Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginterpretasikan gangguan emosi tokoh utama  yang digambarkan dalam cerpen yang berjudul Pulang. Sesuai dengan latar belakang yang sudah dipaparkan di atas maka ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh pemahaman tentang jenis gangguan emosi yang digambarkan oleh pengarang dalam cerpen  Pulang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Analisis terhadap cerpen Pulang merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data adalah dengan cara memberi tanda teks terhadap kalimat ataupun pernyataan yang sesuai dengan permasalahan.teks yang diberi tanda adalah teks yang relevan dengan permasalahan yang ada dalam penelitian ini. Teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik pustaka: membaca, menyeleksi data. Kata kunci: analisis, gangguan emosi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan secara kontras sistem morfologi verba bahasa Batak Toba dan sistem verba bahasa Indonesia, sehingga dapat diketahui lebih jelas persamaan dan perbedaan kedua bahasa tersebut. penelitian ini membatasi diri pada tinjauan morfologis, maka pembicaraan tentang tipe-tipe verba dapat bertumpang tindih dengan masalah pembentukan verba dan makna pembentukan verba.  Masalah yang diteliti adalah sistem morfologi verba, baik sistem morfologi verba bahasa Batak maupun sistem morfologi verba bahasa Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Menggunakan metode deskriptif komparatif-kontras, di mana bertujuan menemukan persamaan dan perbedaan secara morfologi verba antara bahasa batak Toba dan bahasa Indonesia. Contoh kalimat dibuat oleh penulis sendiri dengan mempertimbangkan tingkat keberterimaan secara umum.  Instrumen yang digunakan adalah peneliti sendiri dengan melakukan studi literatur. Sedangkan sumber data penelitiannya adalah sumber data kualitatif dari contoh-contoh. Pengumpulkan data menunjukkan sistim yang relevan dalam tiap bahasa. Untuk setiap bahasa, nyatakan realisasi setiap katagori tata-bahasa yang berhubungan dengan analisis kontrastif yang dilakukan. Setelah pengumpulan data dilakukan, selanjutnya merumuskan pengontrasan yang sudah diidentifikasikan dari hasil analisis.Kata kunci: kontrastif,  verba bahasa batak Toba, verba bahasa Indonesia

Abstract

Tarabunga Tourism Village has a variety of great tourism potential that can be developed and introduced such as its beautiful and amazing natural potential. The purpose of this study is to determine the development strategy carried out by the Village Government in increasing the number of tourist visits to Tarabunga Village. (2) To determine the involvement of BUMDES, POKDARWIS, and Youth Youth Organization in the management of tourist attractions, (3) To determine the involvement of community leaders in the development of tourist attractions in Tarabunga Village. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques used are (1) data collection through observation, interviews and documentation, (2) data presentation, (3) data reduction, and (4) drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that the Village Government does not only work alone but involves various related parties or stackholders called Penta-helix. The strategies carried out by the Village Government are master plan, environmental management and cleanliness, promotion and marketing, environmental sustainability, human resource development, application of Sapta Pesona, cooperation and partnerships. The conclusion drawn by the author is that Tarabunga Tourism Village has rich natural resource potential. The Government's strategy does not only focus on one point or one tourist attraction, but development is carried out as a whole. One of the major strategies owned by the Village Government is the Master plan on the development of Tarabunga Peak Attraction, In developing the potential of Tarabunga Tourism Village both Natural and Cultural Potential, the village government does not only do it alone but also involves various related parties that can contribute directly or indirectly.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the strategy for developing the Aek Parsariran bathing tourist attraction and the supporting and inhibiting factors for developing the Aek Parsariran bathing tourist attraction. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach and data collection techniques through observation, documentation and interviews with eleven informants. The results of this research describe that the government has a strategy in developing the Aek Parsariran Baths tourist attraction through four main programs, namely: Completing Attractions, Improving Facilities, Creating Prohibition Holes, Providing Services.

Abstract

This research analyzes the management strategy for hot springs in Sipoholon sub-district with the aim of increasing tourist visits. Sipoholon sub-district has extraordinary natural potential, with stunning views and natural hot springs as the main attraction. This research uses qualitative research methods, namely direct field research and conducting observations and interviews. The hot springs located in Situmeang Habinsaran, Sipoholon District, North Tapanuli have become an inspiration for hot spring owners to open hot spring tourism, hot water flows with temperatures of 40 to 70 degrees Celsius make this place feel like another paradise on Indonesian soil. The results of this research are to find out the profile of the owner of the hot spring tourism object and how the management is carried out by the owner of the hot spring tourist attraction in Situmeang Habinsaran Village. The bath owner always prioritizes maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of the hot spring location. This hot spring is still natural from nature, the hot spring owner only needs to maintain beauty and cleanliness so that visitors feel comfortable while at the tourist location. Abstract

If tourism promotion is not accompanied by a good communication strategy, it will affect the existence of the tourist attraction itself. Based on that, the aim of this research is to find out about SRP Ernala's tourism promotion strategy through Instagram (IG) social media. This research uses primary data and secondary data. In this research, the primary data is the results of interviews with managers, employees and visitors to SRP Ernala tourism in Karo Regency, secondary data is social media content from the SRP Ernala tourist village as well as previous research related to this research. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis which collects data through observation data, documentation and interviews with 6 informants. From the research results, the SRP Ernala tourism development promotion strategy used by tourism managers is in line with the theory of promotional forms, product, price, place, promotion, promotions used via Instagram social media. SRP Ernala's tourism development promotion strategy through social media is quite effective and has received positive responses from various visitors. In this way, SRP Ernala tourism is developing

Abstract

This research aims to analyze efforts to manage and develop the Batu Gajah Beach tourist attraction and to identify the challenges faced in managing and developing the Batu Gajah Beach tourist attraction. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach and data collection techniques through observations, interviews and documentation of several informants, namely managers, the community and tourists. Researchers describe that the Batu Gajah Beach tourist attraction has attractive tourism potential with its natural scenery, as well as management efforts in managing and developing the Batu Gajah Beach tourist attraction such as facilities and infrastructure, maintenance and conservation, security and safety, promotion and marketing, and financial management.
