Abstract

Environmental Management Accounting (EMA) is implemented to improve company's environmental performance. In the traditional accounting system, environmental management is always associated with costs that can reduce company profits. Unlike the case with EMA which makes environmental management an investment that is expected to increase profits while developing the company continuously to achieve competitive advantage. This study aims to analyze environmental management accounting in which can create a competitive advantage. The approach model used in this study is a theoretical approach. The results of the study explain that every company that carries out activities using environmentally friendly concepts through the implementation of Environmental Management Accounting (EMA) will have a higher value than other companies, because the implementation of Environmental Management Accounting (EMA) automatically companies have made good innovations on their products, production process and waste treatment. The conclusion of competitive advantage through the application of EMA can be viewed from the management strategy carried out by the company which includes a low cost strategy, differentiation strategy, focus strategy and innovation strategy

Abstract

Abstract: The research is intended to explain the relationship between employee performance and organizational culture, leadership and decision making. The research used 100 randomly selected samples and analyzed the data using path analysis by inserting all variables into the correlation matrix. The results of the analysis showed decision making was directly influenced by organizational culture and leadership. Then the performance of employees is directly and indirectly influenced by leadership and decision making. But the performance of employees is not directly illuminated by the culture of the organization. Based on the findings explained that variations in employee performance changes can occur due to influenced organizational culture, leadership and decision making. Therefore, the management of employee performance, organizational culture, leadership and decision making should be included in the strategic plan of human resource development at the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia. The need to include other variables to estimate employee performance in subsequent research.Keywords: organizational culture, leadership, decision making, employee performance

Abstract

Unemployment in urban areas is a social problem that must be resolved immediately. One way to overcome these social problems is community empowerment through social entrepreneurship or better known as social entrepreneur. The purpose of this research is to provide input in policy making related to handling economic and social problems and also as a medium for increasing knowledge as well as a reference source for further research related to Posdaya. The research method uses Qualitative Interactive analysis, namely the process of searching, compiling and analyzing data obtained from interviews in a systematic manner so that it is easy to understand and of course can be informed to others. Research results: the characteristics of Posdaya cadres in Bogor City based on individual characteristics are mostly female, aged 25 to 45 years, have the highest education equivalent to SMU (Senior High School), work as entrepreneurs and have been administrators for 4 to 6 years. In a qualitative analysis, it is found that sociopreuner and social innovation have a relationship with the success of the Posdaya (Social Entrepreneur), where sociopreneurs and social innovation tend to have a positive relationship with Social Entrepreneurs.Keywords: Social Entrepreneur and Family Empowerment

Abstract

This study was aimed to explore the logistics service business strategy of J&T Express using the Business Model Canvas (BMC). The research locus was chosen at J&T Express as an innovative logistics service company. This research was compiled based on a qualitative descriptive method. The time of the study was conducted in April 2022, located in Bogor City and the analytical technique used was Miles and Huberman's qualitative interactive. Based on the use of nine dimensions of BMC, with the possibility of making managerial contributions that are included in tactical and strategic approaches, the J&T Express business model approach is in accordance with BMC. The contribution of this research emphasizes that the canvas business model (BMC) can be used as a role model in a comprehensive logistics service business development strategy.
