Abstract

Abstrak Studi Kelayakan sangat diperlukan oleh banyak kalangan seperti investor atau pemerintah. Salah satu program pemerintah untuk mensejahterakan masyarakat adalah dengan membangun fasilitas atau konstruksi yang dapat berpengaruh pada perekonomian masyarakat atau untuk keselamatan masyarakat, salah satunya yaitu bronjong. Pembangunan bronjong sebagai tebing sungai di Desa Padang Mancang, Kecamatan Kaway XVI, Kabupaten Aceh Barat diharapkan dapat memberikan keselamatan bagi warga yang tinggal di sekitar sungai dikarenakan pengikisan tebing sungai yang semakin parah. Pembangunan bronjong ini disarankan dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi bagi Dinas PU Pengairan untuk mengetahui tentang studi kelayakan ekonominya. Biaya modal yang dikeluarkan untuk pembangunan bronjong adalah sebesar Rp. 8.684.106.116,- dan biaya tahunan yang dikeluarkan (biaya operasional dan pemeliharaan) adalah sebesar Rp. 37.111.565,-. Manfaat yang diperoleh dengan adanya pembangunan bronjong didapat senilai Rp. 7.214.000.000,-. Studi Kelayakan Ekonomi Pada Pembangunan Bronjong Tebing Sungai bertujuan untuk mengetahui layak atau tidak proyek tersebut dijalankan dengan menggunakan metode NPV (Net Present Value), dan BEP (Break Even Point). Studi kelayakan ini menggunakan suku bunga 5% dan umur ekonomi bangunan 65 tahun. Hasil nilai NPV yang diperoleh sebesar Rp. 397.600.237,- atau NPV > 0 dan BEP terjadi pada tahun ke-60 bulan ke-6, sehingga waktu pengembalian modal kurang dari umur ekonomis proyek, yaitu 65 tahun. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proyek pembangunan bronjong ini layak dilaksanakan dan dibangun untuk menghindari erosi pada tebing sungai. Kata kunci: Studi Kelayakan, bronjong, NPV, BEP.  Abstract A feasibility study is needed by many groups such as investors or the government. One of the government's programs for the welfare of the community is to build facilities or construction that can affect the economy of the community or for the safety of the community, one of which is the gabion. The construction of gabions as river cliffs in Padang Mancang Village, Kaway XVI District, West Aceh Regency is expected to provide safety for residents living around the river due to the increasingly severe erosion of river cliffs. The construction of gabions is suggested to be used as evaluation material for the Dinas PU Pengairan to find out about its economic feasibility study. The capital cost spent for the construction of gabions is Rp. 8,684,106,116, - and the annual cost incurred (operational and maintenance costs) is Rp. 37,111,565, -. The benefits obtained from the construction of gabion are valued at Rp. 7,214,000,000, -. The Economic Feasibility Study on the Development of the River Cliffs Gabion aims to determine whether the project is feasible or not to be carried out using the NPV (Net Present Value) and BEP (Break Even Point) methods. This feasibility study uses primary data, secondary data and assumptions to be used in the calculation of cash flow analysis. By using an interest rate of 5% and an economic age of 65 years, the NPV value obtained is Rp. 397,600,237, - and BEP occurs in the 60th year of the 6th month. Abstract

Personal protective equipment (PPE) is a device used by workers to protect themselves from potential hazards and workplace accidents that may occur at work. The use of PPE by workers is an attempt to avoid exposure to the risk of hazards in the workplace. Occupational Safety and Health problems in Indonesia are still often ignored. The high number of work accidents indicates this. This study aims to identify the dominant frequency of workers' level of awareness using PPE and to find out a significant level of awareness of age, work tenure and education factors that affect the level of awareness of workers using personal protective equipment. This research located in coal mining, PT Mifa Bersaudara, Meurebo District, West Aceh Regency. The data used in this study were observation and questionnaire distribution, processed using SPSS software with Univariate and bivariate methods which are to determine the dominant factor and significant relationship to the level of awareness of workers in using personal protective equipment. Based on the results of the study, workers who dominated based on the age of workers, aged 20-30 years were 21 people with a percentage of the number of workers reaching 48.8%, and at least 41-50 years of age were 9 (nine) people with 14%. Whereas based on years of service, the average working period of the employees is mostly 4-7 Years with 58.1%. Based on education, the level of junior high school education is very dominant, up to 19 people with 44.2%, so based on the results of the study it is necessary to conduct learning in fulfilling the obligation to use PPE in the form of training and socialization of procedures and instructions for the use of Personal Protective Equipment for workers to prevent work accidents and for the occupational health and safety.

