Abstract

This community service distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE) is carried out to ease the burden on doctors and health workers in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic. The success of this service is measured by the distribution of personal protective equipment for doctors and health workers. A total of 499 personal protective equipment was distributed to Dustira Cimahi Hospital, Hasan Sadikin Hospital Bandung, Muhammadiyah Hospital Bandung, Pindad Hospital Bandung, Kiara Condong Health Center Bandung and Sukapura Health Center Bandung. The evaluation of this activity is that it is necessary to carry out a similar service program to help communities affected by the pandemic

Abstract

This research is an analysis of the positioning of PT. Duta Panitra Serco by identifying market opportunities in the automotive Mold & Dies manufacturing industry. Companies that become respondents are in areas in Cikarang, Purwakarta, Karawang and Bandung. Determining the potential market by forecasting demand. Importance Factor Analysis uses factor analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results of the factor analysis contained 5 attributes, namely Mold & Dies Quality, Service Quality, Affordable Product Prices, Output Capability, Product & Company Value Added. Positioning Companies using the Multidimensional Scaling Scale (MDS). Based on the results of data processing, it was concluded that PT. Duta Panitra Serco can occupy quadrant 4, which is the quadrant in line with the factors 1,2 & 3 to compete in the market so that they can dominate the existing market. In this market the company will experience a little competition with PT. Wafiq Mitra Teknik because currently PT. Wafiq Teknik Partners have started to enter quadrant 4.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. XYZ yang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penjualan kendaraan, spare part dan servis kendaraan roda empat resmi merk Toyota. Berdasarkan hasil follow up customer satisfaction level melalui telepon yang bersifat acak kepada pelanggan setelah servis diperoleh hasil jumlah ketidakpuasan pelanggan sebesar 3,6%. Sedangkan target ketidakpuasan yang ditetapkan oleh TAM adalah maksimal 1% pelanggan yang tidak puas. Hal ini tentu menjadi masalah karena adanya gap ketidakpuasan konsumen. Dari hasil identifikasi diperoleh data penyebab dominan ketidakpuasan konsumen karena lamanya waktu menunggu pada bagian pencucian kendaraan setelah servis. Hal itu disebabkan karena PT. XYZ hanya mempunyai 1 stall atau bagian pencucian, sehingga tidak sebandingnya antara jumlah kendaraan yang servis dengan jumlah pelayanan. Maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan jumlah server optimal pada stall cuci kendaraan setelah servis. Berdasarkan pengolahan data menggunakan model sistem antrian (M/M/C):(GD/∞/∞) diperoleh hasil kondisi yang ada perusahaan menyediakan 1 stall cuci dan tidak mencapai keadaan mapan (steadty state). Maka jumlah server minimum yang di peroleh sebanyak 2 stall cuci dengan ukuran kriteria antrian probabilitas tidak ada kendaraan dalam sistem sebesar 0,317, rata-rata jumlah kendaraan dalam antrian sebanyak 0,064 kendaraan, rata-rata jumlah kendaraan dalam sistem sebanyak 1,102 kendaraan, dan rata-rata waktu menunggu kendaraan di dalam antrian = 0,0149 jam. Hasil ini tidak membahas mengenai biaya yang timbul dari penambahan server, kedepan perlu dilakukan kajian dari aspek biaya agar pembahasannya menjadi lengkap.

Abstract

Gatot Soebroto Hospital, as a leading hospital in Indonesia, faces challenges in optimizing the use of resources, particularly in the Nuclear Medicine Installation, where the increase in the number of patients is not matched by proportionate revenue growth. This research aims to enhance operational efficiency at the RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Nuclear Medicine Installation by utilizing the Incremental Capital Output Ratio (ICOR) method. The research method employs a quantitative approach with time series data analysis of financial statements from 2020 to 2024, complemented by semi-structured interviews. Despite advancements in medical technology, the hospital struggles with resource optimization, particularly the mismatch between patient volume growth and income generation. Through a comprehensive analysis, the study identifies inefficiencies in capital utilization and proposes lean management principles to minimize waste in hospital processes. The findings reveal fluctuations in investment efficiency, with recommendations for prioritizing impactful investments, optimizing digital systems, and improving collaboration with third parties. This research contributes to both theoretical understanding and practical applications for enhancing hospital performance.
