisis bagaimana membantu mengembangkan proses pendataan kegiatan mahasiswa pada Fakultas Ilmu Komputer sehingga dapat menghasilkan sesuatu informasi yang tepat sasaran, efektif dan efisien. Sistem ini diharapkan mampu memberikan efisiensi dan penghematan waktu serta biaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam sistem ini adalah metode waterfall dengan UML (Unified Modeling Language ) sebagai toolnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi tentang pendataan kegiatan mahasiswa pada Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Victory Sorong Berbasis Web“

Abstract

Telkom Access is a company that focuses on the construction and management of network infrastructure services and is a subsidiary of Telkom. Alker Sarker is a work tool and work facility provided by the company to support technicians in carrying out physical repairs to network disturbances that occur in the field, the results of which are recorded via Excel or manually recorded in books. Sometimes data is lost and the manual notes that have been recorded are damaged every time an alker is checked sarker is caused by several ununtentional factors. This research aims to design a data collection system for work tools and work facilities (alker sarker) at PT. Telkom Sorong Access is website based. In this research, the data collection method uses observation, interviews and using the prototype method to develop the system. The website is prepared with a development stage procedure which includes analysis of user needs, then implementation using PHP as the programming language, MySql as the database and system testing with Black Box. From the research, a web-based work tool and work facility data collection system software was produced which has the ability to store goods stock data, as well as records related to the use of technicians' tools and reporting of goods to company leadership.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi terus berkembang seiring dengan kemajuan peradaban manusia, dari metode sederhana hingga menjadi alat komunikasi modern yang lebih kompleks. Telkomsel, sebagai salah satu perusahaan telekomunikasi terbesar di Indonesia, menghadirkan layanan MyTelkomsel dan produk Orbit MiFi untuk memudahkan pelanggan dalam bertransaksi. Namun, pelanggan Telkomsel Branch Sorong masih dihadapkan dengan masalah karena mereka harus melakukan penyewaan Orbit MiFi secara langsung di PTH atau Grapari, yang memakan waktu lama, serta sering mengalami kesulitan dalam pengelolaan dokumen transaksi yang sering tercecer. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem informasi berbasis website untuk penyewaan modem wifi di Telkomsel Branch Sorong dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall dan bahasa pemrograman node.js, yang dapat mempermudah transaksi online dan meningkatkan manajemen dokumen.

Abstract

E-learning (Electronic Learning) merupakan pendekatan pembelajaran yang menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk memfasilitasi akses siswa terhadap materi pembelajaran, interaksi dengan Pengajar, serta pengumpulan tugas secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan Sistem E-Learning berbasis web pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Yayasan Pendidikan Kristen Imanuel Sorong. Sistem ini diharapkan menjadi solusi efektif dalam memfasilitasi proses pembelajaran digital, mulai dari pengelolaan materi, interaksi antara siswa dan pengajar, hingga evaluasi hasil belajar. Pengajar dapat dengan mudah mengunggah materi, memberikan tugas dan memantau perkembangan belajar siswa secara efisien. Sementara siswa dapat mengakses materi pelajaran dan mengirimkan tugas melalui platform ini. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metodologi waterfall, meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Pembuatan database MySQL menggunakan Tools XAMPP. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sebuah aplikasi pembelajaran Elektronik (E-Learning) berbasis web yang dirancang untuk SMK YPK Imanuel Sorong dengan memberikan kontribusi yang besar dalam mempermudah proses pembelajaran digital. Sistem ini berhasil mengintegrasikan pengelolaan materi, interaksi antara siswa dan pengajar, serta evaluasi hasil belajar, sehingga dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah.
