Abstract

ABSTRACTVillage is the smallest element in the goverment administration which has an obligation to realize the welfare of the village community. To create the welfare of the community, administrative services must be carried out effectively by implementing digitalization. This activity will identify training activities on digitizing administrative services carried out in Kalisidi Village and analyze the extent of the influence of digitalization on improving village government performance. The methods that the researcher uses in writing this article include Forum Group Discussion (FGD), demonstration, and evaluation. The surveys carried out included an analysis of service needs in Kalisidi village, demonstration of the use of services, and observation of satisfaction with the service system of Kalisidi Village that had been developed. The results of the training activities carried out can be seen from the understanding of the skateholder of Kalisidi village in using the Kalisidi village information management service system. The existence of training on digitizing administrative services should maximize the use of digital service information systems so that the performance of the Kalisidi village government increases.. Kata Kunci: Digitalization; Administration; Village;Training.   ABSTRAKDesa merupakan unsur terkecil dalam tata kelola pemerintahan yang memiliki kewajiban untuk menciptakan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Untuk menciptakan kesejahteraan masyarakat, tata kelola pelayanan administrasi harus dilakukan secara efektif dengan mengimplementasikan Digitalisasi. Kegiatan ini akan mengidentifikasi kegiatan pelatihan digitalisasi pelayanan administrasi yang dilaksanakan di Desa Kalisidi untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh digitalisasi terhadap peningkatan kinerja pemerintahan desa dalam kegiatan pelayanan administrasi. Metode yang peneliti gunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini antara lain Forum Group Discussion (FGD), demonstrasi, dan evaluasi. Survei yang dilakukan meliputi analisis kebutuhan layanan di desa Kalisidi, demonstrasi penggunaan layanan, dan observasi kepuasan terhadap sistem pelayanan Desa Kalisidi yang telah dikembangkan. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan yang dilakukan dapat dilihat dari pemahaman perangkat desa Kalisidi dalam menggunakan sistem layanan manajemen informasi desa kalisidi. Adanya pelatihan digitalisasi pelayanan administrasi hendaknya memaksimalkan penggunaan sistem informasi pelayanan digital agar kinerja pemerintah desa Kalisidi meningkat. Kata Kunci: Digitalisasi; Administration; Desa; Pelatihan.

Abstract

E-learning website is one of the important elements in education which has a role as an online learning medium. It is important to measure the quality of e-learning website services to maintain the ongoing use of the e-learning website. This research was conducted for evaluation in order to measure and improve the quality of e-learning website services at Semarang State University (Elena) using the Webqual 4.0 method and Importance Performance analysis (IPA) which has a focus on four variables, which that is; usability, information quality, service interaction quality, and overall, as well as to determine the value of user perceptions and expectations of the services that have been provided. Based on the results of the calculations that have been carried out, the Customer Sutisfaction Index (CSI) value is 76.4%, meaning that the respondents stated that they were satisfied with the performance of Elena's e-learning website. The results of calculating the average value of the gap (Gap) on Elena's e-learning website still show a significant negative value of -0.64, these results indicate that the performance level of Elena's e-learning website still does not meet user expectations. The results of the analysis of the IPA quadrants obtained 2 attributes which were included in quadrant I, 10 attributes entered in quadrant II, 7 attributes entered in quadrant III, and 4 quadrants entered in quadrant IV. This research is expected to provide positive input for website managers to be able to improve the quality of services provided to users in the future.

Abstract

YouTube is a social media site that is quite familiar and is used as a means of disseminating video-based information. With a fairly high number of users, YouTube can become a communication medium for audiences, including government agencies. The user’s responses in comments reflect the nuance of the presented video. This research aims to determine the best algorithm for classifying video types based on user comments. Several machine learning algorithms used to carry out classification are Decision Tree, Random Forest, K-Nearest Neighbor, Support Vector Machine, and Logistic Regression. K-Fold Cross Validation was chosen as a method to evaluate the performance of classification algorithms based on the accuracy values. of these algorithms in classifying YouTube videos based on comments. The first experiment with the highest ratio of training and test data for each algorithm was obtained at a ratio of 90:10, with respectively 78.99%, 86.21%, 84.01%, 72.72%, and 79.31%. In the second experiment with k-fold cross validation using a ratio of 90:10, the highest accuracy for each algorithm was obtained at a value of k = 10, which was respectively 74.39%, 81.34%, 78.05%, 85.21%, and 72.15%. From these results, it can be concluded that the most suitable algorithm for classifying YouTube videos based on comments is the Random Forest algorithm with a training and test data ratio of 90:10 and SVM with 10-cross-fold validation. These results show that a larger portion of data for learning has a positive impact on algorithm performance.

Abstract

Saat ini guru dituntut memiliki kemampuan mengintegrasikan TIK dalam pembelajaran untuk menjawab tantangan pembelajaran di abad 21. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi TIK guru adalah dengan menerapkan pembelajaran literasi digital di perguruan tinggi yang mencetak lulusan calon guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pembelajaran literasi digital pada kompetensi TIK mahasiswa calon guru. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif berupa survei kepada mahasiswa Program Studi Kependidikan sebagai calon guru dan selanjutnya dilakukan wawancara untuk proses triangulasi data. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa calon guru di Universitas Negeri Semarang. Hasil survey menunjukan kedua kelompok responden memiliki kompetensi TIK yang baik. Namun setelah diteliti lebih dalam dari data triangulasi hasil wawancara komptensi TIK, calon guru yang telah memperoleh pembelajaran literasi digital lebih unggul pada aspek pemahaman TIK dalam pendidikan, organisasi, dan administrasi, dan pembejajaran guru profesional. Pengaruh pembelajaran digital terhadapkompetensi TIK calon guru pada ketiga aspek tersebut menjadi rekomendasi diterapkannya pembelajaran literasi digital pada perguruan tinggi yang mencetak calon guru. Currently, teachers are required to have the ability to integrate ICT in learning to answer the challenges of learning in the 21st century. One of the efforts to improve teachers’ ICT competencies is to implement digital literacy learning in universities that produce prospective teacher graduates. This study aims to determine how the effect of digital literacy learning on the ICT competence of pre-service teacher students. The research uses a quantitative approach which is carried out in the form of a survey to students of the Education Study Program as pre-service teachers and then interviews are carried out for the data triangulation process. The research subjects were pre-service teacher students at Universitas Negeri Semarang. The survey questionnaire was developed based on the indicators of teacher ICT competence according to UNESCO which consists of 6 aspects. The survey results show that both groups of respondents have good ICT competencies. However, after a more in-depth investigation of the triangulation data from the ICT competency interviews, preservice teachers who have obtained digital literacy learning are superior in aspects of understanding ICT in education, organization and administration, and teaching professionalteachers. The influence of digital learning on the ICT competence of pre-service teachers in these three aspects becomes a recommendation for the implementation of digital literacy learning in universities that create pre-service teachers.
