Abstract

Service quality is a benchmark for service success determined by the level of satisfaction of service recipients. While the level of satisfaction of the recipient of this service will be obtained if a recipient of the service gets the type of service in accordance with what they expect and need. Thus, the needs of service recipients must be met as much as possible in order to obtain satisfaction. The data processing was obtained from questionnaire data collection data distributed to 50 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion described in the previous chapter, the author draws several conclusions on the results of the analysis that based on the hypothesis proposed by the researcher, a t test was carried out and obtained the SPSS output showed a calculated t value of 0.812 with a Sig of 0.421. To determine the level of significance of the research model, the calculated t value is compared with the table t value. Based on the results of the analysis, the hypothesis that states service quality (reliability, responsiveness, assurence, tangiable, emphaty) has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction in the use of Parapat Khas Hotel services is empirically proven and acceptable.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the description and impact of promotion of Ulos Ragi Hotang on increasing tourist attraction in Meat Village, Toba Regency, because promotion is a very important thing to do in increasing tourist attraction. Mazid stated that promotion is a marketing activity to introduce, inform and offer a destination to the wider public so they want to come to visit. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, with 10 research subjects selected to collect data in the field. The results of this research show that the promotions that have been carried out by the government and the community through face-to-face sales (personal selling), publicity (Publicity), sales promotions, namely an increase in the attraction of tourists to come to visit the Meat Village, although not too much. However, there are changes from the previous year. In connection with the research results, the author provides input for the community government, Pokdarwis to maximize the promotion of Ulos Ragi Hotang in a sustainable manner, not just by activities carried out in the meat village such as the Meat art festival and the thousand tent activity as an annual event, but the government provides encouragement, especially to the community. weaving craftsmen to be more effective in promoting, then the community must maintain the beauty of the motifs and continue to preserve the culture of Ulos Ragi Hotang weaving as a superior product from Meat village

Abstract

Each region must have a strategy for developing tourist attractions, this is used to realize progress in increasing tourist interest, such as Gosong Telaga Barat Village in North Singkil District which has the Lake Anak Laut tourist attraction. This research aims to describe the tourist attraction development strategy carried out by the village government for Lake Anak Laut tourism to increase visitor interest in Gosong Telaga Barat Village, North Singkil District. The method used in this research is a qualitative method that describes the subjects and objects studied from the strategy for developing the Lake Anak Laut tourist attraction in Gosong Telaga Barat Village, North Singkil District. The results of this research show that the village government's strategy in developing the Lake Anak Laut tourist attraction is to procure funds and land, build facilities and infrastructure, promote the tourist attraction, and preserve the environmental sustainability of the Lake Anak Laut tourist attraction. Meanwhile, the obstacles are the difficulty of procuring funds from the village budget and the lack of support from the tourism office and district government in the form of budget funds.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Village Government's strategy in developing the Cemara Indah Beach tourist attraction, Gosong Telaga Village, North Singkil District, Aceh Singkil Regency. The type of research used is qualitative research. The sample in this research was the Cemara Indah Gosong Telaga Beach tourist attraction. The results of the research show that the Village Government's strategy in developing Cemara Indah Beach, Gosong Telaga Village, North Singkil District, Aceh Singkil Regency is more focused on creating promotional media such as creating social media such as Facebook, Instagram, WEBSite, Tiktok and Banners. This method is one of the promotional methods used. can attract the attention of visitors to visit Cemara Indah Gosong Telaga Beach. Abstract

