Abstract

The ideals of the Indonesian nation as stated in the Preamble of the 1945 Constitution require that the general welfare be realized. To realize these ideals, human rights, in this case economic rights, are one of the indicators used as a basis for implementing a program, decision or regulation. Economic rights are generally described as rights related to the conditions of existence and welfare in terms of owning and utilizing something for their survival. The status of economic rights in the 1945 Constitution and Law No.11 of 2005 places economic rights as rights that must be protected, respected and fulfilled by the state. One of them is in the Tourism sector. Economic Rights play an important role in the creation of a prosperous community life in the area that is the object of Tourism. However, economic rights in reality are often ignored by the government as a consideration in loading policies and regulations, so that in its implementation it creates conflict between the community and the government. The purpose of this research is to find out how the protection and fulfillment of economic rights in the tourism development sector correlates with the level of community welfare

Abstract

One of the biggest issues in managing higher education is course scheduling, where a variety of criteria need to be taken into account in a balanced way, including lecturer availability, classroom size, and student preferences. This procedure can be greatly optimized by using the A* method, also referred to as the optimal path finding algorithm. Applying the A* technique to course scheduling decisions is the goal of this research, which attempts to improve efficiency and happiness for all stakeholders.A customized A* algorithm is designed and implemented as part of the research process to manage scheduling characteristics such lecturer schedule compatibility, space allocation, and time slots. We tested this technique on scheduling data from an Indonesian university. The results of the tests indicate that the A* approach can yield a more optimal.

Abstract

Abstract

According to statistics in 2013 there were 535 cases and in 2014 there were 723 cases, and based on the data there was an increase of ± 1.35%. The cause of this crime is caused by many factors, but if the factors that cause this crime are known to be earlier by the parents (community), perhaps parents can educate their children and can reduce the number of juvenile perpetrators of physical criminal offenses. The physical crimes referred to in this study are: Robbery, Public order theft and murder. Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) is a quantitative method that uses a "weighting system". In multifactorial decision making, decision makers are subjectively and intuitively weighing various factors that have an important influence on their alternative choices. For decisions that have a strategic influence, it is advisable to use a quantitative approach such as MFEP. In MFEP, all criteria are first, which are important factors in making consideration given appropriate weighting. The same steps are also taken for the alternatives to be chosen, which can then be evaluated in relation to these consideration factors. The MFEP method determines that the alternative with the highest value is the best solution based on the selected criteria.

Abstract

Contraception is an action to prevent pregnancy. Where currently there are enough tools, methods and types of contraceptives for men or women, implementation can be done in two ways, namely using contraceptive aids or without contraception. The problem that occurs in BKKBN and women's empowerment is the selection of good contraceptives used which still uses a simple computerized system that is using Microsoft Excel applications in the processing process. In solving this problem, the author uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process method to describe the weights that fit the criteria that are appropriate for the selection of family planning tools that are well used in BKKBN and women's empowerment. Analytical Hierarchy Process or often called AHP is a technique for decision making in determining the best choice from several alternatives. AHP is a mathematical model procedure that is well suited for the evaluation of qualitative attributes. These attributes are mathematically quantified in a set of comparisons in pairs. The advantages of the AHP method when compared to other decision-making methods is to have a hierarchical structure as an impact of the criteria taken, to the very detailed and detailed sub criteria

Abstract

Shellfish is a type of seafood consumed by consumers. In selecting the right type of shellfish, it must be adjusted to the wishes of consumers. To get optimal results a system is needed that can help in determining the type of shellfish so that consumers feel satisfied. Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution or TOPSIS is a method with the concept that each alternative is chosen and the best is not only to have the shortest distance of each positive ideal solution, but also to have the longest distance of any existing ideal negative solution . The criteria in this system vary, each tailored to the preferences of consumers or prospective buyers of shellfish provided by the producer. Based on the results of the sample selection shows that the calculation results using the same system with manual calculations. This system is able to provide an election for purchasing shellfish.

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency is a very actual problem in almost every country including Indonesia. Outbreaks of cases of juvenile law violations such as robbery, robbery, fighting, theft, possession of sharp weapons and misuse of narcotics as well as various other legal violations. With so many cases of violations of the law it is illustrated that in the era of complete human development, it is expected that adolescents have the rights and obligations and responsibilities to develop the nation and state but many do unlawful acts. The Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method is a quantitative method that uses "weighting" where in multi-factor decision making, the decision maker is subjectively subjective and intuitively required to weigh various factors that have a dominant competing influence on the alternatives of their choices. Decisions that affect strategic policy, it is recommended to use quantitative approaches such as MFEP, to make an appropriate weighting must be given consideration. The same stage must also be carried out on the alternative to be chosen, which is then evaluated in relation to all factors taken into consideration and determining which alternative with the highest or maximum value is the best solution based on existing criteria.

Abstract

The advancement of blockchain technology has opened new possibilities in strengthening the validity and security of electronic contracts. In an era where digital transactions are increasingly prevalent, the need for trustworthy and tamper-proof legal documentation has become critical. Blockchain, with its decentralized, immutable, and time-stamped ledger system, presents a promising solution for enhancing the proof mechanism of electronic contracts. However, in Indonesia, despite the legal recognition of electronic contracts under the Information and Electronic Transactions Law (ITE Law), there remains a gap in regulatory clarity regarding the legal force and admissibility of blockchain-based contracts in civil law proceedings. This study aims to explore the integration of blockchain technology into electronic contract systems and analyze its legal implications based on Indonesian civil law. The research employs a normative juridical approach, supported by technological analysis of blockchain infrastructure and smart contracts. Findings suggest that blockchain can fulfill several legal criteria for evidence, such as authenticity, integrity, and transparency. Nevertheless, the absence of explicit legal frameworks poses challenges to its enforceability, particularly in dispute resolution. The study concludes that while blockchain offers substantial benefits for securing electronic contracts, legal adaptation is necessary to fully recognize its potential within civil law contexts. It recommends the development of regulatory guidelines and legal standards to accommodate emerging technologies like blockchain, ensuring legal certainty, protection for contracting parties, and the integrity of digital agreements in Indonesia’s legal system.
