Abstract

Road service assessments need to be carried out periodically both structurally and non-structurally. The minimum servant standard (SPM) of the road is a measure of the road that must be implemented by the government that the road can be operated in accordance with the standards mandated by government regulations. The purpose of this research was to find out the level of service performance of the road network in Suak Indrapuri - Lapang and to see road connectivity in Johan Pahlawan District, West Aceh. The evaluation results on the three road routes in Johan Pahlawan District showed that the accomplishment of SPM from accessibility aspects on route I was 0.148, route II was 0.133 and on route III 0.140 ?that it show did not meet the SPM standard for road network performance <1.50. While the ccomplishment of SPM from the aspect of mobility on route I was 0.099, route II 0.089 and on route III?0.094 ?that it show did not meet the SPM standard for road network performance <1.0. The application of SPM accomplishment from the aspect of accidents on route I 1,354, route II 1,507 and on route III 1,434 which shows that it has met the SPM standard for road network performance <2. The evaluation results of the SPM for road services have good road conditions which the SPM standard for road services of at least 60%. The evaluation results showed that on route I was 66.290%, route II was 66.292%. and on route III 66.259%. Realization of accomplishment of SPM connectivity up to 2018 47.62%, so the need for realization of accomplishment of regional connectivity SPM until 2019 can be achieved 100%.

Abstract

Drainage is one element of the general infrastructure needed by the community in order to lead a clean, comfortable, and healthy area of life. In this drainage, one of the things related to the problem of drainage, among others, is the occurrence of physical damage to the drainage, namely the damage that occurs in the drainage build-ing. One of the areas experiencing drainage problems is BlangBeurandang Village, BB1 Housing, Johan Pahla-wan District, West Aceh Regency. In this village, if there is rainfall with high intensity floods often occur. This is caused by the poor performance of the existing drainage such as a lot of sedimentation, siltation in channels that are still earth channels, as well as a lot of garbage and grass. Because of these problems, the role of the communi-ty in the maintenance of drainage is very important, because with the community participation in drainage mainte-nance this will certainly be able to minimize the occurrence of various problems related to drainage. The research method used is the Likert scale method. The result of this research is the existing condition of BB1 Housing drain-age, that is, if there is rainfall with high intensity, frequent flooding occurs. This is due to the poor performance of the existing drainage, such as a lot of sedimentation, siltation of channels that are still earth channels, as well as a lot of garbage and grass. Optimization of drainage maintenance based on community perceptions is classified as good criteria, this is shown from the calculated questionnaire percentage value of 72.09%. Based on the results of the calculation of the percentage, the community is very supportive for the maintenance of drainage in BB Housing.

Abstract

Many of the current drainage conditions have decreased in service functions. Some problems with  decreasing  drainage  function  are  inadequate  channel  capacity,  where  the  channel  is unable to accommodate flood discharge when rainfall with high intensity.. One of the area that have problems from the drainage system is housing in Blang Beurandang I, West Aceh. With this condition, the purpose of this research is to identify the existing capacity conditions of existing channels, so that the real condition of the existing channel will be obtained. The results of the comparison between the flood discharge and the existing channel capacity obtained that there are 26 channel that are not able to accommodate the flood discharge plan that is channels43, 41, 20, 13, 14, 10, 25.11, 49.50, 26, 27, 52, 31, 5, 30, 53, 54, 2, 32, 36, 38, 40, 35, 39 and channel 42. This condition requires alternative handling so that the channel can accommodate the rain discharge with in enlarge the channel dimension. Channel planning consists of several sizes and dimensions with a budget of costs that is Rp. 736.218/000,-. The results of this study will also be a reference for the Village Government in planning the construction of drainage channels and the provide a budget as an effort to handle inundation and floods.

