Abstract

The tourism industryhas the characteristicinterdependence : (1)Hospitality Industry(Food andBaverage,and accommodation);(2)Travel (Retail andWholeseller;The operator);(3) VisitorServices (Attraction;Event;andTourismAgencies).Therefore,to builda strongtourism industryneededa strongorganisationalrelationships.Powerand dependence isan importantbasicbuildingcooperation betweenorganizations. One of thecities inIndonesiathat are prominentintourismisKota Batu. Kota Batu is theicon oftourism in East Java.Even in the year 2006-2007, the industry of tourism in Kota Batu had dropped shraply because of overflow of Lapindo mud. In 2012, the total tourists visiting the Kota Batu reached 1,603,441 visitors. In 2013 increased 1,881,446 and 2,089,022 tourists in 2014. That number rises quickly compared in 2007, when the condition of the Kota Batu dropped as the number of tourist visits less than 1 million people.Now, in2016,The government of Kota Batu targetrevenueof Rp1trillion,where80%is derived fromthe tourism sector. Therefore, in the study will be analized how the government power in developing the tourism industry in Kota Batu. The technical analysis of this research uses a combination of analysis statistics and policy analysis.The analysis unit of this studyis thetourism industryin Kota Batu.This research populationare thestakeholders inthe tourism industry: tourism entrepreneur and community. Based on the statistics analysis, the aspect of power has significant influence towards the development of the tourism industry. This shows the importance of the government role in developing the tourism industry.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari PDRB, Pertumbuhan Penduduk dan UMK terhadap Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT) di Kabupaten Flores Timur Tahun 2010-2019, serta menganalisis variabel mana yang dominan. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (i) Perkembangan TPT di Kabupaten Flores Timur Tahun 2010–2019 berfluktuasi setiap tahunnya dengan rata-rata perkembangan 8,60%; (ii) Perkembangan PDR di Kabupaten Flores Timur Tahun 2010-2019 meningkat setiap tahunnya dengan rata-rata perkembangan 9.49%; (iii) Perkembangan Pertumbuhan Penduduk di Kabupaten Flores Timur Tahun 2010-2019 meningkat setiap tahunnya dengan rata-rata perkembangan 30,27%; (iv) UMK di Kabupaten Flores Timur Tahun 2010-2019 meningkat setiap tahunnya dengan rata-rata perkembangan 9.42%; (v) Variabel PDRB dan UMK berpengaruh signifikan terhadap TPT, sedangkan variabel Pertumbuhan Penduduk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap TPT; dan (vi) Variabel UMK mempunyai pengaruh yang dominan terhadap TPT di Kabupaten Flores Timur Tahun 2010-2019.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) to find out how the impact of the POKMAS program on village community empowerment; and 2) to find out what are the factors that hamper the effectiveness of POKMAS in an effort to realize the empowerment of rural communities. Based on the combination of Cluster Analysis and Root Cause Anaysis methods, the POKMAS program has proven to have implications for the empowerment of rural communities as indicated through three things, namely: 1) an increase in income especially the poor; 2) the community is able to arrange village development planning and implementation; and 3) the community is able to take responsibility. However, the implementation of the program still leaves four problems, namely: 1) the limited amount of grant funds is adjusted to the needs of the village; 2) low participation of the poor and women; 3) the interests of individuals or small groups are still more dominant; and 4) limited administrative capacity. Overall, the POKMAS program has proven to have achieved village independence so it is important to hand over development to the village. This finding can be a proliferation of empowerment models that are based on the transfer of village authority.