Abstract

Drainage is one element of the general infrastructure needed by the community in order to lead a clean, comfortable, and healthy area of life. In this drainage, one of the things related to the problem of drainage, among others, is the occurrence of physical damage to the drainage, namely the damage that occurs in the drainage build-ing. One of the areas experiencing drainage problems is BlangBeurandang Village, BB1 Housing, Johan Pahla-wan District, West Aceh Regency. In this village, if there is rainfall with high intensity floods often occur. This is caused by the poor performance of the existing drainage such as a lot of sedimentation, siltation in channels that are still earth channels, as well as a lot of garbage and grass. Because of these problems, the role of the communi-ty in the maintenance of drainage is very important, because with the community participation in drainage mainte-nance this will certainly be able to minimize the occurrence of various problems related to drainage. The research method used is the Likert scale method. The result of this research is the existing condition of BB1 Housing drain-age, that is, if there is rainfall with high intensity, frequent flooding occurs. This is due to the poor performance of the existing drainage, such as a lot of sedimentation, siltation of channels that are still earth channels, as well as a lot of garbage and grass. Optimization of drainage maintenance based on community perceptions is classified as good criteria, this is shown from the calculated questionnaire percentage value of 72.09%. Based on the results of the calculation of the percentage, the community is very supportive for the maintenance of drainage in BB Housing.

Abstract

 The scheduling method that is often used in project planning in a deterministic way is the CPM method, the PERT method. However, in reality, uncertainty is often found in project completion, in accordance with the characteristics of a construction project that has a high level of risk. One of the methods used to determine the estimated project time is the monte carlo simulation method. The monte carlo simulation is a statistical sampling technique used to estimate solutions to quantitative problems. The research was conducted on the construction project of the Public Service Center (PSC) building in Krueng Sabee District, Aceh Jaya Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the probabilistic method of scheduling and to explain the application of the monte carlo method for scheduling. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of interviews and project implementation time schedule (curve S). Based on the monte carlo simulation that has carried out the distribution of completion on a public service center building construction project, the minimum value of the total project duration is 86.40 days, the maximum value of the total project duration is 105 days, and the mean value is 96 days. So the project can be completed within 96 days of the 100 plan days. So it can be concluded that the project is completed 4 days faster than the 100 day plan. Based on the above explanation, the Monte Carlo simulation is not significant enough to reduce the project duration, so that more significant work can be added or overtime. Keywords— Scheduling, Probabilistic, Simulation, Monte Carlo

Abstract

PT. Gramita Eka Saroja, which is engaged in providing construction services in Meulaboh, West Aceh Regency, has heavy equipment that requires initial investment and a significant operating cost. Technically the existing equipment can still be operated and be able to produce, but it is economically unprofitable. In the case of the issues raised by this study, it is closely related to the estimated cost of owning an excavator heavy equipment so that the company can overcome the problems related to the use of the tool by determining the depreciation and economic value of the tool. Based on the explanation, the problem and the objective of this research are how much the cost of owning costs must be calculated as long as the equipment is operated from new (purchase) in 2007 to 2018 with the economic life of the excavator heavy equipment is 11 years of use, if it is considered depreciating based on the straight-line method and the depreciation method decreases every year. Based on the calculation of depreciation per year by the straight-line method of Rp. 38,636,364 per year, with working hours Rp. 100,000 per hour / year. In the method of a balanced reduction in depreciation in 2007 Rp. 100,413,223 and in 2018 amounting to Rp. 20,059,008, while the total value of the year produced Rp. 95,764,463 with a 2007 book value of Rp. 187,471,826 and in 2018 amounting to Rp. 8,705,860 with a book value (residual value per year) Rp. 100,413,223. Bank, insurance and tax interest rates are Rp. 18,953 per hour.Keywords: excavator, owning cost, depreciation, economic life.