Abstract

Identification characteristics of the slums area  need can be done for each region. the purpose of this identification to know exactly the problems that existed in the village of Panggong. Identification of problems with the review of indicators and parameters of untidiness. And then will be resulting strategy handling  for location or region that have a problems of slum. The identification in this research is performed only on the physical aspects, and observation is done directly in the field. Analysis Methods the level of untidiness and determination of the slums area is done with comprehensive analysis method. The level of untidiness and deliniasi regions of slum obtained, further analysis  is done with a matrix of issues and handling that will be done. The results identification of the characteristics of the slums area indicates that the problem most dominant  are present on the parameters irregularity of the building 75%, the road is not worthy of 61%, and waste water problems fused with the drainage environmental  of 100%. The Results from study of the problems further is done of calculation to obtain the level of untidiness Gampong Panggong obtained 59% or the level of untidiness is medium. Abstract

Iom Housing Blang Beurandang Village is a dense neighborhood where the population consists of 56 families with 160 people. Based on the preliminary survey, every household in IOM Housing already has a toilet. However, it does not yet have wastewater treatment in a septic tank. Based on these problems, it is necessary to plan the installation of communal waste treatment to improve the sanitation system in this village. Data collection in this study with primary data collection and secondary data. Primary data includes interviews and site surveys as location of IPAL planning (to obtain data on the characteristics of waste water in Blang Beurandang Village). Secondary data include population data, house number data, and topographic map of planning area. The design result obtained dimension of IPAL Building is planned to have length 11 m and width of building 3.25 meter. This building consists of several spaces including an inlet tub with dimensions of 1.15 m long and 3.25 m wide, tub settler with a length of 4.00 m and 3.25 m width, dividing tub with length of 0.80 m and width of 3, 25 m, tub filter (tub media filter) with a length of 1 m and a width of 1 m of 12 pieces and outlet with a length of 1 m and width of 1 m. In the filter basin is used biofilter in order to grow bacteria with anaerobic system. Biofilter is usually used which is fabrication. However, in the design of this WWTP biofilter used from the materials used plastic bottles are recycled in order to reduce waste and also to save the cost of development expenditure. Keywords: waste, waste treatment, installation of communal waste treatment

Abstract

Gampong Leuhan is one of the areas in West Aceh district where most of the people still use ground water as a source of daily necessities. Some people have used artesian wells or drilled wells, but if we look at the cost of manufacture is very expensive. If more use of ground water from the drilling system, then will be inflict an impact of land subsidence. with these conditions, to overcome the problem of the need for clean water and lack of water for people's lives, it needs more effective and efficient system. One of proses is to make rainwater harvesting system from the rooftop of the building/housing by maximizing high rainfall.  Field survey  indicate building area in Gampong Leuhan already in good condition and livable with dominant house rooftop made of zinc, that this condition will be very maximum in rainwater harvesting process. The analysis of rain harvesting potential in Gampong Leuhan shows 887.892 liters/day, with average rainwater harvesting potential for each house is 862,031 liters/day. The ratio between the total amount of water harvested is 887.892 liters/day with the total use of water for the needs of the people of Gampong Leuhan amounted to 482.346,90 liters/day, indicates that with rainwater harvesting techniques will be sufficient and able to become one of the alternatives in the supply of clean water. Abstract

ABSTRAKJembatan Alue Buloh yang melintasi Sungai Krueng Seunagan adalah satu akses  penghubung yang membatasi Desa Alue Buloh dan Desa Latong dan berada di Kecamatan Seunagan Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Jembatan ini telah mengalami penurunan sebesar 80cm akibat bangunan bawah dari jembatan telah menyebabkan perubahan morfologi sungai Alue Buloh dimana dasar sungai yang mengalami pendangkalan oleh sedimentasi dan erosi tebing mengakibatkan sungai semakin melebar.  Berdasarkan kondisi permasalahan di atas diperlukan kajian dan identifikasi terhadap jembatan yang berada di lokasi studi, dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh besarnya kedalaman gerusan yang terjadi akibat bangunan bawah jembatan yaitu pilar. Analisis kedalaman gerusan dilakukan menggunakan metode Colorado State University (CSU) dan metode Froehlich. Dengan nilai kedalaman maksimum 2.28 m. lebar pilar 4m, panjang pilar 10m, ukuran rerata diameter partikel (D50) 0.91 m, kecepatan aliran rerata 1,36 m / det,koefisien bentuk pilar (K1) round nose 0.75, koefisien sudut datang aliran (K2)0 0  adalah 1 dan koefisien kondisi saluran (K3)small dunes 1,1, nilai bilanga Froude 0,29 maka hasil analisis kedalaman gerusan menggunakan metode CSU diperoleh sebesar 2,96 m dan dengan metode Froehlich sebesar 1,61 m. Dengan hasil ini diharapkan menjadi masukan bagi Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Nagan Raya untuk dapat merencanakan penanganan gerusan lokal akibat adanya pilar jembatan yang sesuai dengan kondisi wilayah studi.

