Abstract

This paper is concern on the using of some solar batteries for storing the energy from the solar panel. The battery used is a 100 WP solar cell with the appliances. Research was carried out in an open air with real condition without treatment for two months continuously during hot dry season in Malang city, Indonesia. It is concluded that emerged energy from the solar panel was 550 WH or equal to 12 V of 45 AH. During the electric charging from solar panel to the battery, the flowing current vary between 2 A to 6 A. The battery charging only started after 7 am when the voltage was above 12 V. For the solar panel 100 WP to use battery with the storage capacity above 40 AH. Keywords: battery, solar panel, energy

Abstract

The development and revision of milling machines and components are continuous. With the help of computer technology, we can simulate some activities in a manufacturing system. The main purpose of a simulation is to understand and imitate the behavior of a particular manufacturing system on a computer, before hardware creation, thereby reducing the amount of testing and experimentation in the field. By using a virtual system, less material is wasted and the constraints on the actual operation of the machine in the field can be minimized. In the field of milling machinery, various modeling and simulation methods have been introduced so far. Today, the manufacture of a machine tool can no longer use the time-consuming and costly manufacturing and testing of physical prototypes to detect weak points and then optimize the design. In contrast, the current machine tool design process uses "virtual prototyping" technology to reduce the cost and time of hardware testing and iterative improvements to physical prototypes. The model of a milling machine can be simulated in Matlab simulations through analytical methods using various compositions. The presented virtual modeling methods and milling machine tool simulations make it possible to design, perform complex analyses, test, optimize, and use various types of control structures. in the computer simulation. Abstract

PPM ini bertujuan untuk memecahkan masalah para petani yang sebagian besar petani cengkeh dan hasil perkebunan. Perkumpulannya bernama Bina Usaha Sukses domisili di Desa Sumber Agung Gunung Sudo RT 37 RW 04 Kecamatan Sumbermanjing Wetan Kabupaten Malang. Mitra mempunyai masalah serius pada oven pengeringnya yang boros energi, mutu pengeringan kurang baik karena tidak rata dan ada keluhan kalau menutup pintu harus dua orang. Dengan adanya masalah itu maka pendapatan petani turun karena beli gas LPG lebih banyak, harga jual produk turun karena mutu pengeringan kurang rata/baik dan butuh dua orang untuk menutup pintu serta waktu mengoven tidak bisa ditinggal karena nyala api tidak bisa diatur. Solusi untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut adalah dengan: Memperbaiki otomatis nyala api supaya suhu pemanasan konstan sehingga waktu mengoven tidak perlu ditunggu. Mengatur nyala api dengan mendistribusikan LPG ke kompor merata sehingga pemanasan oven bisa rata. Mengganti pintu yang lama system geser dengan buka dan nutup pintu system biasa. Telah berhasil dengan oven hemat energi, dioperasikan cukup satu orang, otomatis pemanasnya bekerja dengan baik dan sudah tidak ada kebocoran energi panas. Oven telah dicoba oleh kelompok tani dengan hasil sesuai yang diharapkan