Abstract

The project is a group of interconnected activities where there are starting points and end points and certain results. Projects usually require various skills from various professions and  organization.  The  resources  used  during  construction  are  men,  money,  materials, machines, methods, marketing, and information. Manpower / human resources is one of the most important factors of project success. In addition, another important factor is planning labor costs, because to find out the amount of costs incurred on the project. The purpose of this study is to find out the labor requirements and the amount of labor costs, as well as knowing the accumulation of labor needs and the greatest costs for a given week and the causes, especially the concrete work of column structures. In writing this final project, the method of calculating the amount of labor and costs is used with the help of Microsoft Excel, then visualized through graphics. The data used in this study is secondary data consisting of drawing plans, Budget Plan (RAB), time schedule, progress, and work plans. This study resulted in the calculation of labor requirements, in the column structure, namely 582.21 OH. With details, workers 442.96 OH, artisan94.29 OH, artisan head 23.46 OH, and Overseer 21.51 OH. The labor cost needed to finance this work is Rp. 26,249,643.00. The use of the largest costs occurs at week 4, costs Rp. 4,902,580.00 and the smallest costs occur at week 2 of Rp. 337,608.00. Based on this research, labor requirements and labor costs have been well distributed

Abstract

Transport infrastructure is one element of the regional development is indispensable for the smooth access to the existing facilities in the region. The material used in the construction of highways, among others, aggregates, asphalt and filler. During this time the filler material that is often used in asphalt mixtures are cement, lime, stone dust, fly ash. However, these filler materials inventory is limited and relatively expensive. Accordingly, the need to find alternative cheap and easily obtained. One alternative is the utilization of local natural resources. The ash of coconut fiber can not be used anymore and are usually thrown away by society. By using the principles of reuse, recycle and recovery, coconut husk ash is expected to be recovered thus reducing the waste bin. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of coconut husk ash as filler to mix asphalt Retona Blend 55 and to find out the coconut husk ash can be used as a substitute for the filler material mixture highway or not. The method in this study using laboratory experiments. The research showed that most of the physical properties meet the requirements prescribed specifications. Examination of the physical nature of asphalt Retona Blend 55 which includes examination density, penetration, ductility, and the softening point indicates that the asphalt can be used for fulfilling the requirements set. The composition of the mixture that the best results are with the composition of the mixture by using coconut husk ash as filler by 4.5% with the optimum asphalt at 6.25%. The use of optimum asphalt of 6.25% resulted in a value of 1295.47 kg stability, flow plastically 4.0 mm, MQ 328.51 kg, density of 2.21 g / cm3, VIM 5.43%, 17.89% VMA, VFB 70.17%. Those values have been in accordance with the standard specifications of the Department of Public Works.Keywords: filler, coconut husk ash, Retona Blend 55, mixture of asphalt

Abstract

Heavy equipment plays an important role in terms of speed and acceleration of work. The road improvement project of Suka Makmue Square - the eastern ring road of capital of phase II, funding from OTSUS budget of Nagan Raya Regency with project cost Rp.3.922.503.000, - road length 2475 m The work followed is preferred heap work, B-class aggregate foundation layers, class A aggregate foundation layers. This research uses heavy equipment dump trucks, motor graders, roller vibrators, water tanker trucks. The purpose of the research is to know the productivity of heavy equipment and to know the time needed by heavy equipment to complete the work. The method used is the calculation method manually using the formula productivity. Based on the calculation of productivity at occupation of accumulation using dump truck production per hour 32,4 m/hour, production per day 259.2 m/day with 11 days, 6 days class B class aggregate work, 4 days class A class aggregate work, motor grader production hourly 128,3 m /hour, production per day 1026,43 m3/day with time 3 day, 2 days class B class aggregate work, 1 day class A class aggregate work, vibrator roller production hourly 64,8 m3/hour, production per day 518,4 m3/day with time 6 days, 3 days class aggregate layer work B , 2 days class A class aggregate work, water tankers truck production per hour 16.2 m3/hour, production per day 129,6 m3/day with 21 days, 11 days class B aggregate work, 8 days class A class aggregate work  Keywords-productivity, heavy equipment, time of work.