Abstract

The capacity and functions of the drainage has decreased due to the superficiality in drainage, such as the garbage and soil sedimentation that brought by rain water. The system of drainage networks not interconnected and defective building drainage has due the quality is not worth. This is a problem that often occurs in particular in the area of Gampong Kuta Padang, Meulaboh. Based on these conditions, it need to do research and evaluation with problems of system drainage networks in the area of study. Evaluation of existing drainage/channel condition and how public perception or the Government in doing the management of sustainable drainage systems. Evaluation results indicate there is still a channel that is not integrated with other channels, as a secondary channel that is not integrated with the primary channel, the existence of sedimentation and trash that accumulates in drainage resulting in water flow is obstructed, the drainage is wrecked because the quality of drainage are constructed does not have good quality. The results from assessment of the existing drainage conditions, the role of Government and society participation. In the event of the management of sustainable drainage system with 93 peoples of respondents, shows that participation of society and the role Government still belongs to the low with average of 3.55%. With this condition expected active participation of society and the Government in the future could increase the dissemination importance of maintaining for quality of the building infrastructure and the encouraged participation active of society cance development planning. Abstract

Jalan berperan penting sebagai akses atau jalur yang digunakan untuk akses atau jalur evakuasi yang digunakan pada saat terjadinya bencana, seperti gempa. Jalur evakuasi adalah jalur yang menghubungkan dari semua titik ke suatu titik tujuan atau titik kumpul (zona aman). Pada saat terjadinya bencana seperti gempa masyarakat dipesisir pantai dihimbau agar menjauh dari pantai, sehingga jalur yang digunakan untuk evakuasi harus dalam kondisi permukaan baik dan tidak membelok. Jika dilihat secara visual hamper semua jalur evakuasi mencapai kondisi baik namun ada beberapa kondisi jalan yang mengalami kerusakan khususnya pada ruas jalan di Kecamatan Johan Pahlawan Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Jika jalur evakuasi dalam kondisi rusak akan berdampak pada keselamatan masyarakat yang menggunakan jalur tersebut ketika terjadinya bencana alam. Hal ini disebabkan karena pada waktu tempuh kendaraan akan menjadi lebih pelan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan penilaian terhadap kondisi permukaan jalan diperoleh dengan pengukuran menggunakan metode International Roughness Index (IRI) dan metode Surface Distress Index (SDI) untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi jalan dan kemantapan jalan sebagai jalur evakuasi di Kecamatan Johan Pahlawan. Jalur evakuasi ini dibagi kedalam 11 rute, dimana kondisi kemantapan jalan sebesar 90% berada pada ke 11 rute jalur evakuasi dan 10% dalam kondisi tidak mantap terdapat pada rute 7 dan 9. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan metode diatas maka jenis penanganan adalah pemeliharaan rutin sebesar 8%, serta pemeliharaan berkala sebesar 92%. Sedangkan jenis penanganan jalan dengan menggunakan metode SDI diperoleh pemeliharaan rutin 100%. Kondisi kematapan jalan sebesar 90% untuk ke 11 rute pada Kecamatan Johan Pahlawan layak dijadikan sebagai jalur evakuasi.
