Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari PDRB, Pertumbuhan Penduduk dan UMK terhadap Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT) di Kabupaten Flores Timur Tahun 2010-2019, serta menganalisis variabel mana yang dominan. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (i) Perkembangan TPT di Kabupaten Flores Timur Tahun 2010–2019 berfluktuasi setiap tahunnya dengan rata-rata perkembangan 8,60%; (ii) Perkembangan PDR di Kabupaten Flores Timur Tahun 2010-2019 meningkat setiap tahunnya dengan rata-rata perkembangan 9.49%; (iii) Perkembangan Pertumbuhan Penduduk di Kabupaten Flores Timur Tahun 2010-2019 meningkat setiap tahunnya dengan rata-rata perkembangan 30,27%; (iv) UMK di Kabupaten Flores Timur Tahun 2010-2019 meningkat setiap tahunnya dengan rata-rata perkembangan 9.42%; (v) Variabel PDRB dan UMK berpengaruh signifikan terhadap TPT, sedangkan variabel Pertumbuhan Penduduk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap TPT; dan (vi) Variabel UMK mempunyai pengaruh yang dominan terhadap TPT di Kabupaten Flores Timur Tahun 2010-2019.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of e-trust as mediation effect of e-service quality on online purchase intention at consumer smes culinary sector in Special Region of Yogyakarta. The respondents in this study were consumers at Special Region of Yogyakarta. The number of respondents in this study were 200 respondents. Sampling is done by purposive sampling technique. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS as an analytical tool. Based on the results of data testing conducted, it shows that: (1) E-service quality has a significant effect on e-trust at consumer SMEs culinary sector in Special Region of Yogyakarta. (2) E-trust has a significant effect on e-service quality at consumer SMEs culinary sector in Special Region of Yogyakarta. (3) E-service quality has a significant effect on online purchase intention at consumer SMEs culinary sector in Special Region of Yogyakarta. (4) E-trust as mediation effect of e-service quality on online purchase intention at consumer smes culinary sector in Special Region of Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the placement of employees, work environment, motivation and performance as well as analyzing its influence on the Civil Servants of Balai Besar Pemerintahan Desa in Malang. The study was conducted by using descriptive analysis and path analysis with a significance level (α) 0.05. Samples taken were civil servants at the Balai Besar Pemerintahan Desa in Malang with a total of 31 people. The results showed that the placement of employees and the work environment had a positive and significant effect on motivation indicated by coefficients of 0.518 and 0.756 and sig 0.005 and 0.010. Employee placement and work environment had a positive and significant effect on performance with coefficients of 0.735 and 0.764 and sig values ​​of 0.000 and 0.001. Motivation had a positive and significant effect on performance with a coefficient of 0.989 and sig 0,000. Motivation had not been able to mediate the effect of employee placement and work environment on performance. This is because the results of the value of the direct effect was greater when compared to the indirect effect. Keyword: Employee Placement, Work environment, Motivation and Work performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Mendeskripsikan kinerja pegawai, motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi. 2) Menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja. 3) Menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. 4) Menganalisis pengarauh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. 5) Menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja pada Kantor Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Malang. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 68 orang Pegawai Negeri Sipil Kantor Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Malang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh dalam hubungan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai.