Abstract

 Tsunami that occurred in Aceh at the end of 2004. has affected the buildings affected by the tsunami. The purpose of this study is to determine the condition of the current state and to analyze the level of damage to the structure of the column affected by the tsunami, one of which is the building of UPTD Bina Marga and Cipta Karya IV Meulaboh. This research is done by direct survey method to the field and conduct damage analysis of buildings based on Regulation of Minister of Public Works No.16/PRT/M/2010 on the technical guidance of periodic inspection of buildings. The result of the analysis is done classification level of damage according to the standard in Regulation of Minister of Public Works No.24/PRT/M/2008 about building maintenance and maintenance guidelines. The results showed that the column of the affected buildings had decreased the strength of the concrete, the condition of the column structure was all cracked and broken, most of the concrete blankets had been peeled, the main reinforcement conditions were corroded and some of the stirrup bones were broken. The result of concrete quality test is 114,41 kg/cm² lower than normal concrete strength. The results of the study and analysis that the affected columns on the buildings of UPTD Bina Marga and Cipta Karya Region IV Meulaboh are classified as heavy damage, the building of UPTD Bina Marga and Cipta Karya IV Meulaboh is not functional Keywords: Level of damage, Column Structure, UPTD Bina Marga Meulaboh and Cipta Karya IV Meulaboh region.

Abstract

Virus Corona (Covid-19) telah mengemparkan dunia. Pembatasan aktivitas dan melakukan physical distancing merupakan hal yang harus kita lakukan untuk menghambat penyebaran virus. Hal tersebut memberikan dampak bagi masyarakat Indonesia, yaitu menurunnya perekonomian masyarakat dan krisis pangan. Dampak tersebut dirasakan juga oleh masyarakat desa. Berdasarkan alasan diatas, desa juga harus dapat mengembangkan potensi lokalnya dalam rangka memperkuat perekonomian desa melalui budidaya ikan dan sayuran dengan sistem Akuaponik. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memanfaatkan lahan sempit (pekarangan rumah) untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat desa dengan metode sistem akuaponik yang terintegrasi antara Pemeliharaan ikan dengan Pemeliharaan sayur. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di Desa Padang Kalele, Kecamatan Lembah Sabil, Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya. Berdasarkan hasil tinjauan lokasi dilapangan menunjukan potensi wilayah pengembangan sistem akuaponik, dilihat dari lahan dan ketersediaan air yang terbatas serta latar belakang pendidikan masyarakat yang tinggi. Dengan mengunakan metode pelatihan, pendampingan pembangunan unit instalasi akuaponik sebagai media pembelajaran masyarakat. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah, pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat berjalan sesuai rencana, materi dan produk telah diberikan dengan tanggapan yang positif dari masyarakat, pembuatan unit instalasi akuaponik dapat diterima oleh masyarakat dengan baik, masyarakat lebih paham untuk membuat sendiri instalasi sistem akuaponik. Produk yang dihasilkan mendapat perhatian dari pembeli dan berkeinginan membeli. This has had an impact on Indonesian society, namely a decline in the community's economy and a food crisis. This impact is also felt by the village community. Based on the above reasons, the village must also be able to develop its local potential in order to strengthen the village economy through fish and vegetable cultivation with the Aquaponic system. The purpose of this activity is to utilize narrow land (house yards) to increase the income of the village community with an integrated aquaponic system method between fish farming and vegetable maintenance. This activity was carried out in Padang Kalele Village, Lembah Sabil District, Southwest Aceh Regency. Based on the results of the field location review, it shows the potential of the aquaponic system development area, seen from the limited land and water availability as well as the high educational background of the community. By using the training method, assisting the construction of an aquaponic installation unit as a community learning medium. The conclusion of this activity is, the implementation of Community Service goes according to plan, materials and products have been given with positive responses from the community, making aquaponics installation units can be well received by the community, people are more aware of making their own aquaponic system installations. The resulting product gets the attention of buyers and is willing to buy.
