Abstract

ABSTRACT The study aimed to examine the influence of personality type, and leadership style on effective leadership in public organization. Leadership style discribed by transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and situational leadership. Personlity type use MBTI to identify leader personality. The hypothesis the research was simultanously influence betwen personality type, transformational leadership, transactional leadership on effective leadership. This research also  partialy were measure influence personality type on effective leadership, influences transformational leadership on effective leadership, transactional leadership on effective leadership, and situational leadership on effective leadership. The samples in this study were 102 employees in BPR BKK Lasem.the sample ware taked from 110 quizionair planned. Sampling method was used quota sampling 10 quizionair to each branch office.The method used in order to analyze was multiple regression linear. The result of this study shows that, simultaneously, there were influences of personality type, transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and situational leadership on effective leadership. Although, the result partially showed that there were influence betwen personality tipe, transformational leadership, and situational leadership on effective leadership. The other side there wasn't any influence of transactional on effective leadership. Keyword: Personality Type, Transformational Leadership, Transactional Leadership, Situational Leadership, and  Effective Leadership ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh tipe kepribadian, dan gaya kepemimpinan pada kepemimpinan yang efektif dalam organisasi publik. Gaya kepemimpinan dijelaskan oleh kepemimpinan transformasional, kepemimpinan transaksional, dan kepemimpinan situasional. Tipe Personlity menggunakan MBTI untuk mengidentifikasi kepribadian pemimpin. Hipotesis penelitian ini secara simultan mempengaruhi jenis kepribadian, kepemimpinan transformasional, kepemimpinan transaksional pada kepemimpinan yang efektif. Penelitian ini juga secara parsial mengukur pengaruh tipe kepribadian pada kepemimpinan efektif, pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepemimpinan yang efektif, kepemimpinan transaksional pada kepemimpinan yang efektif, dan kepemimpinan situasional pada kepemimpinan yang efektif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 102 karyawan di BPR BKK Lasem. Sampel ware diambil dari 110 quizionair yang direncanakan. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah quota sampling 10 quizionair ke masing-masing kantor cabang. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, secara bersamaan, ada pengaruh tipe kepribadian, kepemimpinan transformasional, kepemimpinan transaksional, dan kepemimpinan situasional pada kepemimpinan yang efektif. Meskipun, hasil secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara tipe kepribadian, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan kepemimpinan situasional terhadap kepemimpinan yang efektif. Sisi lain tidak ada pengaruh transaksional terhadap kepemimpinan yang efektif. Kata kunci: Tipe Kepribadian, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Kepemimpinan Situasional, dan Kepemimpinan Efektif

Abstract

The issue of sustainable tourism development has now become a strategy that is widely applied in several countries. The sustainable aspect in question does not only look at the profit side but also the socio-cultural aspect. To be able to advance a tourist attraction, it is necessary to identify a Unique Selling Point (USP) so that it is more focused in every aspect of a sustainable tourism development strategy. Tegal Balong Village, Bimomartani, Ngemplak, Sleman is one of the villages in the Special Region of Yogyakarta which has extraordinary natural potential as a potential tourist attraction and other potentials. The problem faced by the village so far is the lack of a mechanism to determine the development of their tourism potential. The purpose of this service is to help Tegal Balong Village, Bimomartani, Ngemplak, Sleman find the identification of Unique Selling Point (USP) so that they are able to carry out their sustainable tourism development strategy. The implementation method is carried out by observation, field review, FGD, potential mapping, and proposed USP recommendations. As a result, there are several strengths and weaknesses of the village that should be addressed. Village potential is very abundant, especially natural potential, social entrepreneurship potential, cultural potential, and other potentials. USP recommendations can be used for the development of tourism packages and subsequent sustainable tourism development strategies.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the business processes through the MSME supply chain, specifically in the chain of raw material access, production processes to marketing processes. The objects of this research focusing on five most developed MSME in Sambirejo Village, Ngawen, Gunung Kidul namely food, processed zinc, woven cloth, tile and local gabion. The business processes analyzed by using supply chain management approach. This study conducted a qualitative method based on interview and observation. Results of the study show that the pattern of MSME supply chains in Sambirejo Village is still relatively simple. In their processes, these MSME supply raw materials from suppliers or distributors of raw materials then process them. Afterwards, they distribute them to consumers using two different distribution methods (dual channel) there are distribute it directly and through an intermediary.Keywords: business process; UMKM; supply chain management

