Abstract

AbstrakDinas komunikasi dan informatika (diskominfo) merupakan satuan kerja perangkat daerah (SKPD) di Bandung Barat. Pegawai yang ada diskominfo mempunyai peranan penting, maka dari itu perlu adanya pengelolaan data pegawai agar terjaminnya kinerja pegawai.  Berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Dalam Negeri Nomor 17 tahun 2000 sistem informasi manajemen kepegawaian menjadi landasan untuk pengelolaan data pegawai yang baik, yang mana pengelolaan data tersebut mampu menangani segala keperluan yang menyangkut tentang kepegawaian. Namun sangat disayangkan pengelolaan data pegawai pada diskominfo masih belum baik mengingat masih terdapat kegiatan adminstratif kepegawaian secara manual meskipun sudah terdapat sistem informasi manajemen kepegawaian akan tetapi kurang memeberikan dampak yang maksimal., Apabila pengelolaan data pegawai tersebut dikelola kurang baik, maka akan menjadi beban permasalahan yang dialami oleh diskominfo khusunya untuk kepala satuan kerja perangkat daerah (SKPD). Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika memiliki jumlah pegawai kurang lebih 150 pegawai yang tersebar dalam 3 bidang dimana berkas yang dikumpulkan semua pegawai dengan jumlah yang banyak dan harus dikelola dengan baik. Maka dari itu sebuah sistem yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pengelolaan data kepegawaian di diskominfo sangat diperlukan terlebih keluaran yang hasilkan dapat direpresentasikan melalui grafik seperti grafik prestasi kerja pegawai yang akan sangat membantu dalam pengelolaan dalam bidang kepegawaian di diskominfo. Sistem informasi manajemen kepegawaian dalam penelitian ini akan ditekankan pada interaksi yang lebih interaktif dimana pegawai dilibatkan didalam sistem dengan menggunakan metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak waterfall Kata kunci: Diskominfo, simpeg, Watefall, sistem informasi

Abstract

The annual evaluation carried out by LLDIKTI looked at the performance of lecturers in their regions, and it was revealed that some lecturers, especially lecturers at Jenderal Ahmad Yani University (UNJANI), still had difficulty fulfilling the tridharma duties of teaching, research and community service, which are important aspects of higher education. To consistently fulfill these obligations, lecturers are required to innovate. A study aimed at exploring how knowledge exchange and enrichment impact the innovative performance of UNJANI lecturers, collecting data through an online survey distributed to them. This research aims to understand the influence of knowledge sharing and enrichment on lecturer innovation, and its success is assessed through questionnaire analysis. These findings underscore the important positive correlation between knowledge sharing, enrichment, and increased innovative performance among UNJANI lecturers, indicating that encouraging these practices can increase the fulfillment of tri dharma obligations.

Abstract

This study aims to uncover customer perceptions of Eiger Adventure products on the Tokopedia platform through an Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis (ABSA) approach. Data in the form of 3,670 customer reviews were collected using web scraping techniques and processed through preprocessing, aspect extraction, sentiment labeling, and classification using the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm. The text vectorization process was carried out using the TF-IDF method, while evaluation metrics included accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. The results showed that the most dominant aspects were quality, model, and delivery. Positive sentiment was mostly found in the quality and model aspects, while delivery and size aspects were the main sources of complaints. The classification model achieved an accuracy of 61.6% and performed best in detecting positive sentiment. As an implementation, a web-based system was developed that is capable of conducting ABSA analysis in an integrated and interactive manner. This study concluded that although Eiger products are considered superior in quality, efforts to improve non-product services such as delivery and size information are urgently needed to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The utilization of e-learning platforms in higher education has become a fundamental necessity to support effective and efficient online learning processes. User experience (UX) quality plays a crucial role in determining the success of such platforms, both from technical and pedagogical perspectives. Universitas Jender al Achmad Yani (UNJANI), as a higher education institution, has developed its own e-learning system to facilitate technology-based instruction. This study aims to evaluate the UX quality of UNJANI’s e-learning platform. A mixed methods approach was employed, combining quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Quantitative data were collected through the distribution of the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) to 354 student respondents from four faculties. Meanwhile, qualitative data were gathered through in-depth interviews with 26 respondents to gain a more comprehensive understanding of user perceptions and experiences. The quantitative analysis revealed that the platform scored highest in the attractiveness and novelty dimensions (1.55), followed by clarity and efficiency (1.50). However, the accuracy (0.78) and stimulation (0.85) dimensions indicated areas for improvement. The qualitative findings supported these results and further uncovered technical issues and a demand for more innovative and interactive features. The study concludes that UNJANI’s e-learning platform provides a relatively positive user experience, yet further development is required to enhance system stability and the effectiveness of features supporting online learning.

Abstract

In the aviation industry, determining vendors for aircraft materials is an important task that can affect the quality, reliability and safety of aircraft. The selection of the right material for the aircraft is crucial, because it is closely related to the operational sustainability and overall performance of the aircraft. However, determining vendors for aircraft materials often involves a variety of complex criteria and requires an efficient and precise approach. In this study, using the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) Algorithm to solve the problem of determining aircraft material vendors. The PSO algorithm has proven effective in a variety of optimization problems and offers a population-based approach inspired by group behavior in nature. By utilizing the PSO algorithm, it can optimize the process of determining vendors for aircraft materials by considering criteria such as quality of delivery and average quality score. The results of the research show that the PSO algorithm is able to find the optimal combination of vendors efficiently, thereby helping stakeholders make more informed and result-oriented decisions. In addition, the results of this study also show that the PSO algorithm itself has a weakness, namely being stuck at a local optimum, having difficulty finding global solutions. Particles moving towards a local optimum may reduce exploration effort to find a better solution globally.

Abstract

Social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram have significantly transformed how consumers interact with products and make purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the influence of social media usage and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on purchase decisions, with trust and consumer behavior serving as mediating variables. A quantitative, explanatory research design was employed. Data were collected from 164 respondents using purposive sampling and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM–PLS). The results show that social media usage has a significant effect on consumer behavior and directly influences purchase decisions. Meanwhile, e-WOM does not have a direct effect on purchase decisions but contributes significantly through the mediating roles of trust and consumer behavior. Trust plays an essential role in linking e-WOM to consumer behavioral responses. Among all the tested relationships, consumer behavior emerged as the strongest predictor of purchase decisions. These findings emphasize the importance of digital marketing strategies that foster trust and strengthen behavioral engagement. The study also reinforces the theoretical relevance of the Stimulus–Organism–Response (S-O-R) and Uses and Gratification (U&G) models in the context of social commerce. Future studies are encouraged to explore additional mediating factors such as emotional engagement or platform-specific characteristics to improve the model’s predictive strength.