Abstract

Implementasi Pancasila ke lima dalam menegakkan keadilan dalam pembangunan ekonomi di Indonesia, tidak hanya dilakukan di daerah perkotaan melainkan secara merata di daerah pedesaan juga. Melalui UU Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa bahwasannya desa memiliki hak untuk membentuk Badan Usaha Milik Desa dalam rangka membangun perekonomian dan mengentaskan kemiskinan masyarakat di desa. Hal ini kemudian sejalan dengan konsep welfare state yang digagas oleh Umer Chapra. Dalam mewujudkan negara yang sejahtera adalah dengan menghapuskan kemiskinan, menyediakan pelayanan sosial, menciptakan pemerataan kekayaan yang adil, membuka kesempatan pekerjaan yang luas dan menjaga stabilitas ekonomi. Dengan demikian, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pembangunan ekonomi melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam pandangan Umer Chapra dengan studi kasus BUMDes Amarta di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan, diperoleh dari pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan dianalisis berdasarkan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat 14 indikator yang sudah sesuai dengan pandangan Umer Chapra antara lain adalah motivasi, keadilan sosial-ekonomi, kemampuan, land reform, pembangunan desa, proliferasi UKM, kepemilikan dan kontrol penuh perusahaan, preferensi konsumen, reformasi keuangan publik, restrukturisasi investasi, menghadapi rintangan, produksi barang kebutuhan pokok, promosi UKM dan membentuk langkah-langkah penting.AbstractThe implementation of the fifth Pancasila in justice in economic development in Indonesia is not only carried out in the regions but equally in rural areas as well. In a prosperous country, it is by eliminating poverty, providing social services, creating a fair distribution of wealth, opening up extensive job opportunities, and maintaining the economy. The purpose of this study was to determine economic development through Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Umer Chapra's view with a case study of BUMDes Amarta in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This qualitative research was conducted by collecting data through interviews and analysis based on the qualitative approach of Miles and Huberman. The results of this study reveal that there are 14 indicators that are in accordance with Umer Chapra's view, including motivation, socio-economic justice, ability, land reform, village development, a proliferation of SMEs, ownership and full control of companies, consumer preferences, public finance reform, investment restructuring. , face obstacles, the production of basic goods, the promotion of SMEs, and form important steps.

Abstract

Until now, the garbage is still a serious problem in the surrounding environment, both in the wider environment and the household community. Public awareness is considered very necessary in waste management efforts, not least for mothers of Posyandu Kasih Ibu members. Is waste derived from sachet beverage plastic waste which is currently very popular. The efforts to recycle waste into a product are expected not only to contribute to reducing waste but also to become a home product with high economic value. Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) is used as an approach method to invite the community to actively participate in the development of an activity. In this activity, the community that is the target of this program is the mothers of the cadre of Posyandu Kasih Ibu members, they are equipped with knowledge first about the importance of participation in waste management and then provide training in making handcrafts from the remaining waste of sachet drink packs. Based on the results of these activities, the members of the Kasih Ibu Posyandu cadre have been able to produce several handcraft motifs derived from sachet beverage wrapper waste.

Abstract

Jawa Timur memiliki banyak tempat tujuan wisata yang memiliki potensi besar salah satunya wisata religi. Salah satu destinasi wisata yang banyak dikunjungi wisatawan di Kabupten Jombang ialah Wisata Religi Makam Gus Dur. Penelitian ini menggambarkan tentang dampak Attraction, Accessibility, Amenity, Ancillary Destinasi Wisata Religi Makam Gus Dur Jombang terhadap Minat Berkunjung Wisatawan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah wisatawan yang berminat berkunjung ke Wisata Religi Makam Gus Dur Jombang dengan sampel sejumlah 75 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa variabel attraction dan ancillary berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan, sedangkan accessibility dan amenity berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan. Keempat variabel bebas memiliki pengaruh simultan terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan, dan pada pengujian hipotesis diketahui bahwa attraction merupakan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan ke wisata religi makam Gus Dur di Kabupaten Jombang. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketika wisatawan berminat untuk mengunjungi wisata religi makam Gus Dur yang paling diinginkan adalah melihat dan meikmati atraksi wisata yang ada di wisata religi tersebut.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how the influence of green products influences purchasing decisions, how the influence of green marketing influences purchasing decisions, the simultaneous influence of green products and green marketing on purchasing decisions, and which of the green products and green marketing has a greater influence on purchasing decisions using a sample of 100 people. Respondents were drawn from the female population of Malang who had purchased items from The Body Shop. Random sampling technique is used for sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis is used in data analysis to test hypotheses and produce green product has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, green marketing has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, green product and green marketing both have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, green product and green marketing both have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, and green marketing has a dominant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

In the current digital era, marketing strategies are experiencing significant changes. Rapidly developing information and communication technology has changed the way companies market products and interact with consumers. Digital marketing is one of the main tools used to increase brand awareness. This research aims to identify effective digital marketing strategies in increasing brand awareness in the digital era. This research applies qualitative research methods. The data collection technique used is literature study. The data that has been collected is then analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that marketing strategies that can be used to increase brand awareness in the industrial era 4.0 include Search Engine Optimization (SEO), content marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and data analysis. Factors that influence the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies in increasing brand awareness include content quality, consistency and targeting.