Meat Village is one of the tourist villages in Tampahan District, Toba Regency. Tourism development is an effort to develop or promote tourist attractions to attract tourists and make tourist attractions more attractive in terms of location and object. The aim of this research is to determine Community Based Tourism Development. Based Tourism), and to find out community empowerment and its role in developing the Meat Tourism Village. The number of informants in this research was 7 (seven) people. This research is a qualitative type of research. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The approach taken is a descriptive approach, based on natural and cultural resources, community groups and village government. The research results show that there are; (a) natural and cultural resources, showing that the village's potential can support the arrival of visitors, (b) community groups to increase community creativity in developing and preserving cultural traditions in Meat Village, (c) the village government which play an important role in efforts to develop the village so that it can attract the attention of tourists if it fulfills the seven charms of tourism, (d) the role of the community who participates in carrying out village activities so that the village remains clean, safe and cool so that anyone who comes to visit can enjoy the tourist attractions is in Meat.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze efforts to manage and develop the Batu Gajah Beach tourist attraction and to identify the challenges faced in managing and developing the Batu Gajah Beach tourist attraction. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach and data collection techniques through observations, interviews and documentation of several informants, namely managers, the community and tourists. Researchers describe that the Batu Gajah Beach tourist attraction has attractive tourism potential with its natural scenery, as well as management efforts in managing and developing the Batu Gajah Beach tourist attraction such as facilities and infrastructure, maintenance and conservation, security and safety, promotion and marketing, and financial management.

Abstract

The title of this research emphasizes social changes in the kinship system in the traditional marriage ceremony of the Nias community (case study of the fanika stages of the mbowo era) in Tuhembuasi Village, Sogae'adu District, Nias Regency. The aim of this research is: To find out/describe social changes in the kinship system in the traditional marriage ceremony of the Nias community (case study of the fanika stages of the mbowo era) in Tuhembuasi Village, Sogae'adu District, Nias Regency. In this research, the method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the research show that the causes of changes in the Fanika stages of the Mbowo era in the Nias tribe community in Tuhembuasi Village, Sogae'adu District, Nias Regency are: (1) parents nowadays are very busy so they don't have time to talk about or teach about customs. and the culture of the Nias people to their children; (2) because the implementation of the Fanika stages in the Mbowo era took a lot of time, up to 3 to 4 hours, so people also felt bored because the time was too long, so the implementation of this stage was often postponed; (3) many people currently have very little experience of Nias culture so that the implementation of its customs as they are is important to remember but is not implemented; (4) migrate, marry with other tribes, so that the celebration does not reflect Nias culture.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the positive and significant influence of tourist attractions on the interest of tourists to visit the Seribu Tangga Delleng Sindeka tourist attraction, Salak District, Pakpak Bharat Regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population is the stakeholders of the Seribu Tangga Delleng Sindeka tourist attraction, Salak District, Pakpak Bharat Regency, including the Tourism and Culture Office of Pakpak Bharat Regency, village governments, tourist attraction managers, the community and tourists who are visiting and a sample of 67 people was determined using the accidental sampling method by Cochran. Data were collected with a closed questionnaire of 30 items. The results of the data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of tourist attractions on the interest of tourists visiting the Seribu Tangga Delleng Sindeka tourist attraction, Salak District, Pakpak Bharat Regency, as evidenced by the following data analysis: 1) a positive relationship test obtained a value of rxy = rxy = 0,521 > rtabel(=0,05,n=67) = 0,244, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) A significant relationship test obtained a value thitung= 4,918 > ttabel(=0,05,dk=n-2=65)= 2,000. 3) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained a regression equation Y ̂="28,14"+0,69X Regression determination coefficient test (r2) = 27,1%. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

Mossak Batak Toba is a traditional martial art originating from the Batak Toba ethnic group in North Sumatra, passed down through generations. Characterized by swift, agile, and powerful movements, Mossak is not only a physical discipline but also embodies spiritual values such as courage, discipline, and loyalty. This study aims to identify and analyze the potential of Mossak Batak as a tourist attraction in Toba Regency from cultural, economic, and social perspectives, and to formulate strategies for optimizing its potential amid various existing challenges. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques, with descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis as analytical tools. The findings reveal that Mossak Batak holds significant cultural value as an intangible heritage, economic potential through performances and cultural tourism training, and a social role in reinforcing local identity and pride. However, challenges such as limited digital promotion, the absence of educational materials, weak stakeholder coordination, and low community participation remain. The study concludes that with proper strategies—such as cross-sector collaboration, effective digital promotion, and the development of local cultural festivals—Mossak Batak can be elevated as a prominent tourist attraction in Toba Regency. This not only contributes to cultural preservation but also supports local economic growth and strengthens the global recognition of Batak cultural identity.
