Abstract

Claim “go-green” continuously used in green marketing to emphasize the attributes of green product and with the aim of developing a green brand. The strength of a green brand reflects in its green brand equity. This study seeks to explore the relationship between green brand equity and its four proposed antecedents, namely the green brand image, green satisfaction, green trust and green brand perceived value. This research used a quantitative approach with self administered survey through an online and offline survey. Data were collected from 303 consumers of green cosmetics. The hypothesis was tested using multiple regression using SPSS 25. The results showed that green brand image, green satisfaction, green trust and green brand perceived value have a positive effect on green brand equity. Hence, investing in resources that increase these antecedents will enhance green brand equity.

Abstract

The issue of sustainable tourism development has now become a strategy that is widely applied in several countries. The sustainable aspect in question does not only look at the profit side but also the socio-cultural aspect. To be able to advance a tourist attraction, it is necessary to identify a Unique Selling Point (USP) so that it is more focused in every aspect of a sustainable tourism development strategy. Tegal Balong Village, Bimomartani, Ngemplak, Sleman is one of the villages in the Special Region of Yogyakarta which has extraordinary natural potential as a potential tourist attraction and other potentials. The problem faced by the village so far is the lack of a mechanism to determine the development of their tourism potential. The purpose of this service is to help Tegal Balong Village, Bimomartani, Ngemplak, Sleman find the identification of Unique Selling Point (USP) so that they are able to carry out their sustainable tourism development strategy. The implementation method is carried out by observation, field review, FGD, potential mapping, and proposed USP recommendations. As a result, there are several strengths and weaknesses of the village that should be addressed. Village potential is very abundant, especially natural potential, social entrepreneurship potential, cultural potential, and other potentials. USP recommendations can be used for the development of tourism packages and subsequent sustainable tourism development strategies.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service program is to increase the productivity of small businesses as an effort to alleviate poverty. The service method used is to provide material exposure, discussion, practice using working papers and group discussions. The results of the service stated that 88% of participants were very satisfied and satisfied with this training and formulated five follow-up plans, namely (1) Building a business network between fellow CU members (2) Conducting market development activities for member products (3) Identifying and managing potential members so that they will idea development, creativity and collaboration will emerge, (4) Provision of information supporting business development and (5) Business planning and financial budgeting assistance.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid – 19 telah memberikan berbagai macam dampak bagi situasi ekonomi masyarakat. Situasi yang disruptif karena pandemi ini memberikan imbas yang cukup signifikan bagi kestabilan ekonomi rumah tangga termasuk juga bagi anggota credit union. Untuk itu memang credit union perlu fokus meningkatkan kapabilitas anggota mereka sehigga mendukung penguatan ekonomi produktif. Peran credit union diharapkan tidak hanya sebagai fasilitas simpan pinjam saja namun bisa lebih untuk meningkatkan kemandirian anggota melalui berbagai macam kegiatan termasuk didalamnya kegiatan yang kolaboratif antar sesama anggota. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat kali ini ini dirancang dalam bentuk pelatihan selama dua hari dengan 8 topik pendampingan. Peserta kegiatan berasal dari 4 credit union dengan jumlah total 150 peserta. Secara umum tahapan ini dilakukan melalui tahapan persiapan, tahapan pelaksanaan dan tahapan evaluasi. Tahapan persiapan dilakukan dengan koordinasi awal bersama pengelola credit union untuk melakukan identifikasi kebutuhan pendampingan anggota. Tahapan pelaksanaan dilakukan oleh tim pengabdi selama 2 hari untuk masing-masing credit union. Tahapan evaluasi menghasilkan rumusan rencana tindak lanjut untuk kemudian diimplementasikan dan dimonitoring pelaksanaannya. Rencana tindak lanjut ini menitikberatkan pada upaya kolaboratif anggota dan peran credit union.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui potensi kepariwisataan; (2) kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya pariwisata dan (3) mengetahui intensi kewirausahaan sosial masyarakat yang dalam rangka pengembangan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan (sustainable tourism) di Dusun Tegalbalong, Kalurahan Bimomartani, Kapanewon Ngemplak, Kabupaten Sleman. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif.  Metode observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka   digunakan  mendapatkan informasi mengenai potensi kepariwisataan. Analisis deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk memformulasikan Strategi Pengembangan Pariwisata Berkelanjutan Tegal Balong berdasarkan Analisis SWO. Hasil penilitian ini menunjukkan adanya potensi Pancuran Tuk Bulus yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi destinasi wisata yang berkelanjutan karena potensi alam, budaya dan intensi kewirausahaan sosial masyarakt yang kuat. Hal lain yang ditemukan berkaitan dengan cukup tingginya kesadaran pariwisata dan intensi kewirausahaan social masyarakat di Dusun Tegalbalong, Kalurahan Bimomartani, Kapanewon Ngemplak, Kabupaten Sleman. Kata kunci: pariwisata berkelanjutan, analisis SWOT, intensi kewirausahaan sosial, unique selling point  ABSTRACT This study aims to (1) determine the tourism potential; (2) public awareness of the importance of tourism and (3) know the intentions of community social entrepreneurship in the context of developing sustainable tourism (sustainable tourism) in Tegalbalong Hamlet, Bimomartani Village, Kapanewon Ngemplak, Sleman Regency. This research is qualitative descriptive research. Methods of observation, interviews, and literature study are used to obtain information about tourism potential. Qualitative descriptive analysis was used to formulate the Tegal Balong Sustainable Tourism Development Strategy based on the SWO Analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a potential for Pancuran Tuk Bulus which can be developed into a sustainable tourist destination because of the potential for nature, culture, and the community's strong social entrepreneurial intention. Another thing that was found was related to the high level of tourism awareness and social entrepreneurship intentions of the community in Tegalbalong, Bimomartani Village, Kapanewon Ngemplak, Sleman.Keywords: sustainable tourism, SWOT analysis, social entrepreneurship intention, a unique selling point.