Abstract

Business owners in the village of Bluder, Kemuning and Plosokerep are still experiencing difficulties in developing their business, so they need to gain knowledge about entrepreneurship and are invited to discuss and share with fellow business owners to be excited again in managing their business. The purpose of this training is to provide knowledge about entrepreneurship holistically. The method used is classical discussion and group discussion. The result of this service is that the participants understand more about the concept of entrepreneurship, especially regarding pricing and promotion, and are more enthusiastic in continuing their business. The discussion result show that they have difficulty setting prices. Their tendency to set prices too high because they feel that all goods produced can be marketed through tourist attractions. The reality is not so, they find it difficult to sell the goods that have been produced.

Abstract

Turnover is a painful issue in the organizations, in the world of tough competition the organizations try to minimize their turnover ratio and save their cost, turnover cost consists of hiring, recruiting and selecting the employees. The study aimed to find out the influence of satisfaction of RS Emanuels nurse on the direct compensation, indirect compensation, job, and environment work toward turnover intention. The data were collected from 100 respondents of 220 nurses by using a structure questionnaire. By using multiple linier Regression, this study revealed that the employees satisfaction on direct compensation, indirect compensation, job, and environment work affected simultaneously and partially turnover intention.

Abstract

Various studies on issues of diversity have been carried out. This study is related to diversity management (Mazur, 2014). López et al (2019) research linking culture organizations to diversity. Innovative culture can increase respect for diversity. Cole et al., (2018) found identity to be the key to organizational behavior. Identity issues can determine the response of organizational members. Hsiao et al., (2015) found that diversity determines the behavior of individuals in organizations. These various studies indicate that the topic of diversity still requires further research Diversity is a complex issue in many aspects. Organizations also experience many diversity problems. The research wants to know the Zer generation’s perception of organizational diversity, perceived organizational support, organizational culture, and need for cognition. The study aimed to examine the influence of perceived organizational support, organizational culture, and the need for cognition on organizational diversity. The sample of this research is the Zer generation throughout Indonesia. The total sample collected is 335 respondents. The analysis uses Multiple Regression. Analysis tool using SPSS. This study's findings show that simultaneity influences perceived organizational support, organizational culture, and the need for cognition of diversity. Although, the findings partially show there is no influence between perceived organization support and diversity. On the other side, there is an influence between organizational culture and the need for cognition of diversity.

Abstract

Pariwisata di DIY mengalami kenaikan yang signifikan. Seiring dengan peningkatan pariwisata Masyarakat Desa dapat tertinggal. Untuk itulah perlu langkah strategis dalam menangani pariwisata berbasis pada Masyarakat desa. Perkembanganya desa wisata juga turut berkembang. Hal ini mendatangkan potensi besar bagi perekonomian desa. Kalurahan Panggungharjo, Kapenawon Sleman, Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta merupakan desa yang sangat berpotensi untuk dapat dikembangkan secara maksimal sebagai desa wisata. Dalam wacana tersebut maka pengabdian ini ditujukan untuk (1) menganalisis potensi pariwisata di Desa Panggungharjo, Kalurahan Kapenawon (2) memberikan solusi untuk mengoptimalkan potensi kalurahan Kapenawon. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan wawancara, FGD, dan juga pelatihan untuk memaksimalkan potensi. Metode pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan pra pengabdian, pelaksanaan pengabdian, dan pasca pengabdian. Setelah melakukan berbagai metode ditemukan bahwa potensi besar diantarnya adalah lokasi, banyaknya desa wisata yang telah terbentuk dan juga banyak hasil produksi yang baik. Hanya satu kelemahan bahwa tidak adanya saling keterkaitan antar desa wisata. Desa wisata ini didirikan pada level padukuhan. Tim pengabdi dan juga penggiat desa wisata sepakat perlu untuk mengadakan satu aktivitas bersama. Hasil dari penelusuran informasi membawa pada tim mengusulkan mengusulkan untuk membuat paket wisata yang melibatkan keseluruhan desa wisata yang ada di Kalurahan Kapenawon.
